Cafe in ktown with their own parking lot. I got a slice of their basque cheesecake it was not too sweet but had a runny texture. My friend enjoy her oolong tea. They have seating indoor and an outdoor patio, and upstairs seating.

The chai latte is perfect! The ricotta toast was not worth the price at all but the waffle with fruits was! Don't love that they don't have outlets really so you're limited by the power of your laptop. Can almost always find a seat though they do get busy during peak hours like 5-8PM. Love that they're open till 10PM. Ambiance is cute and vintage, though it can get loud. There was even one lady who set up a whole tripod next to me and was doing a virtual tarot card reading over google meet.

This place has some really unique and amazing sounding lattes. The Mille crepe was also delicious. It's a very chill cool space with tables to work or chat at. The baristas were super nice and gave recommendations and I would definitely return!

In the heart of Korea-town, you will come across this charming cafe which is set up as a two story loft. When I walked in, I immediately felt like I was scooped into a different era...a different time zone in a foreign country haha! The ambience was spreading peace and homelike coziness my way. I liked how the checkers floors and diagonal mirrors completed the interior look. I also want to note that it's a safe space here. You don't have to worry much about anyone bothering you while you work on your laptop or whatever you're filling your brain with. I ordered a typical matcha latte and honestly I should've ordered something more interesting I have yet to try...but hey still good enough as a fun hot sip. The staff was courteous and answered all my annoying questions about the space. I will be back to dig more into their menu and when I need a space to work diligently. This cafe was perfect for that. Also, great space for a coffee date.

This place has been around for ages! Used to be the spot in Koreatown. The menu has changed but their cakes are still delicious! The interior of the cafe is definitely not modern but decorated with antiques furniture and art pieces.

We got the matcha latte, matcha cheesecake, sandwiches, a waffle, and their Spanish latte (hot and iced). Everything was great! Service was quick except for the waffle. The waffle took 20-30min, but it was delicious! Great place to chat or get some work done. Not too loud but not too quiet. They have parking along 6th street in a lot reserved for customers, but it is VERY limited.

Their cappuccino was really really wet and more like a latte. It did have good foam on top though, and the coffee at the base tasted good. The salad and sandwich was just okay. I also tried the Charcoal Latte which was essentially a lightly sweetened Vanilla Latte. But the real showstopper was their Sweet Potato Latte which was thick and creamy. I got lucky because it just got back in stock today. Service was very informative with some wait. And the decor is very unique and worth a self guided walkaround.

I want to rate 5 but I'm at a 3/4 because I enjoyed my matcha drink but my experience was just OK. Cafe is calm, rustic, and has some ambient charm. But the cafe was so busy. I had no where to sit for almost 1 hour as all seats were taken inside, and outside. I had to wait against the wall sipping on my drink which I already finished before I could find a seat. There may of been seats open upstairs but the worker told me I can't bring my dog upstairs which I don't know why so the place isn't completely dog friendly as their description says. I changed seats 3 times because seating was terrible. I ended up getting a table and 1 chair having me stare at the piano. I put up with it so I can just sit down finally. But it was not comfortable at all and was frustrating because the table was so tiny only my book would fit on the table, and not my drink. I then snagged seats outside but the scene was not cute and so not comfortable. The wooden ground is coming apart or already broken and is sticking out of the foundation and could easily be a hazard. the chair paint and tables are all worn and paint chipped away... all tables and chairs are tightly packed and unable to make my way through without telling people to pull in their chairs, shuffling the furniture around to get by. The chair seat is wicker material but it is bumpy and hard making it not comfortable. Finally saw the inside lounge seat open up and was finally at peace being able to set my belongings down, my dog, and my drink. I would rate 2 or 3 but I want to be nice because perhaps I was just unlucky at that time and I did enjoy the drink and the worker cleaning my table was nice. But the seating situation needs a makeover.

Truly a peak study environment. The lighting is dim enough to be calming but bright enough to allow for movement and productivity. Although I loved the atmosphere, I was not a big fan of the space. A lot of the doors open into each other, so it is very easy to run into people. I got their turkey breast sandwich for $13, which was MWAH! I loved it, but my brother was not a huge fan of their pesto chicken sandwich. It was really good, but small for its price. Their vegan cookie was AMAZING, and the rest of their desserts look so good. I really want to try their tiramisu and rose latte, that will be my next order :,). I would also keep in mind that the space here fills up quickly! They have indoor and outdoor downstairs seating and upstairs seating as well.

10/10 hands down! Came in for just a double shot of espresso ($4). Staff was very kind and pleasant to interact with. The espresso was served with sparkling water which was the perfect accompaniment (and also makes you feel fancy lol!). I would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Cozy coffee spot with ample seating and fantastic coffee! I was impressed by the amount of seating available with an indoor lobby, outdoor patio, and upstairs loft. The baristas and servers were very polite and brought us our coffee upstairs. Great spot to study or hang out with cool vibes.

First of all where is the parking lot?? So confusing lol. Place has nice vibes and the lady whose cooks was nice, but the guy at the register is awkward. We sat down and my friend brought an almost empty drink and the guy came up to us and said she needed to throw it out which was fine it was just the way he said it. We had the ham and cheese sandwhich and it was so dry and didn't have flavor. Not only that but the guy at the register is on his phone without gloves and is touching the inside of the coffee machines; watched him cough and then go back to touching the coffee machines. Will not be coming back here :(...cakes look good though. I feel bad for rating a one so I'm putting a two.

    Emily Z.

parking was kind of confusing, i'm honestly not even sure if I was parked in the right area. the vibes inside are pretty cool but the drinks and food were just not great. decent study spot for sure but I definitely think there's better places in ktown!

Service was friendly and staff were helpful when I asked about adding a matcha cream top to the matcha latte. I ordered my matcha less sweet just in case my drink would be too sweet. The drink wasn't sweet at all which I didn't expect, but it wasn't a bad thing. I wouldn't make any adjustments next time. The matcha was astringent, bitter, and umami. I did taste some slight graininess, but nothing too bad. I think they prepare the matcha as a paste then add it to the top of the milk. I've never seen other places prepare their drinks like this before! Overall, it was a solid drink for an decent price.

The drinks and pastries have always made it an easy place for us to grab a treat, so I'm not writing this based on one random first impression. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing enough that I felt I needed to say something. When we came in, the trash cans were overflowing, and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. I understand that cafés can get very busy, especially in Little Tokyo, and I never expect a place to look perfect every second of the day. However, the dining area felt noticeably neglected. With two children, cleanliness is something I pay closer attention to, and it was uncomfortable trying to find a clean area for us to stand and sit. The overall atmosphere also felt disorganized. We waited at the register for help, but it took a while before anyone acknowledged us. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have made a big difference. I have had better experiences here in the past, which is why this visit stood out so much. I'm hoping this was simply a bad day, because Café Dulce has always been a place I was happy to visit with my family. I'm sharing this because I would genuinely like to see the cleanliness and customer service return to the standard I remember. Private Feedback for Management I did not feel comfortable putting the full details of this experience in a public review, but I believe management needs to be aware of what happened. While I was standing at the register waiting to order, the male employee working there was engaged in a conversation with another person and appeared to be openly gloating about drinking while on the job. Based on what I heard and observed, he also appeared to be impaired or intoxicated. He continued the conversation while ignoring me, even though I was standing directly in front of the register waiting to place an order. The tone of the conversation was not subtle or professional. It created a much darker and more uncomfortable atmosphere than what I would ever expect from a family-friendly café. I was there with my two children, and hearing someone behind the register casually talking about drinking while working was deeply concerning. Someone who appears intoxicated while operating a register and handling customers' money creates a terrible narrative for the business. It raises concerns about judgment, accuracy with transactions, food-service safety, and the overall professionalism of the workplace. Even if the employee was exaggerating or joking, it was still completely inappropriate to have that conversation openly in front of customers. What bothered me most was not only the conversation, but the fact that I was being ignored while it continued. I was waiting to spend money at the business, yet the employee seemed more interested in talking about drinking than acknowledging a customer. As a mother standing there with two children, the situation felt uncomfortable, disrespectful, and honestly a little disturbing. This is not my first time visiting Café Dulce, and I have never felt compelled to complain before. I understand that employees are human and that businesses have difficult days. However, the combination of overflowing trash cans, a dirty floor, being ignored at the register, and an employee appearing impaired while discussing drinking on the job crossed a line for me. I am sharing this privately because I believe management should have the opportunity to address it directly. I hope the situation is taken seriously, not only for the reputation of the café, but for the safety and comfort of the customers and employees.
