My family was headed to Syracuse for parents weekend. It was also my wife's birthday and I wasn't going to bring one from RI and keep it a surprise. I found JessiCakes on Yelp and the reviews were great. I gave them a call and ordered a cannoli cake. My son picked it up on Saturday. It was ready as promised. It was beautifully made and decorated exactly like I described. Best of all, it tasted fabulous. I would wholeheartedly recommend JessiCakes next time you need a cake. read more

I have been here a few times. The last couple times I have been there there isn't much left. They must be good selling so much. The cupcakes are solid. We have had their cakes at a party before and also good. Prices are a bit steep but not any more than any other bakery. Summertime they do ice cream and my little guys enjoys it. The people working are always friendly and welcoming. read more

The ice cream is very good. It great taste and texture. We ordered 3 large cookies, funfetti, peanut butter, and chocolate chip. Funfetti was amazing, peanut butter was good, too. The chocolate chip was just okay. I wouldn't order it again. Last week we went for sundaes. I ordered the brownie sundae and my husband ordered the PB sundae. They were good, but lacked in toppings. For 6.50 we expected more pieces of cookie and brownie, hence the 3 stars. If we go back, we will opt for a cone or milkshake instead. read more

We heard about this place from a friend. She and her family loved the cookies so we thought we would give it a try. We were NOT disappointed. The earlier reviewer mentioned the owners overwhelmingly positive attitude. She is right! You can just feel the love this woman has for her store and her craft. The selection is awesome. There was something for everyone. The kids got frozen custard while my wife and I opted for the giant Oreo brownie and the peanut butter cookie dipped in chocolate and covered in PB cups. They were huge! There was plenty for us to share with each other and the kids got to try them too. The prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely be back. I posted a pic of the food we got. The clear box isn't snack size, it's a full meal size box. :) read more

I picked up 4 cupcakes today at the window. I thought they looked frozen when they put them in the plastic container and I was right. We went to eat them tonight for an early Valentine's Day celebration and the frosting was hard and fell right off the cupcake in chunks when I cut it in half. The cake part was dry, which happens when it's been previously frozen. Very disappointed as I thought everything was made fresh daily. Won't return at $3 a cupcake for a dry dessert. read more

It creates a fun mystery to see what is coming next and actually helps in finding balance and moderation if a cookie of the well hasn't completely stolen our hearts. At our local Clay location it was an easy and great experience. The place is sugary sweet in looks and smell, while holding a nice energy when you walk inside. The staff was great and were clearly working hard. I highly recommend using the app or website to order ahead and using their check in system. There is a small board inside that lists a few names of orders they are working on and that helps knowing how close you may be to getting your order. They are expensive cookies, no doubt about that and may be best to moderate for both your wallet and sweet tooth. While if you can take the leap over in awhile, I highly recommend scoping out the flavors of the week and giving their rendition of your favorites a try. Enjoy!!

The flavors were creamy and very flavorful, some of my favorite hard ice cream I've ever had! I would definitely get both again and would be excited to come back and try some of the sold out flavors. I took a star off because it's pretty expensive for a smaller portion of ice cream (they're not very generous with their scoops), but I will definitely be back for more.

We have also toured and partaken in quite a few different places that are completely gluten free and almost always leave underwhelmed... This bakery however does not fall into that category. The first time we came here my daughters were so excited to be able to eat whatever they wanted, that we went a bit nuts and ordered quite a lot of different things. Every single thing we had (muffins, cookies, cakes, cupcakes) was absolutely fantastic. We have since done special pick-up orders for birthday treats and we were again impressed with their fantastic customer service and wonderful foods. I can't say enough about this place and encourage anyone that cannot have gluten to give them a try because you will not be disappointed. The only negative thing about this place is that they are only open on Saturdays (unless it's a special order), but I am able to look past that since they are just getting started.

Of course sometimes you have to wait in line during the summer but it's not a big deal. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes to get my order taken.
