The employee at the front told me they would perform a free diagnostic, that it would take about one hour, and that they would call me with the results. Nobody called. I called the following day and spoke with another employee, whose name I believe was Xue. She told me the phone was a total loss and would cost more to repair than to replace. I asked whether they could at least recover my photos and files because they were not backed up to iCloud. She said yes, quoted me $150-$200, and told me it would take two to three days. Since this was Tuesday, I expected it to be completed by Friday. Again, nobody called. I called on Saturday, and the same guy who took my phone answered and told me the technician still needed to inspect the damage and that it would take another two to three days. This made no sense because I had already been told the phone had been diagnosed and that my data recovery would be completed by Friday. After receiving no updates the following week, I went to the store on Thursday to get my phone back and stop wasting my time. The guy then told me they were still performing diagnostics and that my phone's motherboard had been sent to their headquarters. He said I could take the phone without the motherboard if I did not want to wait. How was I supposed to recover my files without the motherboard when recovering my data was the entire reason I left the phone with them? I told him I wanted my phone returned complete and in the same condition in which I had given it to them. He promised it would be ready the following day before 3:00 p.m. I returned on Friday and finally picked it up. In the end, they kept my phone for two weeks, recovered none of my data, repeatedly failed to call me, and missed every deadline they gave me. Save yourself the frustration and take your device to another repair shop. This was a complete waste of two weeks.

For awhile (months) my PC has been losing video while playing games or video chatting. I swapped out parts in and out and same issue was happening. Decided to take it in to have a professional diagnose the issue. Walked in. Technician was helping someone at the time and acknowledge me. We talked about the issue I was having and provided the servicing cost which I feel was fair (~$100). Gave me a 2-day estimate for servicing. After 2 days the technician gave me a call that my PC is ready to be picked up. At the store he gone over the issue (which is an incorrectly plugged in power supply wire which I completely overlooked). PC is running very smooth. No issue ever since taking my PC in.
