We ended up working with the manager Chris and he was very transparent and honest. He made things right with the window control panel and ordered a whole new one instead of just trying to fix it. We did have an initial issue with the AC not blowing cold but it worked after driving the car... today it's not working again. We got side tracked and forgot to ask for a warranty for this.But my daughter did get a great deal on the extended warranty so hopefully it's covered under that .... It would suck to have such an expensive fix right in 10 days of ownership when we had a small issue during the test drive. I don't want to go into the issues we had with Orange but this is the 2nd car we've gotten from Fullerton. Please if you go talk to Chris. If you're considering buying a car here, please do yourself a favor: start the car yourself, test drive it thoroughly, inspect everything, and don't feel pressured to make a purchase. The sales team seems focused on making the sale, but once you've signed the paperwork, getting help becomes much harder. After calling the number, the person asked if i went to the branch and i said i did because she can't provide that information over the phone.
