Service was awesome... great find near hotel on our Clemson trip!!! Food was delicious...and plentiful!!!
Nice vibes on a Sunday morning. Service was quick and friendly. They accommodated our party of 7 rather quickly. I had the French toast, really good. Soft and sweet with fresh strawberries and blueberries. The 1 egg side was disappointing because I ordered over medium and it came over easy. Overall this is a place worth coming to. I will be back.
This is a unique dining spot in Alameda. The seating is inside large tents, with a few seats outside the tents. It felt very makeshift, but they are making it work. We came here on a Sunday and the seats were all filled. We put our names on the waiting list, and were seated within 15 minutes. The menu is brunchy with French influence. The food was very good. However, we made the mistake of ordering the beignets to be served at the end of the meal. They didn't put our beignet order in until after they cleared our plates, and it took about 30-45 minutes after our meal before our beignets came out. So if you want beignets, just order them the same time as your meal because they take awhile to make. What we ordered: + Sweet cream pancakes - these were cute in mickey mouse shape with a few strawberries. + Crab cake benedicts - very good + Salmon Lox Sandwich - very good, but would have liked the cucumbers to be sliced thinner. They were quite a bit thicker than the salmon and was a little clumsy to eat, but I'm just being picky. + La Campagne Omelette - lots of veggies and very cheesy + Beignets - long wait and was not bad. They were light with large air bubbles. Not the best we've had, but not bad. Overall, a cute spot for a brunch if you don't mind tent seating.
This place is about 1.5 miles into my long run. I've been wanting to try it and finally this last Sunday I decided, today is thee day. We're going. There is plenty of parking and it's right next to one of those public park gyms that uses body weight exercises. That was cool to check out. The concept of this place is really unique, shipping containers make the space with only outdoor seating but on a nice sunny day it is perfect. The service was quick and we were sat right away. We ordered: Lattes: mediocre, the espresso did not have the best flavor. French toast: just average, not much flavor, the butter came in a those foil bricks and was too cold to spread it. Eggs Benedict: I was told that there wasn't much flavor Veggie omelet: had lots of veggies and was just ok. Some of the potatoes weren't cooked all the way. I think overall, there wasn't much flavor in anything we ordered. And we probably wouldn't come back.

We were seated right away and service came got our orders and brought food out pretty quickly. The menu is simple but has a little of everything - sweet items, omelets, sandwiches and Benedict's. Food- Eggs Benedict's - presentation was great but ZERO flavor in the Benedict's and potatoes French toast - nothing special Veggie Omelet - no flavor and undercooked potatoes Lattes - tasted like warm milk I have past this spot plenty of times and have wanted to try it. It's a cute spot in a safe area with ple ty of parking and you can go on a walk after BUT the fact that we tried a couple items and there was no real flavor was very disappointing especially for the price.
01/27/26 Corporate heads were so kind to take me out to lunch today. A small, quaint outdoor dining vibe under tents. There were 10 of us so they put tables together for us. Everyone's food looked so good. Mine came out last and probably 15 minutes after everyone else, so I thought it was an initiation ritual or something lol I ordered the Monte Cristo so I assume it takes a little longer to make than other items. It came with fried potatoes which were seasoned well. The sandwich itself came in 4 pieces with warm jam accompanying it and was dusted with just the right amount of powdered sugar. Everything was 10/10. Minus the hard glare on the table from the sun and the heat beaming on the backs of everyone across from me. Maybe a draw shade can be put up? Will stop here again the next time I'm in town.
Very tranquil outdoor cafe tucked away in Harbor Bay. Cafe Jolie Petit has done a great job of creating an environment where you feel more like you're at a park than surrounded by businesses. The food and coffee were great! Service was attentive and kind. I absolutely enjoyed the simplicity of the Jolie's Favorite. To be honest, I like this location better than the one on Webster simply because it's much more relaxed. I look forward to my next visit!
It was exciting to see Cafe Jolie Petit right next to some offices on Harbor Bay Island when there are very limited, almost no cafes around. Parking is not a big hassle. However, the food is just not great. As another reviewer mentioned, the beignets had a bitter aftertaste in the dough, that neither the powdered sugar or chocolate sauce could help with. The arnold palmer was tremendously sour from the lemonade portion. The chocolate sprinkle donut was just alright. Will still stop by to try their other items.

The place was super cute and the service was a 10/10 - all the staff were super nice. Special shout out to Gabriella, they were friendly, attentive and just so nice. Unfortunately, the food was just not on par with the service. Except for the coffee, everything was not hot. The cheese on top of the Croque Madame was already congealed into a layer of chewy mess while the egg underneath was undercooked. Part of the egg white was still translucent. The béchamel on the side was lukewarm and could really use some salt. The bénignes caused serious confusion. There's just no flavor - of anything. The bénigne itself was not hot, and we ate it right as it arrived. It just tasted like the oil that it was fried in. Dipping it in the chocolate sauce and somehow, it did not taste like chocolate. It just didn't taste like anything, and it was not worth the calories. Drip coffee was surprisingly good, the potatoes were good and the service was awesome. Try it for yourself, results may vary.
My colleague and I like to get together and try new places. I yelped this and sent it along with a couple of other choices. They say a picture says a thousand words and this is how we settled on here. This is a bit out the way and closer to the OAK airport, but I like it, not crowded. We got an early start and we were seated quickly. There is an outdoor seating area with like a clear tent surrounding the tables and there is an indoor seating. It's a chill little spot and the wait staff is awesome, personable and very anticipatory. I settled on the monte cristo and my friend got the eggs benedict. We also ordered coffee, which was really good. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I like what I like. My dish was came out great, and not overly powder sugared as some places do. We both got potatoes with ours and we decided to split an order of beignets. (I know, I know, but with a name like Jolie Peit) just had to. That's where it trips up for be, but for those of you have been to NOLA and Cafe Dumonde, you just aren't going to get anything that matches. It's not an overwhelming menu, and I will definitely be coming again, maybe when the weathers a bit warmer tho. read more
I've been to their Webster location a couple times and was excited to try their Bay Farm location. The entire restaurant is outdoors, so wear layers if it's a chilly day. The shipping containers they've converted for use have beautiful murals on them. For a Sunday morning we were trying to grab a quick bite to eat, but service was a bit disappointing. They definitely seemed understaffed since there were only 2 wait staff and then the 1 barista (she was handling to go and restaurant drink orders) since it took a long time for us to get luke warm coffee and then even longer for our luke warm eggs Benedict. Coffee was a bit weak, and the Benedict was just ok, but the whole experience left more to be desired. Main plus is to they allow pups and provided water bowls. Brunch places are limited on Bay Farm, so it's a good addition-but wouldn't go here on a weekend especially if you're in a rush. read more
Fast friendly service, but outdoor seating so slightly chilly on an overcast day. First time here, but I've been to the one on Webster. This has a more relaxing vibe, but limited menu and no wait time. Ordered the crab cakes Benedict and the Monte Cristo. Both came with crispy potatoes that were good. Cristo had only one ultra thin slice of each meat and each cheese inside. Tasty but mostly bread. Also came with a blackberry compote. Crab cakes were the star, very flavorful. Asked for sauce on the side which I'm glad I did because it didn't add anything special for me. Would prefer the hollandaise sauce instead actually. Nice casual but slightly upscale place. Overall happy to see them here and food was decent. Good addition to the neighborhood, hope they stick around a long time! read more

Lavender latte is lovely, the sweet cream pancakes can go either way, they are absolutely delicious, but the next visit can be super tough with still good flavor. We've tried lunch and breakfast here and will definitely return. Would love to see some consistency though with quality. read more

Came here for a late breakfast and grabbed a seat outside, which ended up being my favorite part. Even though you are basically looking at cars passing by, it still beats sitting indoors. There is something about that open air that makes breakfast taste better. The French toast was light and fluffy, and the syrup came out warm which is always a plus. The berries were fresh and added the right touch of sweetness. The croissant sandwich was buttery and flaky, and the eggs were soft and light. Everything tasted clean and well made. Service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food came out fast. Prices are mid to slightly high but about what you would expect for Alameda. It is nothing out of the ordinary, just solid breakfast food that hits the spot. Alameda does not have a ton of options, so the fact that there are two Cafe Jolies should tell you something. A good spot for a casual brunch. Around a three to three and a half out of five. read more
This is a really cute little place, outside seating in a tent. Came here with my best friends and my husband. We shared the half order of beignets $14.50. Light and delicious! For brunch, I ordered the Monte Cristo $16.50 with Fruit upgrade $3. I was really happy with it, it came with a nice side of preserves. The rest of the group ordered Croque Madame $16.50, Croque Monsieur $15.50, Tofu Scramble $15.50, and La Campagne Omlette $16.50, Everyone was very happy with their choices. We had a wonderful conversation and a delightful time. read more

Love this spot, great place to bring dogs, kids, etc. It's fully outdoor dining. The menu is fantastic, the service is a little slow because it seems that they are constantly understaffed when I go. Their mimosas are fabulous, I basically rolled out of there full and tipsy :) read more

The food was on point and the Monte Cristo was amazingly delicious. It's like an upgraded French toast with melted cheese sandwich with meat slices all combined. So good! You have to try it unless you're dairy free, vegan, and gluten free. We went for Sunday lunch and it was a nice ambiance as they had some tents of other pop up stores along with a French musician duo. It was a little windy and so it can feel cold - so dress in layers as they have only outdoor seating after all. The 3 stars instead of 5 stars is due to a negative service experience. We were second in line with a total of three parties in line waiting to be seated. They greeted and were preparing table for the first party, but then proceeded to greet and seat the third party immediately - seems like the server knew them personally. This is unprofessional as there's a line after all and why were we treated this way? We hope this can be prevented next time or continued incidences like this is going to cause some issues. As far as I've checked and checked again, there is no reservation in place. Even if the server has a reason, it would be most appropriate to greet us and then have our table prepared, and it's fine if they have table ready for the third party if their size matches a table better. Just be professional. read more

I drive past this cafe every single day, curious about these shipping lovely painted shipping containers that claim to be a restaurant, and an outdoor one at that. I finally had a chance to dine here for a work breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. It had a unique, fun Bay Area sort of vibe with a touch of hipster coolness. There is no indoor dining but the tables were under tents. Somehow, it worked. There were many of us so as I peered down the table, everyone's food looked well presented and I didn't hear any complaints. Several of my seat neighbors, including myself, ordered the Crabcake Benedict. I also requested a little extra of the Hollandaise sauce and some fruit. Everything on my plate looked fresh and well presented. I was pleased. I also had a hot tea with milk. A lovely way to start the day! I'm not a Crabcake connoisseur as crab is something I rarely veer towards. I enjoyed it but I didn't love it. The texture was sort of like as if I had canned tuna. I'm not saying this is comparable to something canned, just the texture. And it was a little bit salty. My poached eggs was perfect. And the English muffin on the bottom was nice. The potatoes were delish too! A respectably well made breakfast! I'd like to come back and try other menu items sometime. Now that I know the unique loveliness of this spot that is a bit set apart in an office park, I can't wait for a return visit. Truly, a wonderful spot to start a work day! read more

Omg 5/5 for the food ! The monte cristo was exactly what I was craving and it hit the spot with the jam ! I was in heaven . The crab Benedict was spot on as well so tasty ! Don't forget your donuts ! I picked up pistachio and original glazed . The coffee was delish and fresh orange juice was so good . I was a happy girl . Customer service was great ! I do wish it was more cozy ? Like maybe some heaters would def help . I cannot wait to be back read more

Restaurants and cafes were quite scarce in this zip code when I lived here, so coming across this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The unusual shipping container enclosures and half outdoor setting fit its business park surroundings well. The food is decent--their dishes offer a good selection of ingredients, but the taste/quality is almost indiscernible from reheated takeout. That said, it was more than acceptable given the nature of this place. But by any standard irrespective of their setting, the coffee is excellent and easily worth returning for. Service was great as well with just enough attentiveness from our waiter. read more
If you live on Bay Farm, this is such a fun place to walk or ride your bike to enjoy a weekend brunch date. Tucked away in the industrial park, the shipping containers fit right in with the modern aesthetic of the area. Don't be fooled by "petit" in this pop-up collaboration...Although there is a walk-up to-go counter to order pastries and coffee, there is also a full-scale restaurant service with covered outdoor tables for the whole family (and dog!) to enjoy. Between frequent visits, I have probably tasted 75% of the menu - I have yet to try anything I wouldn't order again! My favorites include the croque madame, monte cristo, and la campagne omelette. The country potatoes are well-seasoned and my go-to side order. The lavender cocktail is almost too pretty to drink. On my way out, it's a tradition to grab a dirty iced chai and pistachio donut for the road. read more

After a 5-mile run, this cozy brunch spot truly hit the mark. I ordered the burger--yes, a burger for brunch--and it exceeded expectations. The patties were perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of rich, savory flavor. The fries were just as impressive: crispy and golden with a texture reminiscent of In-N-Out's, but with an extra crunch that made them stand out. Maybe it's the oil they use, but either way, they were addicting. As a fun bonus, one of my onion slices was shaped like a heart--small details like that made the meal even more memorable. A satisfying, flavorful experience all around. Highly recommend! read more
Such a cute little breakfast spot! The buildings are made from containers which is a really cool concept. They only offer outdoor dining with tents and covers so weather really does play a role if you want to dine here. My friend and I started off with a flat white and caramel latte. My coffee had a hair and lint in it so I flagged our server and he brought me a new one. The caramel syrup is already sweet so you might want to cut back on the sugar. I also had the Monte Cristo with potato salad and I loved my dish! My friend got the eggs Benedict and she really enjoyed her dish. Overall, it's worth checking out. The staff are super nice and you can also bring your dogs! read more

Really impressed with brekkie here this morning: -organic eggs and dairy products -great service from the host, server to the barista -coffee art is adorable -food quite good! The campange omelette was still moist, generous slices of avocado and the Gruyère/bacon combo was salty goodness, solid sides, buttered sourdough and country potatoes - crispy! Though blustery and drizzly this morning - the tent set up is acceptable to me. Just bring something insulating and you'll be fine. Tasted like real food, hearty, appetizing and portions were good. Never have been to the Webster location, but I like this one for the alfresco feeling and a parking lot is a plus! On my short list for cafes on the island. read more
