Rather than telling the person handling the phone order that the croissants were already ordered, the cashier just apologetically smiled. It's our first time here (we told the cashier that) and she tried to offer other options, but we weren't looking for cake first thing in the morning. What's weird is that the person handling the phone order was making drinks before and after so I'm not sure if this was an order for a friend or a legitimate customer. The whole thing was disappointing and soured our opinion and experience. Seven employees were working and it still took over 10 mins to get two lattes. When served, our drinks were not hot because the espresso shots had been sitting on the counter cooling off while the milk was steamed and the flavoring added. The interstellar had good flavor but was kid's temp by the time I got it. The honey saffron didn't taste like anything and was slightly warmer, but fell flat flavorwise. Overall, the experience didn't feel particularly high end as the prices would reflect, nor efficient. I'm not sure if I would return.

That is really attentative and kind. We ordered four baked goods, with myself getting the "lobster tail" and chocolate chip cannoli. The cannoli was super tasty, great filling and not too skimpy. It was also a great price. The lobster tail to me wasn't as good, but I haven't had one before to compare to others. Although the presentation of it was beautiful, the filo dough was a little tough to chew. I don't think I would order that again but I would definitely go here again for other things.

It was about 1.5 miles from my hotel stay in Syracuse. Upon entry (see the pics), you can tell it is a business that distributes the doughnuts out. The back of the store is busy with guys packing and wheeling loads in and out of business vehicles. I ordered six doughnuts. I chose glazed and cinnamon and then told the clerk to finish it off. There was no drinks or coffee, other than skim milk, which I got. It was good because it was freezing cold. Doughnut places in Mass like to charge 2 or 3 dollars per doughnut. This was not the case at Harrison Bakery. After I entered, it seemed like the place got really busy. When I returned to my car, there were alot of vehicles in the lot than when I arrived. She relocated to Syracuse, NY and opened a Fried Dough stand at the market. She looks a little different though. But we know better. It's her. What to get: Fried Dough for $2 What else: I think my Dad's gone crazy I had the lemonade too, which was $1.50 and just okay. But let's focus on the star attraction. This is some of the best Fried Dough I've ever had. If you're up in Da Cuse and you want some Dough, this is the place to go. It's absolutely delicious and it's enormous! Basically for $2 they give you a huge long stick of dough (way bigger than even the biggest thingy, since you asked), and it's piping hot, greasy, juicy, fresh, delicious, and absolutely covered in cane sugar. I adore it. I'm not the biggest fan of some fried doughs, but this one is right up there with the best of them. It's made in a lot of places in WNY and CNY but I don't think anyone in this region makes it as well as Kim does. I'm so glad she left Eminem and opened up this place. And it's great that, at $2, you don't need a lot of Dough to get the Dough. So in the words of Homer Simpson: Dough!
