Beautiful ambiance of a small Italian Caffè. Vincenzo is the owner and greeted us. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and pastries. Everything is made in-house and are artisanal. We ordered to-go Caffè Arancia ($7) (imported orange blossom) with oatmilk. He added a cute latte art. Everything is priced reasonably bc most of the ingredients are imported and expensive. You're definitely paying for the experience and quality. Everything is made manually, which helps take out the acidity of the espresso. Note: they offer milk substitutes like almond milk and oatmilk! Highly recommend!

Only open a few weeks, Cafe Enzo is a very cozy cafe located on a street adjacent to the plaza square. The coffee and food there are worthy of the 5 star rating. I had a regular Italian dark roast Latte. I paired that with their Italian pistachio orange cake. Both were great. The espresso is personally roasted and hand pressed by the proprietor, giving it a smooth, rich, full bodied flavor. Pastries are made fresh daily. The Orange cake is a family recipe, not too sweet, moist, with good flavor, topped with crunchy pistachios. Cafe Enzo is operated by a young husband and wife team who dress in period attire and make all the food items. The menu is limited, but everything is handmade and served with pleasure. The cafe is small with limited seating, however the atmosphere is very authentic reflecting a European style accompanied by light jazz music. Although pricier than most, the flavor, atmosphere and personal attention make it worth it. Note: There is no restroom due to historic building restrictions.

Lovely coffee shop! I really enjoyed watching them make the espresso with a manual lever machine. We had the panini and one of the other open faced sandwiches, and we DEVOURED them. So yummy. Service was a little slow, but it looked like there were only two people working, and it gave us time to talk, so we didn't mind. I'll be back!

Incredible. My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful time here. Truly worth the 5 stars. My boyfriend ordered their mocha version which was really good. Perfect balance of espresso and chocolate and not too sweet. My drink was an off the menu cinnamon and vanilla with oat milk, really delicious and comforting. The pastry was INCREDIBLE! One of the best I've had. Cinnamon and sugar, not too sweet and perfectly crispy outside with a soft chewy inside, you won't regret placing the order. We did get them fresh. I also ordered a panini which didn't really stand out to me but it was good and nice savory option. The servings of the drinks are a great size. Inside is very intimate, small seating, cute clean and cozy feeling. We arrived on a Saturday around 930. We placed our order before the slow trickle of people arrived, so we received our items first. Drinks were hot. Normal wait time. I can see if you arrive during a busy rush hour how your view might be skewed because I think it's the one barista and one in the back cooking/baking. Barista (owner?) was kind and patient to explain the menu. This a great date spot, catch up with a friend, or read a book and relax. I have to return at least one more time before I move!

Cafe enzo is a quaint coffee shop nestled in the heart of old town. The coffee shop gives off an Italian/French motif and the staff looked very dapper. It was annice touch to have music softly playing. Their pastries were delightful and so fresh.

This is a cozy little spot tucked away in old town! It's a charming little cafe, with incredible espresso drink options, and using high quality ingredients in everything. We got a cappuccino, caffe valrhona (similar to a mocha), kouign amann, and panini. Everything was flavorful, balanced, and not overly rich. We'll definitely be back for more!

Time to update my review to five stars! On my previous visit my only real criticism was the lack of posted prices, and when I was in today I saw prices had been added to the menu I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a fancy little treat.

This is the kind of escapism I need in my life right now. Old world vibes. Jazz Noir over the air waves. Cozy corners and sophisticated bevvies. Trust me when I say this is no ordinary cuppa joe. The sheer degree of intricacy and innovation that goes into each brew is undeniable. I had the seasonal orange blossom latte and my guest had the matcha version, both were rich in complexity & volume. No extracts or artificial flavors here. We also reveled in the orange almond torte type dessert which was absolutely phenomenal and bursting with layers of depth, flavor and texture. I'm told there will be decadent florals on the beverage menus in the days to come changing with each season!!! Just remember to be patient sweet bellas and bros, as each brew is hand crafted one at a time and that kind of artistry simply cannot be rushed, you feel what I'm sayin'?!? Well worth the wait in spades...

Very distinctive coffee house in the center of Old Town. Uses high level ingredients (imported dark chocolate!) with hand-pulled espresso shots to make excellent, tasty drinks. The atmosphere is a Venetian cafe (owner's family is from there), which is neat. They serve excellent pastries like an unbelievable kouign-amann (sort of like a croissant-muffin). The staff are super nice and helpful. Seating is a tad limited, but nice. This is not your run of the mill coffee shop, and worth a visit.

My friend and I got out today to explore! If you're in the Old Town ABQ area check out caffe Enzo! It's absolutely delicious and the owner has a very passionate vision for his coffee! It's a must!

Went to Albuquerque on a whim and had the best coffee to ever pass through my lips at Caffe Enzo. Step inside this richly colored cozy spot and you're welcomed by baristas in attire befitting the mood of this gem. When perusing the menu don't expect to be coffee shamed for not knowing what you want, but do follow their recommendations as they were spot on. I'm a fan of a good mocha and it was suggested I try their version the caffe Valrhona. Words can't describe how delicious this coffee was. We were in town for the weekend and I had this heavenly beverage once Saturday, twice on Sunday and made a special trip on our way to the airport on Monday for one last cup.

We had to try Caffe Enzo because Creme de la Creme is so incredible, and it did not disappoint! We had a panini, caffe valrona (like a mocha), a shot of espresso, and a latte azurro (butterfly pea latte). Everything tasted excellent and you can tell the ingredients are just as carefully selected as at Creme de la Creme. The espresso was wonderful and well worth enjoying by itself! The decor was beautiful and it was very pleasant to sit inside and enjoy the drinks and food. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to ensure we had a great experience. We will definitely be back!

This place definitely falls into the first category. This morning I went with the single origin Guatemala drip, and it was exactly what a solid cup of coffee should be. Smooth, rich, and balanced with a nice chocolate note that hangs around just long enough to make you take another sip. No bitterness. No burnt taste. Just a clean, well-roasted cup that says someone here actually cares about the beans. The shop itself has a personality, which I always appreciate. It's decorated with fishing lures, fish artwork, and sculptures scattered around the place. Naturally this leads to the obvious conclusion: the owner is either an avid fisherman... or coffee roasting is just the side hustle between trout expeditions. Either way, the theme works. The space feels relaxed, creative, and comfortable. The kind of place where you can sit with a cup and not feel rushed out the door. And speaking of doors, while I was there there was a steady flow of customers coming in and out. That's usually the universal coffee signal for yep, this place is doing something right. Bottom line: Great coffee, cool atmosphere, and a shop with enough character to keep things interesting. I'll definitely be back for another cup of that Guatemala.

The food and coffee here aren't excellent. No question. Surprisingly strong spice level for an old town location, good range of New Mexican AND coffee shop menu options for breakfast and lunch. I had the enchiladas and added eggs and bacon, which is essentially Huevos Rancheros the way it is served in bowl form. Potatoes, beans, and chile flavors all complimented each other well, nice garnish and nice presentation. Had house coffee which is SOLID. The service style is counter ordering with a number, which for me is a great system. Negative - the coffee service with food is a bit confusing. Coffee comes in a paper cup for everyone apparently, which feels a bit sloppy. Mugs would be really nice. Also, because coffee is served with meal by table delivery, coffee takes a long time to get to the table. I personally like my coffee immediately and intravenously, so this was frustrating. The patio is lovely - the tables are weird. There are only large group tables, no small tables. BIGGEST Negative - parking. I looked at the social media, menu, website, and the parking problem is not addressed anywhere that I could easily find. The adjacent city lot is priced for tourists - $12 flat rate. Given that the numerous other breakfast options in the area have free and close parking, in our lamentably car-driven culture, Tiny Grocer is at a big disadvantage. I'm sure this is a recurring and difficult problem, and I would suggest blasting a solution on all social media, pinned posts, first line in bio, menu, everywhere. We drove around looking for street parking, but then decided that we'd have to pay for parking. Unfortunately the different lots in the area use different parking apps, so the first one we drove through was the wrong one. We passed by the Tiny Grocer, though, and I noticed that they had a couple of free parking spots for their patrons. I suggested that we stop in for a quick look, and lo and behold they had the sort of stuff I was looking for. I wasn't able to find blue corn pancake mix, but they had loaves of bread made with blue corn. I found some prickly pear preserves to go along with it, and picked up a Christmas chile spice blend for good measure. They bagged my purchases up in a brown paper gift bag, so I didn't even have to stop for one on my way to the dogsitter. It might have been nice to spend some time strolling around Old Town, but I'm not going to complain about accomplishing my mission so efficiently.
