This place exceeded my expectations. I got into a car accident on new years eve while I was traveling. I live 4 hours away from here. I called multiple repair shops in the harve de grace area and was told they couldn't help to bring it Monday. My radiator was busted, all rental cars near by were closed or booked. It was after 5pm. My insurance company referred me to caliber collison. They were due to close at 530. I reached out and they wereore than willing to help. I got my car over there. I explained my situation to the crew. I was able to get a ride from someone that lived 2 1/2 hours away. I had 4 children with me. Although they were closing they tried to get me into one of there rentals but enterprise was closed already. They then told me they would stay open and wait for my ride with me. I couldn't believe the hospitality and how generous these people were especially on new years eve. The receptionist gave us refreshments offered the bathroom and gave my children window markers. She allowed them to draw all over the window walls in the lobby. They made us feel comfortable. During the repair process I was getting updates frequently. They kept in touch...communication was constant. They did an amazing job repairing my car. They even washed it and vacuumed it after. :) they kept it for a week extra to allow me make arrangements to travel 4hrs to come get it at no extra charge. When I arrived they asked about the kids and asked if I was OK. It's the little things like make the experience remarkable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My representative was Todd, I found Todd to be extremely knowledgeable and most pleasant. Caliber kept me abreast of everything that was being done and when the car would be completed. If I had to call them for any reason, the response time was superior. wish i could give 0 stars WORST place ever. they had my friends car for almost two months. she had brought it in from a accident that resulted in a missing front bumper. they said it would take 2 weeks to repair... LIES ! not only did they take forever to "repair" it when she got it back it was worse then when she brought it in. her light was out, air conditioning broke, bumper looks a mess, and there is still a missing piece they ordered. communication was horrible. she would try to contact them and they would call her back thirty mins before close! read more

I don't know why this place has such a good rating. I got into an accident and my front bumper fell off. Nothing too crazy. They told me 2 weeks, i was like okay. Then they called, said they found more things wrong with it, and that it would actually be a month or so and I was like that's fine whatever do what you gotta do. Skipping ahead, they kept telling me they were gonna call me back, never did, i would always have to call them. They told me i would get it back on a certain day, I wait for them to call until 30 min before they close, they never call so I call, then they tell me they have to push it back and keep it for another week or whatever. This happened at least 4 times lol. So FINALLY I got my car back after almost 2 months, and it was SO BAD. The AC didn't work, my headlight was out (I took it back up the next day and they fixed that), windshield wiper fluid doesn't work at all (leaks all over the inside of my car), they misplaced my license plate, the top part of my bumper is missing (they told me they would order it and call me when it came in-- 2 months later still no call), the metal part behind my bumper (don't know what it's called lol) is bowed and messed up as if they didn't even replace it, wires are in the wrong place and stripped, parts are missing, etc. Going back to my AC, I took my car up to my dealership to try to see if they can fix it and my advisor told me whoever fixed my car should've been fired. The AC pipe was all busted up, it was so bad they couldn't even fix it. I can't even make this stuff up, it's so frustrating and my insurance told me to take it back up here to get all of this fixed by them, even though I REALLY don't want to I have no choice. So please, don't come here. The people are friendly but it's really not worth it lmao. read more

Positive first: great work. Negative; 1) Did NOT call regularly as they said they would to keep me updated. In face they never called me once. I made the calls. 2) What made me angry the most is, they didn't have the common courtesy to hose off my vehicle.
