Second look and you will want to run away! Yup, junk cars that are made to look good in a web photo but in person, they are all either repainted, bondoed, crashed, or damaged interiors. I don' t know where these cars come from but they are not for regular folks who want a reliable used car. All the cars are in very poor condition cars only meant for experienced mechanics. If you are a consumer, don't go here - you will get ripped off!

Someone ran a red light and T-boned my car and I couldn't drive it so a tow truck service was necessary. First of all, after being called and given an estimated pick up time of "within 3 hours", I was sent a link to follow the progress of the towing truck. The link never worked. Then, after 3 hours, I called multiple times, each time I was told that the car will arrive within 30mins, after a total of 5 hrs and 40min, the car finally arrived, and my car was towed. I was told by the driver that the car will go to their yard overnight since the repair shop was already closed. I was specifically told that they'll take care of everything from there on. Then 3 days later, I haven't heard anything from my repair shop, and I called them, asked when I can expect my repair estimate, and they told me that they haven't received the car yet! I called my insurance company immediately and they told me that Liberty Towing had tried to reach me and couldn't get hold of me. In fact, I've received countless spam calls all of which I picked up, never form Liberty Towing. Also, never got a voicemail message or text message about it, and they never informed my car insurance company about it either. That's how much they care. Only after I had to call my insurance did they actually deliver my car to the repair shop. Everything they did was worse than the expectations they set, and my expectations were already super super low. Overall, horrendous experience. Will be getting AAA from now on, can't believe I would think Geico made a good choice and chose Liberty Towing. Even accounting for living in LA, this service quality seems abysmal.

Rock Solid & Honest!…read more Anna and her staff were helpful and professional. After providing an approximate estimate based on our observations, they sent an estimator over to survey all our possessions. Anna revised her proposal (which was a little higher) with a "not to exceed" moving cost. This is an invaluable service after reading many horror stories of owners having to pay "ransom" to get their items off the truck because of unforeseen costs. They even offered to come and give us a final estimate once everything was boxed and ready to ship to see if we could save us a little more. Unfortunately moving interstate (in our case Texas) has it's drawbacks. All movers can only provide an ETA of between 3 to 10 business days of when your furniture will arrive. Anyone who tells you otherwise isn't being truthful. Thankfully, Anna went out of her way to make me aware of this knowing my tight schedule.
