This place is amazing!!! They're new, and I had to try them.. They have the cat eye polish- mine is still unchipped after 2 weeks!!! They're amazing and professional!! I had a regular pedicure and my polish still hasnt chipped on my feet either. MaKayla did my pedi and Niki did my gel mani.. They are super sweet, friendly and know what theyre doing. This place was very impressive walking in. The pedi sinks are lined with plastic for sanitary purposes.. only two stars because my very young technician .. must have been straight out of school..she touched my feet so I could barely feel it. Almost like a feather. I told her to go ahead and really work on my cuticles.. but she didn't change.. finally asked for another technician.. she was a little better.. but still feel like a mini pedi. I'm bummed out because I really don't like to complain. Sad. update: two days later and my gel polish ($10 up-charge btw) peeled off in one piece! My pinky toe nail FELL OFF with the polish as it peeled. Jason responded though with 15% off and a free "fix" so good for them, I guess. Unacceptable to me. I'd give negative stars if I could. What a waste of time and money. If your owner sat next to me, they should have stepped in! At any point! Insane. I have better things to do than get my nails fixed every 2-3 days. Original: 3 stars I wanted to love it here! I went for a dip manicure and a pedicure and overall it was fine. I am admittedly a perfectionist but I asked for a single heart in red on pink nails and ended up with two silver glitter hearts.... even after I corrected her twice. Even though I chose a pink color, all my nails are a different color which I honestly don't know how is possible. My cuticles are so raw from the drill that the topcoat burned. And she used the drill to remove dip AND applied a gel topcoat which are both totally unnecessary with the dip process. Pedicure was lackluster, and I got a $15 charge for the art plus the gel on my toes. She worked hard and was kind so overall $100... not worth it. I'm sure people love it. I was badly in need of my first summer pedicure and decided to give this place a try based on its strong Yelp reviews and the fact that they were open on Sunday and had a same-day appointment available. I was pleased with my choice--it'll be my go-to from now on! The space is nicely decorated and spacious, lacking the industrial/clinical feel of some nail salons. The staff were very friendly and attentive, offering me a beverage as they walked me to my seat. I decided to go with the standard pedicure, which is only $32. My pedicurist was careful, circumspect, and gentle. He allowed me to simply relax and enjoy the experience. The massage was just right. The polish was applied neatly. I don't know what it is about nail salons thinking that ripping off acrylics is acceptable but whatever. So I call for an appointment right? Told them I wanted a "soak off" for my acrylic nails, as I want to preserve my natural nail. I get there and everything is going well until the lady pulled out a tool and goes to pry it off. I stopped her and said "no, I don't want them ripped off I want a soak off". She proceeds to just hand me a bowl of acetone vs doing the cotton and tin foil, and then just keeps buffing and buffing my nails, not really giving my nails time to soak in that acetone. Lazy ass, quick ass way of removing nails. Nails feel weak as hell now because im pretty sure she buffed them too thin, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Took my daughter there for her first pedicure and awful experience for us. My nail tech was great! Hers. ..not so great. She was too small for the chair; ok fine but the polish she picked the nail tech said no because it was all sparkles and would not show. Could not understand her well but thought we just needed to pick an base color. She grabbed a color she like and put it on. No sparkle top coat as THIS is what she originally picked...shes small so she messed up her big toe while drying twice. She was short and rude. The first time I had an appointment I was a bit disappointed but thought I would give it a second try with another person. I had a good experience the second time went back again and couldn't get in with the same person. I made an appointment for a mani pedi. The pedicure was rushed and terrible!! Then the woman was in a hurry to get to a class so she passed me off to someone else who was annoyed! I had 2 people working on my nails as I sat in the pedicure chair for 39 minutes waiting for someone to find the time to finish my manicure. They filed the gel polish off my nails so long that it filed my own nails down to nothing. It's been almost 2 months now and my nails are finally growing back and not tearing. For the price they charge I expect much better service and not be treated like I'm putting someone out for doing their job. I will never go back!!! read more

Beautiful place but my nails came out lumpy and a bit sloppy. Paid $45 for this service I got done yesterday. My tech seemed a little annoyed throughout my appointment especially after I nicked one of my nails on something that required a fix. They didn't even push back my cuticles before beginning either. Upon walking in I thought I was going to really enjoy this place! The staff were very nice, my appointment was on time, and they even give you complimentary drinks but soon as I started my pedicure I could just feel like they we're trying to rush! The tech cut my nails and then didn't even file and shape them, they turned out very un even, as per the website it said pedicures last 30-45 minutes mine lasted about 25 minutes, I wasn't massaged and my nails were not even really cleaned or taken care of, after I was done with that I did a manicure which was even worse. My tech didn't even do half the things my friend got with her tech and again she just tried to rush. The polish is horrible and she didn't even paint my whole nail and when I asked her to fix it she didn't, a day later from getting them they are turning color. My pedicure started at 10:06 and I was done with both my manicure and pedicure by 10:52. I won't be going back. read more

Kam or "Vicki" was warm & did an excellent job for my last minute manicure. I met another gal who found this place on Yelp & it was her second time. I have been trying nail places all over Eugene (like 6-8) to find a place I really like, and finally, I found it. This place is definitely a treat yourself with above average mani/pedi features, a drink included, and care taken to make your visit great. I will say, it is a little costlier than other places I've tried, but the idea that "you get what you pay for" is definitely how my other Eugene nail experiences have gone. First, my pedicure was amazing. Scrubs, hot stones, etc. all the works made it amazing. The color selection was good and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. If you want a strong massage, Kevin is the go to! My manicure was also great. I had a severely broken nail that Kevin repaired and made look good as new. Perfectly shaped and Kevin even took extra time (stayed late) to make sure they were perfect. I also really enjoyed that Caesar's didn't just grind my polish off, but also used acetone to take it off. The combination has always worked better for my nails, and that was a great touch. I got my nails done yesterday by Connie who normally does an amazing job but the acrylic on my thumb cracked on the base this morning without me doing literally anything to them! Not impressed, Bao rushed when doing my nails Friday night. The more I look at them the less impressed I am. I got a solar acrylic nail set and am disappointed with the uneven shape, nail polish job and overall look of the nails (minus the color). ABSOLUTE BLISS! I'm in town on business and realized my nails really needed some attention. I called around and after numerous "sorry, nothing today," I called Caesar's. It was late in the day, but the very nice man who answered the phone gave me two options for times! I was greeted warmly at the door. The business was very clean, and beautifully decorated. I was offered a choice of beverages. Then I was given a menu of available services. WOW! They have an awesome selection from head to toe. I was there to get my nails done and they had a very impressive array of colors. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted, but I was never rushed. After picking out my color, I was escorted to my seat and introduced to my nail technician, Henry. He was very friendly and very thorough. I chose the luxury package, which included a sugar scrub, mask, paraffin treatment, and a wonderful hand and arm massage at the end of the service. I very much appreciated the fact that even though I had come rather late in the day, and it was very close to closing time by the time I was finished, Henry did not rush through anything just because it was close to closing time. Never in my life have I had a better manicure. I have paid much more and received much less in other places. Although I live in Bend, I have to figure out a way to come to Eugene to get my nails done from now on. Yes, it was that good. I highly recommend Caesars Nails and Day Spa. I got a shellac manicure on July 11th which chipped and started peeling the very next day. I went in to get those nails fixed the next day, and two days later my nails are chipping and peeling again. Also while I was getting my manicure, I mentioned to the person doing my nails I wanted them cut shorter but she didn't do that or even ask me about them, and I had to remind her before she started painting my nails. Plus she never asked me about what shape I wanted my nails to be. And during the manicure, there were a couple times the light used to cure the gel polish did not turn on and I tried to tell her this, but she did not seem to understand. Overall, I was very unimpressed with the service I received, especially for the cost of the manicure. I found Caesar's on Yelp and was able to make an appointment for the same day. They accept walk ins as well but when you make an appointment you don't have to wait. I was greeted by a friendly woman who offered me a mimosa or water. Normally I would take the mimosa but I decided to opt for water. I think offering champagne adds a great touch to the salon. It's fun and makes it extra special, especially if you are going for a special occasion or on a outing with friends. I chose to get the Caesars signature pedicure for $45. If you check in on Yelp you get $3 off! The woman who helped me was kind and did a great job. She was very thorough with each step and didn't seem rushed or annoyed. She also didn't try to make a bunch of small talk which I actually appreciated because personally I like to relax and turn my brain off when I go to places like these. Was in town looking for a place to keep me occupied while my husband went to his meeting. Found this place on yelp. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. They we smiling and trying to accommodate my requests for services. Great availability for walk ins. They offered me a drink at their bar a very nice touch. They even have margaritas although I opted for champs and water. Niki did my nails and I am very picky especially with French, she was so patient and gave me exactly what I wanted. She also did my eyebrows she took the time to listen to me and give me what I wanted and did not make me feel bad about being particular. I have been wearing nails for about 20 years. I am a pretty loyal customer to my salon of choice, but in the past year I became unhappy with the service. I felt rushed, I didn't feel like I could express myself artistically, it was just get in and get out. My sister introduced me to Caesars. I've been there half a dozen times and I can say, so far, this is the best salon I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and treated in a professional manner. The pedicures are thorough and refreshing. It's my nail tech, however, that I absolutely love. No matter what picture I come in with or have in mind, she gladly produces and exceeds my expectations. I have never left there unhappy or feeling like I was treated like a conveyor belt customer. And it's not just my nail tech (Sandra, who is the best, by the way). They are all attentive and original.
