That alone says everything about their attention to detail. This experience ensured I will never use a Progressive Insurance recommended shop again. When my rental coverage ran out, the service manager also promised to handle the additional rental days, then later reversed that promise. Maybe customers who aren't sent by insurance are treated differently, but if Progressive sent you here, think very carefully before agreeing.
