The only breakfast restaurant that is worth going to. We don't go out for breakfast much but when we do, Cafe Luna is the only option. We recommend to people all the time. The prices are very fair for the quantity and more importantly the quality!!! Everything is always fresh and great. The steak for the Mother's Day special was incredible. Cooked perfectly, tender and melts in your mouth.

Most-recommended Boston brunch lived up to the hype! I knew I needed to get the crab cake Benedict as soon as I spotted it on the menu and I was blown away. The service was good too -- especially since I was seated at the bar. The restaurant was very busy on a Sunday AM but they kept up. I also got the lemon ricotta pancakes and ended up eating them in the airport, but it was fun to assemble them myself and several people stopped to ask me what I was eating :)

I went to Café Luna for my birthday brunch and a time was had! My server was so kind and attentive! She knew a lot about the menu and gave great recs which I will try the next time. I tried their lychee martini. It was sweet, tasty and packed a punch. For my meal I had their famous Kitchen Sink plate. It is the perfect meal for an indecisive foodie who likes a bit of sweet and savory. It is the perfect balance. Everything was delicious! I always enjoy my time at Café Luna but they made it so special when they came out with my French toast and they added a candle to it! Thank you for making my birthday brunch special!

Get the lemon ricotta pancakes!! They were incredible. Also The server was super sweet. I would say the hot drinks seem much better than the cold, as the hot gave foam and latte art and mine had cinnamon, while the cold was very basic. Kind of chaotic inside but it seems that they are moving locations soon. We overheard a little about the new menu and it seems very exciting

Great for brunch (if you can manage to get a table) Very busy and popular brunch location. I recommend making a reservation because it's almost impossible to get a table without one. We ordered the wings and waffles along with the hash sandwich, and both were a hit. The wings were perfectly crispy with tons of flavor ( I got the mango habanero), balanced nicely by the waffles without being too heavy or sweet. The hash sandwich was hearty and satisfying, with well-seasoned potatoes and everything cooked just right. Parking in the area is also definitely a challenge, but the food makes it worth the walk. Portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. Would definitely come back to try more from the menu!

I visited with a friend for brunch on the first day of the opening of their new location in Kendall, and I'm glad we had a reservation! It was crowded, but we were able to be seated immediately. Their menu is extensive and we had a hard time choosing what to eat, but ultimately went with two extremes: the kitchen sink (2 meats, eggs, toast, potatoes) and the vegetable hash plate made vegan. The vegetable hash and potatoes tasted great and were very filling. My friend could barely finish half of her plate because of the large portion size and ended up taking a lot of the food home. She wasn't a fan of the pulled chicken, but otherwise liked everything else. I also tried the peach fizz mocktail ($6) but was disappointed when it just tasted like orange juice without any fizz. There were some minor mishaps that I think were part of the adjustment to the new location and how busy it was on a Saturday morning (a waiter brought a dish that we didn't order, our waiter forgot that we'd ordered a coffee, and it took a while to get our check at the end). Nothing serious though. Overall, we had a satisfying brunch here, and service was good considering how packed it was. They're open pretty late until 8pm too which is nice.

Cute and small brunch place with very nice and energetic staff. I came here for the Lobster Benedict but remember that it's only on holidays and weekends. I ended with the chilaquiles and added pulled chicken, the chicken was a little dry but nevertheless the dish was very yummy, but I won't recommend it for breakfast as it is quite heavy and oily. Will definitely come back to try some of their other specialties. my Americano was spot on.

Love that they have the loaded home fries option! It's a little difficult to find parking but just go for Kendal Street Parking garage behind the Cafe! Parking is validated, so you will only pay $2-$6.

Really excellent brunch spot for classics! Came in around noon on a weekend and would definitely recommend making reservations - for a party of two we ended up waiting around 30 minutes. We tried the Nutella strawberry French toast and the steak breakfast burrito, both were really flavorful and the portions are also really large! The space is bustling and a bit crowded, and service was excellent as well. Will definitely be back! Food: 4.5/5 Price: 4.5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Service: 5/5

I am so glad to report that Cafe Luna is still amazing!!! I love the Kitchen Sink plate. It's great for indecisive folks like me - especially those who can't decide between sweet and savory for breakfast. I especially liked the corned beef hash. All parts of my meal were delicious. I can't wait to go back and try even more dishes!

I was looking for a weekend brunch in Cambridge for my family. Once I saw the photos of Cafe Luna's food, I knew that I had to get here. They did not disappoint in any way. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and great price! The place was packed on a Saturday around 12pm and it was easy to see why. The restaurant has bar seating (diner style), traditional tables and tables at the side walk. The entire restaurant has an open air setting and the weather was perfect for dining al fresco. Upon arrival, the host said that it would be a 15 minute wait, but it was actually about 3-5 minutes. Our server Lili made the experience even better with her lively personality and menu suggestions. The menu is huge! A big plus were the Vegan/Vegetarian options. The avocado toast is actually not on the menu, but they make it and I'm glad that we asked for it because it was the star of brunch. We added smoked salmon and eggs to it. Some other highlights were the home fries, veggie hash and pancakes (all included in the Kitchen Sink). There is a jalapeño cheese sauce that is amazing! The price/value was a big highlight. It can be tough to find affordable food in metro tourist areas. $18 for the Kitchen Sink breakfast and you will absolutely be stuffed. Looking at other tables food and all of the menu choices, I would definitely return if I'm looking for breakfast in the Cambridge/Boston area and I highly recommend that you try it.

Cafe Luna was such a nice and comfy place! I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes with chicken sausage and my friend ordered the kitchen sink with an added pancake. The menu was incredibly expansive! The Bellinis were amazing! The ginger peach one was the best. The service was what gave this place 3 stars. Aiden was our waiter and when I asked for small substitutions for my lemon ricotta pancakes, he said that asking would make the chef upset. That, in my opinion, was an unacceptable response. Additionally at 90 minutes the manager came and told us they needed the table and we had to go. While the food was great, the service was unideal and I'm also a tourist. So with all the other cool places in Boston, this won't be a place I would return.

I love this cafe for brunch. It's the 3rd time here. There may be a wait because it is a busy place but it is worth it. All the staff is great. The menu selection is great and everything I got was delicious! The honey butter biscuit are grilled and so delicious. The menu has so many great selections to choose from. Everything was great and will always go back.

That might be because of its location..it's kind of tucked away and the first time it took us a while to find. The easiest way to get there is to walk in to north station by the star market entrance, turn left and walk straight until you get to the doors and then walk through those and you'll see it (you'll pass Dunkin on the way). It's not what I would describe as a cozy coffee shop, it's the kind of place where you get your coffee and then leave. Now the drinks themselves.. The coffee cream/coffee ice cream is DELICIOUS. This was the first thing I ever tried and it blew me away. It is very heavy but so yummy. The latte affogato is also delicious, probably because they use that coffee cream in it! The Americano is great with any of the coffee blends. The Nutella latte is also one of my favorites, especially if you like Nutella. The gingerbread affogato was great too! This is a seasonal item I think but if it's there definitely try it! Everything here is so great, and the rotating specials make it very easy to want to keep going back and trying new ones. Highly recommend!

We had already eaten but wanted to grab a drink and couldn't pass up trying a bubble tea spot. So as you'd expect this review is solely for just drinks. Service wise we ordered from the little kiosk which worked well and allowed for plenty of customizing of your drink. That was a positive but also could be a quick way to make your price sky high with most additions being an extra dollar. They give you an order number that will be called when your order is ready. As we were waiting a worker did ask if we were waiting and for our order number and then they seemed to put a rush on making it and they apologized for the wait. Which honestly I did not think we had a long wait but appreciated the staff still. Overall the space for waiting is limited but won't hold that in a negative light since it's a food hall. I grabbed a Mango Fruit Tea with mango popping boba added while my wife got their toasted brown sugar milk tea. Both were pretty good but neither blew us away. My wife did not like the syrup in her brown sugar milk tea, had an odd flavor to it. Maybe we should have picked different drinks that would have impressed more. I would return to give some of their food a try in the future and more drinks though. Friendly staff with decent drinks and located in a very convenient location if you are visiting TD Garden.
