    Salmon tartine, Breakfast burrito
    Angelina R.

This place is incredibly mid, I'm not gonna lie. Nothing was bad per se, but definitely not worth the price or the stop especially being that there are so many other quality coffee shops in Boston. I will admit, the vibes are very cute and there's a good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors, but besides that I wasn't a big fan of my experience here. The food came out pretty fast, even though the spot was very busy, but you can tell that might be just because nothing is really made fresh-- to me it seems like most of the hot food is prepared ahead of time and just warmed up. Additionally, the service overall was not the most efficient or friendly, again likely because they were busy and possibly due to being a new location. The matcha wasn't bad, and I actually really enjoyed their specialty strawberry flavoring, but their coffee was not great which is disappointing for a cafe with the drink name in their title. As I mentioned the hot food was average, and the pastries honestly didn't taste super fresh. Out of everything though, I have to comment their salmon tartine! If I were to go back for anything or recommend an item, it was would definitely be that. It was fresh and the flavors and textures worked together nicely! All in all, I'd skip this spot if I were you, unless you're just passing by and in need of a quick bite. If anything, I'd get one of their tartines or sandwiches.

The blondie batter latte was smooth and dessert forward. It's indulgent and sweet with hints of caramel, though definitely best for those in the mood for something playful rather than a straight coffee profile. The menu offers a range of unique flavors like Biscoff, gingerbread, and cinnamon bun, which adds variety. What really elevates Koko is the atmosphere. The space is bright, calm, and thoughtfully designed, making it an easy place to sit and linger.

My order: iced espresso with vanilla and oat milk The Review: Not everywhere will shake your espresso. Nor will they make their own syrups. Nor do they put the perfect amount of creamy, high-quality oat milk. Koko sure does! I was hesitant because I was not a fan of their other downtown location. Turns out, after trying many places, this Koko is one of the best coffee spots in the area. My drink was great--they brew local Broadsheet coffee and serve it in a light and airy café that is perfect for socializing. Great place, will most definitely return.

A cute place to stop by to escape the cold winter! I got the hot vanilla matcha and it was just what I needed. My friend got the matcha with irish cream but couldn't really taste the irish cream. The breakfast croissant was delicious although a little pricey for what it is.

Great coffee shop with a wonderful variety of flavor options for lattes -- we enjoyed both hot and cold versions out on the patio. The breakfast sausage sandwich was delicious. Would definitely return!

Ordered 2 iced chais & 2 breakfast sandwiches. After waiting over 30 minutes, finally received my food - only to open up a soggy bagel, no bacon & a hockey puck of an egg. Only giving 1 star so that I'm able to submit a review - will not eat here again. 2 thumbs down

Excited to check out this cafe that opened up near North Station! Walking in, the interior is super cute and the perfect spot for some coffee photos. They also have a lot of outdoor seating for sunny days. I ordered a blondie batter iced latte and chocolate croissant - both were delicious. They were able to make the latte less sweet, which I really appreciated. Everyone working was friendly and drinks come out fast, so definitely check them out!

Cute coffee shop right by North Station. Service was quick and attentive. I got a sandwich and matcha latte, pretty good. Excited to try their pastries.

That might be because of its location..it's kind of tucked away and the first time it took us a while to find. The easiest way to get there is to walk in to north station by the star market entrance, turn left and walk straight until you get to the doors and then walk through those and you'll see it (you'll pass Dunkin on the way). It's not what I would describe as a cozy coffee shop, it's the kind of place where you get your coffee and then leave. Now the drinks themselves.. The coffee cream/coffee ice cream is DELICIOUS. This was the first thing I ever tried and it blew me away. It is very heavy but so yummy. The latte affogato is also delicious, probably because they use that coffee cream in it! The Americano is great with any of the coffee blends. The Nutella latte is also one of my favorites, especially if you like Nutella. The gingerbread affogato was great too! This is a seasonal item I think but if it's there definitely try it! Everything here is so great, and the rotating specials make it very easy to want to keep going back and trying new ones. Highly recommend!

I ordered my usual flight, but they were out of stickers :( They had some unique beers amongst them one called Belgian Waffles which is a blonde ale with maple syrup and cinnamon. This was dessert or breakfast, depending on your perspective, in a glass. I also got a hazy IPA, a peanut butter stout, and a hefe. All were really good. For lunch I got some honey jerk wings. These were cooked to perfection. Crisp skin and juicy meat. The problem was the flavor. They had the honey but no jerk. There was no spice at all. They were still good, but they could have been great. Anyway, give me stickers and spice and I will give you that 5th star.

Service is very friendly and they are always accommodating in terms of where we would like to be placed on the patio. Their beer selection is decent, my husband always enjoys one of their lagers or IPAs. I would really appreciate it if their cider selection was improved. They usually have at least one good cider but more recently, they have been "out." With so many great cideries in New England, it's disappointing that they don't have a collab with one of them. I mean Downeast is just just across the Harbor!!! With that being said, the food is awesome. Our favorite go tos include: the jalapeño arancini, the roni' roni' pizza, the cobb salad, and the fish tacos. I will say for having "roni" twice in the name, they could throw some more on top of the pizza. Regardless, the dough is perfect every time and we always get it with a side of the spicy ranch. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy another meal here! If you're in the area stop by to check it out or if you're heading to the garden for a game, plan to stop by before. It's so worth it.

We had already eaten but wanted to grab a drink and couldn't pass up trying a bubble tea spot. So as you'd expect this review is solely for just drinks. Service wise we ordered from the little kiosk which worked well and allowed for plenty of customizing of your drink. That was a positive but also could be a quick way to make your price sky high with most additions being an extra dollar. They give you an order number that will be called when your order is ready. As we were waiting a worker did ask if we were waiting and for our order number and then they seemed to put a rush on making it and they apologized for the wait. Which honestly I did not think we had a long wait but appreciated the staff still. Overall the space for waiting is limited but won't hold that in a negative light since it's a food hall. I grabbed a Mango Fruit Tea with mango popping boba added while my wife got their toasted brown sugar milk tea. Both were pretty good but neither blew us away. My wife did not like the syrup in her brown sugar milk tea, had an odd flavor to it. Maybe we should have picked different drinks that would have impressed more. I would return to give some of their food a try in the future and more drinks though. Friendly staff with decent drinks and located in a very convenient location if you are visiting TD Garden.

I do not go out for coffee much anymore due to the convenience and cost effectiveness of a Breville and am often frustrated paying over $5 for mediocre coffee, but flour cafe was not in this boat. Even better was the fact that these drinks were served by someone with a warm spirit and smile.. hard to get great service these days. We walked into a space that mixes communal tables, stadium-style seating, and smaller spots to sit, making it a place where you can stop in for a quick drink or stay longer with a laptop. The interior design is one of the biggest highlights, giving the cafe a more elevated experience compared to a typical coffee shop. The tiered seating in particular creates a visual dynamic that makes the room feel more intentional than your standard coffee counter. The drinks are the main focus here, especially the matcha, hojicha, and espresso-based options. We ordered the hojicha latte, which was one of the strongest items on the menu, with a deep roasted flavor and a smooth texture. The matcha has a more traditional earthy profile and leans less sweet, which works well if you prefer a more authentic matcha taste. The drinks are on the expensive side, but the quality of the ingredients and preparation make it feel more like a specialty cafe experience rather than a standard coffee stop. The food and dessert options add another reason to visit, with items like the egg sandwich, quiche, macarons, and hojicha desserts available depending on the day. The menu is smaller compared to a full brunch cafe, but it pairs well with the drinks and gives the visit more of a cafe-and-pastry feel. Service is friendly and the staff are knowledgeable about the drinks, which helps when choosing between the different Japanese tea options. The cafe can get busy, and seating is limited compared to the number of people who come through, but the layout gives it a unique character. Ogawa Coffee works well for specialty coffee and tea lovers looking for a more intentional cafe experience in Boston, especially if you enjoy Japanese-style drinks and a thoughtfully designed space.
