I posted a request for junk hauling on yelp and was connected with Cali Shine and a few other providers. I ended up selecting Cali Shine because the owner, Kaiky, blew me away with his enthusiasm, professionalism, and speed at responding. His rates were also super reasonable and he came on a holiday as well to my shock! Kaiky locked in a time slot that was acceptable to me later in the day, and then prior to arrival, Kaiky made sure to message me with his ETA and any logistical updates. When he arrived, Kaiky took the time to introduce himself to me and guaranteed to not only haul away the junk but also clean the area. I had a stacked on my driveway a bunch of junk ranging from old bikes to broken down bounce houses to some construction debris from a patio remodel. Kaiky took it all shockingly quickly and left the area looking cleaner than it had in a long time, and never attempted to upcharge me for anything.
