I met with Charlie at the house and spent about two hours planning the restoration. He was professional and informative about the condition of the floors. Charlie explained what I was to expect to significantly enhance the floors appearance and extend the life of the floors. The restoration took three days. At the end of the project we had a brand new looking floor that we know was 80 years old. It's amazing. Mom saw the floors and she cried because it was so beautiful. I recommend this company if you need to resurface/restoration your hardwood floors. The price is reasonable and competitive. No one else in Bakersfield could beat the estimate. Charlie took time to listen to our Widowed elderly neighbor who was desperately looking for an honest contractor. She was on the third contractor all had given her an estimate 3-4 thousand dollars over price for the job that should have been one thousand dollars. Charlie took on the job for her and made sure she was comfortable with the workers on her property. We highly recommend this company from Woodland Hills you will not be disappointed.

We got quotes from 3-4 different companies, but we felt the most comfortable with My Outdoor Builder, Adir. From the start, Adir took the time to present several ideas and possibilities for our small project. His creativity helped us see a much bigger vision for our backyard than we had originally imagined. While expanding the project naturally came with a larger budget, Adir worked with us to keep everything within a reasonable price. The team completed the project in just three days, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We had such a great experience that we're already planning to work with Adir again on our next backyard project. I highly recommend My Outdoor Builder to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and great customer service without breaking your pocket.

I cannot state how satisfied we are with Marco and his team at Gaeta Paving. We contracted his…read morecompany to reseal and restripe our asphalt parking lot, and fix a concrete section that was badly cracked. We were also VERY concerned about our businesses in our building being affected with the closure. I received several bids from other companies for the same work, not only was Marco the most competitive, but he went above and beyond the scope of his bid and covered additional things so that the finished product would look complete (e.g. sealing cracks in our concrete, extending the concrete section). He was able to commit to working on a Sunday so we didn't affect the businesses. He was very punctual and true to his word. The work itself was stellar! We were also very happy to support a fellow Montebello business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

If you're reading this - hire Camberos Masonry! Where to start. I had a small (under $3,000) job I…read morewas looking to have done to install pavers over ~90 SF to extend my existing concrete patio. I'd never done anything like this and didn't know where to start. I had read that small jobs are tough to get people to do and was worried I would have to get a less professional company than what I ended up with. I went on Angie's list and punched in the rough project. Francisco (owner) texted me within an hour late in the evening to ask me about the project. That quick communication was indicative of how he does business. Very responsive to all questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, talking me through different options. For a project of this size I was expecting to have to use precast pavers, but Francisco told me they could pour custom ones on-site, which was perfect because I had an irregular layout to cover. I expected the cost to be a fair bit more, but it was consistent with a quote I got from one other company for using precast pavers. So I got to choose the size, layout, color and the finish of the pavers, for very fair pricing. He even suggested I could demo the existing concrete and redo the whole patio at a reasonable price to make it more consistent, but never felt like he was upselling me, just talking me through options. He also mentioned that I could seal the pavers myself rather than paying someone to do it, and told me how I could paint some other concrete in the area that was getting stained. The project itself went off without a hitch. He scheduled us within a week, and the job took two days. His men Leo and Angel were very punctual (arriving before 8am both days), efficient and conscientious workers. They had excavated the area and framed the pavers within a half day. The next morning I told them it needed to be reworked a little bit and they did that no problem. The concrete was mixed and poured, and the area cleaned by the time I got home from work. In summary, Camberos Masonry did a job I could only get one other company to quote on, with a great service level and very high quality offering, and a very reasonable price. I wouldn't think twice before using them again for future projects and would highly recommend them.

As invariably happens, they ran into a hiccup once digging started. My existing wall had no footing whatsoever! Francisco rapidly amended the quote for the larger job, providing a more than fair price. It took a little longer than originally planned, but only 1 more day for having to pour a whole new wall footing! Results look great, and I am very pleased with the quality of the work.
