Warning about Pro Auto Collision I want to share my experience so others don't go through the same situation. After I was in an accident, my insurance company asked me to send photos while they reviewed my claim. While I was waiting to hear back from them, I received a call from this shop claiming they were working with my insurance company. They said they were sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle so the insurance company could get a better estimate. They knew my address and the name of my insurance company, which made it seem legitimate--so I trusted them. After they took my car, I later found out that my insurance company had no idea who they were and had never authorized any tow. I never gave permission for my vehicle to be taken anywhere. At that point, it became clear that they had taken my car without proper authorization. Somehow, they obtained information about my accident and used it to make their call seem official. After looking into it, I've seen other people report very similar experiences--being contacted and misled into thinking the tow was approved by their insurance. This situation feels extremely suspicious and concerning. My advice: Be very cautious. Always confirm directly with your insurance company before allowing anyone to tow or handle your vehicle. I was in a collision and was looking for an auto body shop with good reviews. i looked and looked for a long time and i had thought i had found one in pro auto collision. they continuously said they were contacting my insurance, but i had to do most of the work. i noticed there were several scratches on my car when there weren't there before. got the run around "so and so is on a lunch" for hours at a time. there were several weeks until my car was even remotely looked at. ultimately, quite unsatisfied experience. seems like it's all about the money with a cover of 'customer service.' read more

Wow... these guys are super shady. They get your info from questionable car insurance companies after you've been in accident and then set you up with an appointment, making you believe they're with the insurance company. They had me come in and waste my time trying to figure out how they got my info. I highly recommend going to a company with integrity cause this place ain't it. read more

Had my Car in the shop about 7 months ago, I have to be fair on my review. The over all work by the repair team was not bad, what was horrible is the communication or I should say lack of. I never received a call to update me or keep me up to date with repairs. I made most of the calls to the insurance company and the writer trying to get my car done. After getting upset and threatened to pull my car out they rushed and got the work done which had to go back for some re dos. 7 months later I am still missing a part that was " on back order " which I found is easily obtained by Kia parts. I have left several messages to the shop manager which have been ignored. I hope that this post reminds them that they have to complete my repairs and not ignore me. I received a small scratch about 2" long on the front driver side fender of my 09 Subaru from a neighbor at my business. My neighbor and I agreed that he would cover it but first I had to bring it in to a repair shop for an estimate. I'm the sole manufacturer for certain auto parts and have an understanding of pricing in the industry. I came into this place with the assumption that the pricing would be 500-700 dollars for the repair of the damage I mentioned above. I spoke to the estimator, he and I agreed that the damage was minimal. But before we could proceed with the estimate, the price of an estimate would be 100 dollars. I gave him the money for the estimate, and after 10 minutes, the price estimate was 1,500 dollars. I felt ripped off of the initial 100 dollars I spent and was gas lit into thinking the damage wasn't that bad therefore pricing would've been reasonable. I won't be doing business with them with that price and now that I'm 100 dollars short, I wouldn't recommend anyone continuing business with them either. read more
