We had always gone to Rancho Auto Body and were not sure when it became part of a larger organization. We had a back bumper replaced and had trouble with it not fitting right on the left side. Brought back the car twice and still not right nor was the shops communication up to what we were used to. In getting ready to take the car to CO and back I was concerned with the bumper cover slipping down again. Melissa is the new manager and she welcomed us back and brought the car in the next day (day before we were leaving). She and the guys in the shop (who we know and really like) took great care to explain that the bumper had been tapped and broke the tabs holding the cover up. They ordered and installed the part in one day (just before we left on the trip). Melissa communicated throughout and took a personal interest along with the guys in the shop to make sure it was right. They did this repair for free as a courtesy even though we had either been bumped or hit someone lightly. This place is Awesome!! Friendly, Knowledgeable & Helpful. My car was repaired here at this location and it looks as if nothing happened to my vehicle. Returned back to me on the date they promised and it looked like new and it was washed too boot!! You have to check this place out if your vehicle needs repairs. My car was hit and needed body work. The insurance carrier for the woman who hit me sent me to Caliber on Westlake in Encinitas, California. I was reluctant, for a number of reasons, but decided to go there. After a few days the car was done, and ready. I was asked to sign some releases which I needed to discuss with management. Hi. I had some trouble a while back with Caliber on Westlake dr. in Encinitas, not with the body work, that was great, but with the bill. I had to readmit the car for some adjustments that were incorrect. I had to pay for a rental car while this was being done, of which , they owed me for.It took a while, but they did come through for me.
