We walked to Cafe Du Monde after dinner and the main dinning room inside was closed, so only the outside patio area was open. First thing to note is they are cash only. We didn't have cash so we walked to the ATM about two blocks away. Once we had cash, we walked up to the window with a couple questions. The "service" was less than helpful and a bit rude, making the experience less than ideal. Not sure if that's part of their schtick, but we weren't impressed and felt like they didn't want us there.

I ordered a pack of beignets and a cafe au lait at Cafe Du Monde's airport location. I drank the coffee too fast and burnt my tongue, so it was certainly fresh and hot. The beignets were just okay in comparison to the ones I had at Cafe Beignet earlier in my trip. But it was cool to see one of these in the airport!

Grabbed a coffee, a fresh order of beignets, and a king cake to go. Order was quick and accurate.

When I got off the plane, passed by and had to stop to get a treat! I've been to other locations before over the years...and wanted my first taste of NOLA to be a good treat! There was no line about 7:15 pm in the airport...I ordered beignets and left. As I walked out I took a few bites of the first beignets and it was lukewarm, not very hot. Ate them, could tell they were fresh but also got tons of sugar everywhere! Oh well! Would definitely go back again to get a treat. Maybe coffee as well.

Love it here! I'm so glad they have a location at the airport! It was very crowded when I was here. They have drinks, beignets and merch that you can grab right before you leave Nola. This location is right after TSA right before Gate B. It was very easy to find. The line moved quickly, and the employees were very friendly. I had a frozen mocha and it was so good! I have a lot of their merch and I inhaled a lot of beignets on this visit too; highly recommend last minute beignets!

The staff were very friendly! I was told that I have to try this place when in the area so I did. I wasn't disappointed, to me the beignets were good, but (let's be honest) they are powdered donuts.... Good, but not impressive. The coffee however was top notch!

4.5 stars because the coffee tasted burnt, but who visits Cafe Du Monde for the caffeine anyways? The regular beignets my friends and I got were amazing as expected. Adorable that they have a location at the MSY airport for all travelers to enjoy. Probably not the best snack to eat on the plane (messy!) but otherwise a perfect NOLA treat to enjoy fresh while waiting around.

Delish coffee like I remember and bought a can for the homestead!!!!! Quick and friendly service. Airport ambiance with no seating.

My crew and I HAD to stop at Cafe Du Monde before our flight! We look forward to these beignets anytime we have a New Orleans layover. I prefer getting my powdered sugar on the side to keep it a little less messy. Absolutely delicious!! Very nice staff and such a quick order. Perfect for travel days. Already looking forward to my next MSY layover!

Classic Beignets are the best. I love visiting this spot whenever I'm in visiting New Orleans. It's a must visit. Powdered sugar fried pastry. Cold brew coffee or hot coffee. Your choice. Do yourself a favor and stop at cafe du Monde.

Convenient grab and go vibe with no tables with seating. Pretty quick and kind service. The beignet isn't as good as the Original Cafe Du Monde. Still recommend for those who wants quick beignet to take on the way. This location accepts credit card payment*

Got my last fix before boarding my flight. Line moved quick even though it was long. The cost wasn't too bad compared to in the city. My order was off, and they fixed it but it took a few minutes for the staff to understand I was missing 2 items. Otherwise, good opportunity to grab beignets if you missed them on town, or want some fresh ones for the plane.

The Rosen coffee was absolutely amazing. Never had that before and I don't even drink coffee like that.

I tried two locations; one in City Park & the other at MSY airport near gate B, I believe.

Great Ambiance, nice Drink. Nice people. I pass this place…read moreevery morning with no time to stop. I had time today!! I mean, I love Matcha so it was a must try. The look of the place is very welcoming and apparently I'm late to the party because the line was long. Only thing, there were only 2 workers so it moved a little on the slower side. Also, they get cool points for the cute little reading nook area. I ordered the white chocolate matcha with oat milk. The matcha itself is high quality. Idk. You can just tell. Nice and bright, beautiful green matcha. The flavor is great. My problem was, that's all I could taste was the might. Almost forgot there was chocolate in there because I couldn't taste it at all but I watched the barista put it in the cup and it wasn't very sweet. Still a great matcha by itself. I'd definitely go back because I was eyeing the lavender matcha. Besides the lack of chocolate flavor and the wait time this is a nice coffee shop and definitely worth visiting.

Rating: 7.8/10…read more Located inside the Lakeside Mall, this place was convenient. This place had been hyped up by a lot of coffee lovers I know so I was happy to try it. I got the Lavender Matcha with vanilla ($7) and it was good, I did want a bit more intensity of flavor but not bad at all. The reason for points off is that the employee was the only one working and the line was long. She was knocking orders out well but she definitely needed assistance.

I ordered your ube cake as a PURE Filipino , I can assure you that the "ube" cake, ain't no ube…read more Its some knock off trashy ass taro from temu, Im guessing its watered down 95% water and the other 5 as ube cuz it looks pale ASF. Im pretty sure its actually purple food coloring and not actual ube, the only reason why I'm not placing a 1 star is because the first time I bought a cake from this place, it was actually good (some coffee cake). This bakery made decent cakes till I tried YOUR UBE CAKE. If you want to copy trends and mix asian culture into your goods, then DO IT PROPERLY, or at least research on how to make ube. Try making ube jam instead and place it in the cake, that would taste WAY better. Also the yellow icy part inside the cake would've been delightful if it was cheese and not some random yellow piss ice. Ube is commonly topped with cheese, this bakery really missed the opportunity to actually be culturally on point. So much for Ube getting mainstream if none of these businesses get it right anyway. They always mess up asian cuisines and culture by making their "own version". Dont disrespect our ube broski (I can feel/taste the ube on the paste but it just isnt enough, it needs more) (update, i take it back. Tried it in the morning where it wasn't as cold. It was actually soft and spongy, the ube taste was stronger and it was quite delectable. Keep up the good work, i see room for improvement though)

Delicious! Everything is tried was excellent…read more They are individually packaged with makes it super easy to choose what you like, and prices aren't bad at all either. I picked: a large fluffy maple roll. The outside reminded me of a croissant in the best way with some mild maple sweetness and the inside was moist, pillowy, and rich. I heated it up in the oven next day which made it even better. A square coconut roll... crisp and flaky on the outside with the most delightful sweet coconut cream inside and flaked almonds on top. This was my favorite. Will get multiple next time. And a pair of taro rolls. These I was most excited for as I love taro, and they weren't bad at all, but were probably my least favorite of the 3, purely because they had an eggy aftertaste. They weren't overly sweet with a nice smooth taro filling. I also tried a taro milk tea with soy milk. These normally include lavender too, but I asked for mine without. The flavor was off the charts good. Strangely it was nothing like the usual taro drinks I've tried and I couldn't place what I was tasting, but it was rich and creamy and so satisfying. Only thing that bummed me out was that I ordered boba and there wasn't any. :(
