Customer service - 5 out of 5 Wait time - 5 out of 5…read moreCleanliness - 5 out of 5 Service/repair quality - 5 out of 5 I had a 0930hrs appointment on a Friday to have a chip filled on my windshield. The workers at the front desk were professional and attended to me immediately. I was asked a few questions, signed a few documents which were all explained to me, and then I was given a time frame of 40-45 mins. The waiting area was nice, it has a television, coffee, and a restroom. Chairs were comfortable. Interior and exterior was very clean. The time frame I was provided of 40-45 mins was accurate. I wish I took a before and after picture of the chip on my windshield. They did a wonderful job filling the chip, it's now barely noticeable. Hopefully I do not need their service again anytime soon, but if I do, I would feel 100% comfortable returning again. With a perfect score of 20 out of 20 stars, I give this location an A+ rating Thanks!
