Stopped by here for lunch before a walk at Hollywood Cemetery. What a great place! They have plenty of seating both indoor and out and tons of drink options (coffee, tea, wine, beer). They also have a large selection of sandwiches, salads and some pastries. Service was quick and the food/drinks were delicious. Highly recommend stopping by. It is worth noting that they have a tiny parking lot with only 3-4 spaces so you will most likely need to street park a couple blocks away (most spots are taken by the apartments).

There's not a ton of great food options in Machester (yet!) but this is definitely a solid one! Even if you don't eat here, I highly recommend going for the vibes alone. Plenty of space to study, work, etc. but also socialize and get a good reliable lunch. Nowhere near as expensive as most places in Richmond and I could honestly eat a whole truck-ful of those homemade chips! Looking for something quick, easy, and light - this is your spot. Also the workers are so approachable and friendly! Made some great recommendations.

Upstairs area. Very cute and quaint. Good for meetings, groups etc.

Beautiful little place! Great atmosphere, staff is wonderful. Fast service. Coffee was amazing. Will be coming back again. Next day: went back had a bacon, egg, cheese on a toasted croissant. Sorry I don't have a picture, I ate it all before I realized I didn't take a pic. It was DELICIOUS and devoured fast. Had a great big cup of dripped coffee with oat milk. Perfection. 2 days in a row and I am enjoying starting my vacation mornings with coffee and breakfast here. Definitely need to try this place if you are in the area.

This is a great local sandwich shop in Manchester. Had a Mayo Bridge; which is a BLT. Comes with fresh made chips and a pickle. What a good sandwich perfect lunch spot! Better than any chain franchise. Let's support our local businesses friends!

I came by here for just a quick coffee drink on a rainy day. It's not my first time here, but first time leaving a review. If you want a drink that makes you actually say "wow that's fantastic" then I would recommend going with their dirty chai (2 shots) latte. They have all kinds of great drinks that tempted me, letting me know I'll have to make a few returns to check out the full array of deliciousness. The menu is also pretty awesome looking, with a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other tasty fare. The cafe must have been converted from a garage with a large roll-up bay door, but they have made it feel like a great cafe experience with decor, live plants, and interesting art. They also have locally made kombucha, which I am excited to try later on today. Definitely a place worth checking out here in the heart of the Manchester District

A neighborhood cafe that makes you feel at home. I love stopping in for a fresh sandwich and iced tea, but also love their coffee. Nice people and owners who really care about their community and quality. It's hard to find a place to sit outside for lunch in this neighborhood - but they have an awesome patio!

So glad my friend introduced me to this cafe. I got an americano and my fiancé got black coffee. Both were standard. My friend got a lavender latte which was very good. We each got something different to eat, all of which was tasty. I got the 7th street sandwich (asked for the bread to be toasted). The blackened Mayo was so yummy. I also love that they had ample seating both inside and out. They seemed to be short staffed so service was slow but we didn't mind, staff was very sweet and worked as fast as they could.

Did 1 lap and came back which took 5 min at best. Never got a text saying our table was ready. When we got back from our 1 lap around the block, there were multiple tables available, still no text saying our table was ready. There were 2 seats available at the bar, which in any other restaurant is FCFS, so we took a seat. The hostess came up to us and said that the bar was already requested by 2 other guest who were waiting and asked us to move to a table. We moved to a table where it took us over 10 min to get our drink order in. Drinks did not come right out, took another 10 min to get a sweet tea. It was 2pm and they were not slammed busy during this time. Will prob take our business elsewhere next time. Did not feel welcomed by any means. This was not our first time here. Seems like every time we come, there's always an issue with the service. Food is great though.

It's a very popular restaurant, so today, when we entered, while we were greeted right away, there was a 30 minute wait. The time actually went by relatively fast, and by the time we were seated, large cups of ice water were already there at our table, as well as a carafe to refill them. There's no physical menus, instead you scan a QR code which brings you to their menu. They have lots of drink options, including several specialty cocktails, beers, and ciders. Our waiter was super sweet and attentive, and the food came out relatively quickly. For my drink, I ordered a local cider from a Virginia ciderie, as well as the It's A Wrap, which has cheddar, ranch, mixed greens, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and your choice of protein (I got tofu). I also got a side of the Mac and cheese, which I could tell was made in house. Super creamy and flavorful with a hint of spice. My wrap was also insanely good! I'm impressed by the amount of vegetarian options here. Any burger can be made both gluten free or vegan, and the choices of protein make it more accessible for everyone who comes in. I'm really happy we were recommended this place!

Drinks: Majority of the party enjoyed fresh lemonade while my boyfriend and I enjoyed cocktails. Me: Flight of the Bumblebees- this was a refreshing summer drink My boyfriend: Tiger's Eye. All of the flavors that you'd look for in a well prepared Bolognese. I was thoroughly pleased Other dishes: Special: Steak with glazed rainbow carrots and stringed beans. Should have taken this as a sign that groups are clearly not wanted nor welcome when arriving. Petty things, such as forbidding the movement to another table out of the sun, when there were many other tables available. I left early after being chastised for loving a chair but the family decided to stay. They shared that the crappy service continues the entire time they stayed. The staff were polite, but we had to ask several times to get items we were missing or things we wanted extras of. They checked in on us a fair number of times, but they still forgot to return to give us what we had asked for. By the time we were ready to leave, we still haven't gotten our dressings or our condiments. I also had asked for my burger to be well done, but I got a burger with quite a bit of pink in it. I didn't want to ask for it to be placed back on the grill because I didn't really want to wait longer for my food. Although I wanted my burger to be well done and I didn't get it that way, it was still pretty good. The fries though, I think was the best part of it. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crunchy! I also ordered a coke. Just a heads up, they don't do free refills on the sodas, so each cup is $4. My party also ordered salmon l'orange and a romano salad with salmon. My friends really enjoyed their main dishes, but we did ask for extra dressing. The restaurant is decorated in a boho-style vibe, and it was cute. We found the lighting on the side dining area to be a little bit too dim once the sun went down, but I do think it would've been perfect for a date night vibe. Overall, we had an okay experience.

This is the restaurant in the lobby of the Omni, and their room service menu has a really solid variety. Appetizers, soups and salads, sandwiches, fish, chicken, steak, seafood, other meat options, plus plenty of sides and desserts. There's something for whatever mood you're in. For my appetizer I ordered the fried green tomatoes. I'm very picky about fried green tomatoes because if they're not done right, they can be greasy and heavy. These were not. They were thick wedges of firm green tomatoes in a light batter, stacked with a spread of pimento cheese and finished with a drizzle of honey. The balance of savory and sweet worked really well, and the texture was exactly what I look for -- crisp outside, tender yet firm inside. For my entrée I chose the roasted lamb rack. It came as two double ribs over a sweet potato purée that had a subtle hint of cinnamon -- really nice flavor without being overpowering. The lamb was cooked to the right temperature, juicy and tender, with a light chimichurri and vegetables alongside. I also ordered the grilled corn succotash as a side -- corn, beans, and tomato. It was fresh and bright and complemented the richness of the lamb perfectly. This is my second time dining here. The first time I had breakfast out on the Westham Porch, and both experiences have been very pleasant.
