DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I was referred to ProColor Collision by my insurance after being sideswiped in February. The damage was minor, and when I dropped off my car, I was told the repair would take at most 10 days. That already felt a bit long compared to other shops I've used (usually 2-5 days for similar work), but I moved forward anyway. Ten days passed with no updates or communication. I had to call them on day 11, only to be told my car wouldn't be ready for another 8 days, putting me at over two weeks without a vehicle. When I asked what caused the delay, no one could give me a clear answer. On the day my car was finally supposed to be ready, I was told to pick it up at 4:30 PM. I arrived early at 4:15. By 4:45, I checked in again because I had somewhere to be by 5:30, and I was assured it would be "just 5 more minutes." I didn't get my car until 5:00 PM. Then it got worse. When I got in my car, the check engine light was on and the headlights weren't working--issues that had nothing to do with the original repair. I brought it to their attention, and they quickly "fixed" it, claiming the engine light was related to the headlights. At the time, I didn't think much of it and went on with my day. But over the next couple of months, I started noticing my headlights were significantly dimmer than other cars on the road. When I finally stopped to inspect them, I realized only the LED light bar underneath the headlights was turning on, not the actual headlights. The wiring appears to be completely messed up. The high beams only work when I flash them using the turn signal lever, not when using the normal headlight controls. So the issue was never actually fixed, they just got something to turn on long enough to send me out the door. Between the lack of communication, unexplained delays, and returning my car with new electrical issues, this was an extremely frustrating experience. The person who helped me was honest and thorough with his assessment of how much it may cost and what could possibly be wrong. Clearly, the entire team is knowledgeable about cars as he was able to explain and help me. That same day, I paid to order my bumper. It was delivered within 1-2 days. I unfortunately wasn't able to come in to get my car fixed until two weeks later, they kindly held onto my bumper until I was ready. They kept me updated on how long it would take, and actually, it was finished a few days earlier than estimated. What really wow'd me was the fact that I picked up my car and it was perfectly repaired, they had given my car a wash AND cleaned the interior. I needed repairs on my frontal bumper for my Mazda CX-30 due to a minor scratch. I originally used Procolor in Santa Ana but they treated me as if I was dirt. Walked all over me and did not fix my car right. I had to fix the things they didn't do right and an extra dent that was on the lift gate they replaced, and had the audacity to say it didn't happen there when it was there when I picked my car up! I decided to go to Procolor Orange with the aid of the Bureau of Automotive Repairs.gov. Today the lift gate was adjusted to where it should have been in the first place by Procolor Orange. They replaced a bumper that Santa Ana put on that was stained and non GMO, looked used. I highly recommend the Procolor in Orange. They treat you with concern for your well being and repairs The waiting room is very inviting, with perfect temperature, magazines, coffee, sodas and water. This review is long overdue. The passenger and driver door handles on my Camry were broken off due to a defect. I priced a couple of places around and the cost was up there. Every place told me that I had to replace the inner and outer parts of the handle. When I came to Brooks, I got an estimate that was more than reasonable, so I went with them. A few hours after dropping my car off, I got a call from Jacob saying that they didn't need to replace the inner parts since they're still good. His honesty saved me a lot of money.
