Referred by Progressive to have the car fixed. The work was completed before the original time given. The work looks good, I know some people had an issue based off reviews, but my car looks just like it did before the accident. My only issues- and I'm not going to take stars off because the work completed was great: They did not communicate the car updates well. They have a site that keeps you updated. I was told on a Wednesday through the app that the car was on track to be picked up the 19th. Then they called friday to say I could get it that same day at 4. I was at work and luckily made arrangements last minute to get the car because they are closed weekends, so I would have waited until Monday otherwise. Second, my car did not beep when I got it back and tried locking it with the clicker. I brought it back and they are fixing it no problem. Maybe just depending on the work getting done check that all the small things are still working, too. I'm pretty pleased with it, though, besides that. read more

I had an accident and went into this shop because it was recommended by progressive. Avoid this place at all cost they destroyed my struts on my brand new Toyota and also didn't screw in all the screws on my vehicle when after 3 weeks of non stop reaching out to them finally I get my car back it starts rumbling right when I drive it let me add like I said my car is new , I take it back to the shop it took them 2 days for their mechanic to show up and he tells me idk what's wrong with it take it to the dealership. The dealership tells me what exactly is wrong with the vehicle and then progressive refused to pay for the fix because the shop didn't do a proper estimate they don't take pictures or anything worst place this will be a headache working with them. I took my Nissan Leaf here because they were within Progressive Insurance's network, had a lifetime guarantee, and was one of the shops that were available and close to me. The quick quote from Progressive was under $2k for front end collision. After taking the car in, the actual cost turned out to be close to $10k, but Jazmin explained in detail why. Insurance covered it anyway so no big deal to me. Also, my insurance premium didn't jump up much after renewing my policy because I have a high deductible. The main gripe I had with Technology Auto was that they told me it'd be finished in a week and a half or so, but then it was delayed. During calibration by Nissan, they were told that a bracket wasn't replaced during repair, so my car went back to the shop for installation, and then sent to Nissan for re-calibration. The finish and shape was close enough that my wife was happy, so we have no complaints on the external result. read more

I didn't even have my brand spankin' new car 1 week when some guy rear ended me after having lunch with my friend one day. I was totally crushed, and my bumper wasn't too happy either. When Progressive got in touch with me to get my car fixed they found the closest body shop to me that was one of their recommended shops. I was living in Orange at the time and Technology Auto Collision was seriously right around the corner from my house. Progressive called them, and then they called me and set up an appointment to bring it right in after the weekend. They were so incredibly nice when I brought it in, seeing that I was very upset because this was my new car and I was afraid of it not looking so new anymore. It only took them about 1 1/2 days to fix my bumper. They even took me to and from Hertz to get my rental car & drop it off. And my car looked just as good as when I had bought it. Almost a year later my neighbor's boyfriend ended up hitting my bumper [gosh my bumper has bad luck]. I called Technology up and they had me bring my car right in to get an estimate. And even though my insurance ended up covering the cost at a different shop, their price was still really low compared to what other estimates were. These guys know what they're doing. Over Achievers! Okay, I have to be honest. I was referred to this shop by my insurance carrier. However, after dropping the car off, I read several negative reviews on Yelp. I panicked! I called the shop to have my car moved to another shop. I have an "A-type" personality. The smallest imperfections can bother me...forever. I could only imagine the worst case scenario "poor workmanship" and my endless "cycle of regret." However, after talking with Rick and manager of the body shop, I felt more at ease. So, I moved forward and trusted them with my Sonata Limited, aka "my baby." Two weeks later, I got back a perfect car! I don't use that word loosely. Not only did they repair the car to better than new condition, they also took extra care to clean the inside, as well. No greasy mechanic marks here. Just Spotless! My fiancé got into an accident a few months back and we decided to take it to this body shop even though we read the yelp reviews. This location has good customer service but HORRIBLE!!! workmanship. The car was sideswipe on the driver side and ripped off the whole bumper as the other vehicle came in at an angle and it needed to be fixed our Insurance Wawanesa recommended this and another shop in our area. The turnaround time wasn't so bad but the first time we took it they forgot to do work they had to do, like paint one of the fenders, grill and properly install the shell of the door. We took it back and it took another two weeks. But when we got it back I noticed everything was unaligned and not flush as it should be the hood was off by half an inch higher than the other side the door was unaligned to the fender some of the parts were way off i'm not saying I want my car to look perfect I know it was in an accident but I would at least like for it to look a little bit decent. Not like some hack did the job. But the general manager was nice and give us a rental on our fourth visit to the shop when we had to leave our car once again. I'm torn. You know, when you receive a great product but mediocre or just straight up lackluster customer service. Well, that's why I'm totally feeling Natalie Imbruglia. I came to Technology Auto Collision because progressive told me so (Even against the wishes of my Husband to use Top Finish Collision Center because he had a good experience). I said "No babe, they have a pretty good rep on yelp, and besides Progressive is meeting me there for the quote." For simplicity, I just did what I was told by the insurance (I guess that's my mistake there). The girl at the front desk is great, super friendly, offered me chocolate, everything was superb. I originally get a quote for 5 days, turns out, the damage on my car underneath the bumper is far worse than foreseen...cool 7 days is what my estimate got moved too. NOTE: I had to pay for my car rental out of pocket (because Progressive made a mistake and put a rental on the other, that's another story). I had a flat rate of 1 week (7 days) which worked out perfectly, the last day, I planned on returning my rental and picking up my fixed up car. HAHA - WRONG - turns out it was going to take an additional day, something about some screws and terms that are completely beyond my comprehension. So my total days without my sweet 06' Corolla was 8 days. That's fine, so I call to ask the Owner if they can perhaps discount my deductible for the extra day that I'm paying for my car rental - am I wrong for asking this? Apparently to the owner I am. He seemed disinterested on the phone, didn't care to help (I guess that happens when you have my car in custody, you pretty much have my money). HE DIDN'T CARE, this accident was a hit and run and I was already in a bad situation, plus the scheduling of everything. This guy would be great for over-the-seas tech support because his interest in helping me was on par, perhaps worse. I shouldn't have been re-quoted several times, I shouldn't have had to reach out and ask for a discount, he heard the disappointment, the heartbreak in my voice, the "oh sh*t I seriously have to pay my car rental an extra $150 because of your incompetence to properly quote my repair"-tone. I was placed in a difficult position with my work, family schedule, all because of improperly set expectations plus the lack of any supportive (to the customer) negotiation. So all in all, although they did an amazing job on my repair but I'm all about customer service, and my experience left an awful taste in my mouth, I don't recommend them to anyone. We had my son's car towed here right after he was rear-ended on the freeway. This is the place that my insurance company recommended, but I stopped by ahead of time to speak with the guys here, and that convinced me to bring the car here. Rick was very helpful and went out of his way to provide us with information, and he worked with the insurance company to handle everything. Because the car was so new, the insurance company ended up declaring it totalled. So although Rick never got to do any work on the car, he and everyone else there was totally professional. I Was referred to this place by my auto insurance progressive. I was surprised at how fast I was able to take my car in there.. And thankful that they even sent a free tow to pick up my car . After having my car here for a little over 2 weeks I was getting anxious about my car . I have to say it was worth the wait I was very happy and pleased . My car came out looking brand new they gave a full detail wash! (Inside and out) they even shampooed my seats ! I'm very appreciative of that !
