I used to hire a mobile vendor, but there were too many inconsistencies, and for the same amount I was paying them, I get far better quality and care here. Manager Gavin and Detail Master José always take care of my truck and make it look car‑show ready. The amount of detail José and his team put into their work under Gavin's supervision is unmatched. I leave knowing my truck will shine for days, if not weeks. I always get the Executive Wash Package because it's well worth it. There's no other way to go -- the results speak for themselves. And it's a must to tip José and his team; they take their time and pay attention to every single detail. Bringing my truck here has become part of starting my weekend the right way. It's fast, clean, everything works well, the staff is always friendly, and the line moves quickly. Today, I had an unexpected situation. For some reason, my car locked itself with my keys and phone inside while I was drying the outside. Melissa was incredibly kind and let me use her own phone to call a locksmith. She even made sure everything was confirmed and later helped me cancel when, fortunately, Eddie, another employee, came to the rescue. Eddie had the right tool and was able to open my car without causing any damage, so I could get my keys and be on my way. The whole situation was resolved in less than 20 minutes! Thank you, Melissa and Eddie, for going the extra mile and helping me when you absolutely didn't have to. I already appreciated the great service here, but today you really exceeded my expectations.

This afternoon, I decided to bring my oldest vehicle, a car that we use for trips to HomeDepot (a commuter car) a 2016 Ford { this car worth under $15k} After the car exited the belt, an employee parked it, but no one proceeded to dry it. I assume the person that should have dried it did not want to service it because vehicle's type was not deemed worthy of a POSSIBLE large tip. Then Carlos, who recognized me from Wednesday, approached me and inquired if someone was drying my car. When I replied NO, he promptly took charge and assured me he would attend to it. CARLOS EARNS 5 STARS, however, if Carlos had not recognized me, my car may not have received good drying service. It will be challenging for Mr. Charles to maintain his desired level of customer service if the staff is unable to work diligently in his absence. NOTE: I told the floor manager and also told Ricky at the office, not sure if they will tell Mr. Charles about my complaint.

Disappointing First Experience…read more I tried this auto spa for the first time, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. I waited in the waiting room for a full hour, even though there were only two customers ahead of me. There was only one person working on my car, which seemed to be a big reason for the long wait. After waiting an entire hour and paying $32, I expected much better attention to detail. Unfortunately, my car was still not properly cleaned. I found trash and empty water bottles inside, the mats weren't cleaned at all, and there were water streaks all over the exterior. I also noticed dust and stains throughout the trunk that had clearly been missed. They didn't even put an air freshener in the car. I used to go to another place before it closed, where two people would work on my car and I would be out in about 15 minutes. The difference in service and efficiency was huge. For $32 and a full hour of waiting, I expected more than what felt like a basic vacuum and a dry-off after the drive-through car wash. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back.
