    Inside, vibes

A lovely little cafe! The vibe is intimate and almost like a home office/library. Other customers are mainly friends, families, and book clubs. It can get a bit crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, but people are in and out so frequently that any louder groups won't stay long. You will get so much work done! The only negative aspect I've seen is that it sometimes closes at unpredictable times due to shortages in staff. They all work so hard, though, so it is understandable! And I appreciate when, if closing even earlier, they let already-seated customers stay inside until closing time!

Really cool vibe. Probably one of the trendier coffee shops I have seen in the area. It was my first time and I had a great experience. The only thing I disliked was the vents blowing out cool air so it was hard to sit with the chill hitting your face. Especially because it's winter. But other than that, this place is great to get work done and to enjoy a hot coffee. The staff is very friendly. I got a caramel latte which was good. I would love to go back and try something else.

Perfect spot to get some work done. Pretty crowded during the weekend but was able to get a booth spot soon after arriving. This location isn't very different than other Cafe Nero's in the Boston area, maybe just filled with more families and friends than college students. No complaints and nothing out of the ordinary when I visited. The turn over was pretty quick and everyone seemed to mind their own business. The workers are friendly. I got a regular unsweetened iced green tea and my boyfriend got a black coffee (we're pretty simple). Later on I ordered the chocolate croissant, it was flakey and lived up to my expectations. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I've tried coming here a half a dozen times. I'm always greeted with unfriendly snarky staff. My coffee yesterday was so hot it melted the glue on the cup and continued to leak all over myself. I understand the need for it to be warm. But a barista should know that a coffee this hot would essentially burn the bean cast away most of the delicious tasting oils. I'd recommend a quick attitude change and toning down the heat.

    Avocado BLT...terrible

Ordered pickup and was so disappointed. My sandwich was really bad and should not have been served (see photos...this was an avocado BLT). It seemed to be days old. Will never order from them again.

The Bahama Mama is my favorite and never disappoints. Honestly, the smoothies alone keep me coming back. I also love the new Somerville location--it's fresh, clean, and welcoming. My only feedback is on the food menu. The meals feel a bit more prepackaged than I'd prefer, and I'd love to see more freshly prepared options or variety in that area. Overall, this is a great spot, especially for smoothies, and with a bit more focus on fresh food offerings, it could be even better. Looking forward to seeing how the menu evolves!

I ordered the sunrise sunset. I did not opt to make changes, but they make it really easy in the app to customize your order. When I arrived my smoothie was already made and ready. They kept it in a cooler instead of on the counter which is thoughtful, since a smoothie is best cold and fresh. The employees were friendly. It was not very busy so it took no time at all to run in there and be helped. And it was very clean inside. The smoothie was great, nice and tropically - just as expected. And it is a very generous portion. When you have an account you get points and rewards which is cool - there was an offer when you sign up that you'll get a free smoothie after your first order..but it apparently is only good for a week. So I unfortunately didn't get to use it... but will def keep TSC in mind for next time I want a nice fresh smoothie!

The corned beef is large chunks, not small diced pieces found in most commercial and canned hash. The potatoes, peppers, and onions gave a nice texture and flavor. I had it topped with two over medium eggs which were perfectly cooked. As I was eyeing the French toast, he gave me a single piece which included their fruit infused whipped cream and was really, really good! That might be my entree next time. My friend got the crepes and her face was doing happy expressions while she was eating. My new best friend Maria kept my coffee mug full-she visited the table frequently to make sure my mug never got low nor cold. She also took care to clean the table promptly as plates were finished. Now if my kids could learn that... oh wait, this is a diner review. The ambiance is cute and chic. There was easy access to accommodate wheel chairs and they have their menu clearly marked for gluten free available and vegan options (most of the menu). The menu is on the fancier side; they will prepare whatever someone wants (e.g. if someone just wants 2 eggs and bacon, they can easily do that). The location is on Main St. so parking is hit or miss. If you are nearby and want something good, this is a good option!
