I also paid extra for a ceramic coating, yet the vehicle still arrived with visible scratches and paint imperfections. The condition of the vehicle was completely unacceptable. After further inspections, it became clear that the vehicle had prior damage and repairs that were not reflected on the Carfax report. Mercedes-Benz later denied warranty coverage, citing prior impact damage, and independent inspections also found evidence of previous repairs. Had this information been disclosed, I would never have purchased the vehicle. The online listing also advertised features that were not actually included on the vehicle. I relied on those representations when making my purchasing decision, only to discover after delivery that several advertised features were missing. The shipping experience was equally frustrating. The vehicle arrived damaged, yet both the dealership and the shipping company denied responsibility, leaving me with thousands of dollars in repair costs. To make matters even worse, the vehicle later developed serious safety issues. It completely shut down without warning, automatically powers off within minutes after the driver exits--turning off the A/C while passengers remain inside--and has automatically locked itself with my baby inside on multiple occasions during the Texas summer. I expected honesty, transparency, and the quality associated with a luxury brand. Instead, I experienced undisclosed vehicle damage, inaccurate advertising, serious safety concerns, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to do extensive research before doing business with them. They are also not accredited by the BBB. I trusted the reviews when I did business with them and did the purchase remotely but I would tell everyone to stay away and take caution. They are not honest.

He didn't use any pressure sales tactics, which we really appreciated (and told him so). I would recommend bringing an OBD2 scanner to check if any codes show on whatever car you're looking at, though. We found a code for the passenger side airbag sensor that was part of a recall, so you have to do your own due diligence whenever buying a used car, wherever you buy it. Art was great about that issue (and the wonky alignment that he had his service department fix for us) and sent it to Honda to get it fixed for us before we picked it up. All in all, we got a good deal and I would definitely work with Art again.
