The wait was long on a Sunday afternoon. Me and my sister went after our morning yoga class. She got the specialty chai and I got a cold pressed carrot juice. The drinks were good and we like to support local businesses so I would come back to try the food next time I'm in the area. So much nice artwork and places to visit on this street so check them out!

Cute cafe! Colorful, bright decor and lively environment. It's a small place but packs in a fair amount of people. We got lucky with a table by the window and it was really nice, and also had hooks on the wall to hang our coats. I had a Thai iced coffee. It was okay. My friend seemed to like her iced matcha latte. The service was really fast. They were very busy but had an efficient system and the line moved quickly and I didn't have to wait long for my order. I will definitely come back. I would like to try their food menu next time.

Nice little cafe that felt like a mom/pop shop. Felt like home. Prices weren't too crazy (comparatively) and the location is fabulous. We had 2 drinks and a Bean/Cheese Sandwich. Drinks were very mid, unfortunately haha and sandwich was great. The coffee was not awful and the vibes were good enough to definitely come back and also support. The line was also out the door and I was nervous we would be there for hours...BUT we weren't. It was efficient process and the food was quality. No complaints overall. Thank you Cafe Jumping bean and I plan on coming back soon! Personal Review: 8.6/10

We came here on a Sunday at 10am, there was a line out the door. We waited about 15 minutes in line, and we were able to get a table inside for three of us. This is mostly a to go place. The staff were nice, patrons were kind, atmosphere was a vibe. And it smelled good. They have kid options, pizza, bagels, sandwiches, and a lot of specialty coffee options. I got the chicken salad sandwich on their multigrain bread, my kiddo got the a plain bagel with cream cheese. And my partner got the Molletes (comes with a side of salsa). I got a cold brew, tasted great, and my partner got a Cafe Con Leche. They are known for their focaccia pizza, Molletes, and specialty lattes. Highly recommend, the wait is worth it.

Excellent coffee and delicious sweets and snacks in a cozy, vibrant and comfortable environment! The staff are very friendly and very fast with your order, the vibe is great and it gets you going! A great place to stop when you're in the neighborhood.

Their food is amazing. Ambience is great too! My only suggestion would be that they don't premix sugar with their Chai, because there are people like me who prefer it without sugar too. Also, their black bean burger is soo underrated!

Been here many times for coffee before but didn't have a chance to try some of the food items. We tried the focaccia pizza and the focaccia sandwich. They were both great and VERY filling. Went during lunch time so it was kind of busy in the cafe but we still got our food decently quickly. I would 100% go back and get either of these dishes again.

I've been here many many times throughout the (like 20 years) - but then I moved out of Chicago but after moving back home after 13 years and I'm so very happy to finally be an elite member to finally give this amazing place the best review possible bc they are exactly that, the best!!! Amazing Atmosphere, very artsy! Small but full of love and mucho color but more then ever it has Amor!! Everything and Everyone who works here is exceptional!! The best and quick warm loving service a customer can ever ask for. I'm a little sad it's been gentrified. Hardly any more of my Latino peeps In here. No disrespect bc it's kind to share but it is what it is. I still love this place and will alway love it. One can't go wrong with anything you order

Everyone was right when they said this is the place to go! You literally cannot beat their affordable prices and the portions are so friendly. I tried their pesto chicken salad sandwich with their focaccia bread and it was phenomenal. Their teas and lattes are so tasty too! Def has become a staple for me now.

This is a cute tiny cafe in Pilsen that's always busy for a very good reason. Their drinks are all very good, including the matcha! This was also my first time having a mollete, which is a Mexican open-faced sandwich with refried beans and white cheese, and this one was topped with vegan chorizo. It was absolutely delicious and freshly made. Also more filling than I expected, definitely recommend. Do note that their seating is limited and it's not really the place to hang out for a while.

There was already a small line of guests with the same idea, but we were able to get on the waitlist. While waiting, we checked out the small coffee shop inside the gallery and browsed the furniture, which helped pass the time. Our wait was about an hour before being escorted to our table in the courtyard. Initially, we were placed at a low coffee table with couch seating. It's a cool lounge style setup, especially for drinks, but not ideal for a meal. It would have been pretty awkward trying to eat comfortably. We asked to be moved and were told that table preferences should be requested when joining the waitlist. Since it was my first time visiting, I wasn't aware of that, and it also wasn't asked by the hostess. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us and moved us to a table in the wine cellar. The wine cellar had a completely different vibe, dark and moody, compared to the bright, airy courtyard with its beautiful glass ceiling and natural light. We ordered the lobster roll and the RH Burger, both with fries. The food came out fairly quickly and was well-presented. The lobster roll was served on a buttery brioche with just the right amount of seasoning, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely visit again.

Unfortunately for us we were a table for 3 and despite having mad that reservation weeks in advance were placed in what was obviously just 2 two tops pushed together. And not in the main atrium area. Look it was still a beautiful atmosphere and our company made it a lovely evening. Why don't they have a liquor license here? Ok the food. The burrata salad, so nice and summer fresh. We also had the crispy artichokes meh. What saved my night was the chicken salad. The crispy bits...amazing all through the salad. So good. Let's talk dessert, the butterscotch crème brûlée so good. Coffee and a port wine.... Good, but where is the cheese board. This place would benefit from real liquor and a desert cheese board. I mean I must believe that RH has a cheese board on offer somewhere. Anyway, nice evening and decent food in a mostly lovely place.

We originally swung by on a Friday night, but it was far too loud and bustling. Given the nice 1940s or 50s decor, adding some acoustic art panels would make a huge difference in cutting down the noise. Every time we passed by afterward, it always looked packed. However, we finally got a chance to experience it properly last night, and it did not disappoint. The smoke tomato pizetta, nuts and olives, daiquiri, cafe martino, and service were all fantastic!

It is a vibrant, modern cafe staple known for its standout bakery items like their Strawberry Cream Croissants (that looked incredibly decadent), artisanal coffee drinks, and reliable breakfast sandwiches. The place is popular, based on the queue that went out the door when we went there over the past weekend. Due to its proximity to major downtown attractions like the Art Institute and office buildings, long lines will happen during morning work rushes and weekend peak hours. But it's worth the wait. For my money, the chocolate croissant, stuffed with rich chocolate mousse, is class, and will ensure you won't go hungry. At all. In fact, I had half of it in a Ziploc for two days, and it still tasted amazing. The chocolate mousse alone will give you a rush that will send you blasting into outer space. Their morning sandwich was pretty good with scrambled eggs, cheddar, bacon, avocado, and tomatillo sauce on toasted semolina. Although, admittedly, I was full from also indulging on the croissant, so I had leftovers. Their coffee drinks are also divine. I ordered 5 coffees one morning, and all the register guy did was write a few names on some cups and placed it down. I understand tipping culture is a divided topic of discussion, but at the end of the day, it is OPTIONAL. After pressing the skip button from what I believe to be non-tip worthy service, he threw a fit and said "Wow you're serious? After I did all that?" Meanwhile all he did was write names on cups. Now I would understand if he was the barista working hard to pump out the coffees, but two lovely ladies were in the back doing that. He shooed me and my friend out of line as we were still processing what he just said. The next customer orders and he had the audacity to talk about us to them while we're 5 feet away. Delusional as he was, he had the nerve to say we were holding up the line and made him do "all that work", and I could promise you, we knew exactly what we wanted to order the second we got up, and took no longer than 45 seconds. We also witnessed he got into it with another customer, so it seems like he's the problem here. Most wild service I have ever received, all for some milky coffees. I ended up tipping the lovely ladies in the back though. Be warned. There are much better spots.
