Jonathan was my repair person for my door ding and lucky for me he came even earlier than expected because he happened to be in the area near me since I work from home this is always welcome. Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I've got a new recommendation if anyone needs the same kind of repairs. We may go ahead and book for my husband's car soon as well. These guys are professional, well priced and very thorough. 10/10 would use again, Jonathan was great!

My car was side swiped and had close to $10,000 worth of damage done to it. You wouldn't tell now, they way they repaired it. I did have two minor issues that I was able to bring the car back and they fixed same day and even gave my car a wash! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great & honest auto body shop.

I yelped quite a few places, but Road Wear Mobile Auto Body had simply fantastic reviews and before/after pictures that indicated that this was a place that truly knew auto body repair. I placed a call to Morgan, he asked me to send him some pics of the damage, and immediately got back to me with a quote - a number that was 1/5 the amount that the local body shop wanted. I was also able to schedule him to come over just two days later. He got here, set up, and got to work on the damage. It took about two hours, with an end result that there is NO sign of any damage at all. Perfectly color matched with clear coat on top. Simply stunning work. Highly recommended - while I hope I never see Morgan again for business, if I do need another touch up, there's no doubt he'll be first on the list to call. Friday came and I heard nothing, so I called, only to be sent straight to a bot and told to leave a voicemail. I called multiple times that day and again on Saturday with no response. By Monday, after calling four more times and leaving voicemails for a call back, and still getting no answer, I finally reached out to corporate. Only then did I receive a call back, where I was told my repair was delayed because the technician injured his finger, and that my car would now be ready Wednesday. I was also told I would receive a call Wednesday afternoon with a pickup time. Wednesday came and went, and I didn't receive a call until 30 minutes before closing, making it impossible to pick up my car until Thursday. What was supposed to be a 3-day repair turned into nearly a full week. I paid out of pocket (no insurance), and it felt like there was no sense of urgency or respect for my time. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially after multiple attempts to get in contact. Overall, very disappointing experience
