Have had Charlie here since 2024 3 times a season (Apr, July, Sept.) Havent seen an ant in years! Charlie's stuff works great! Thank you CAD! read more

Cad just came out to my home to spray for ants. He did a good job and explained everything to me about the spray and the company. I have been having ant issues (tiny black one's) for weeks now. I could not kill any more and they got into my stuff in the pantry twice plus the dogs food. I am hoping the spray will do the job, but they will follow up in 2 weeks if they are not gone. This is one of the few companies (maybe the only one) that will work on a verbal contract. They get my business for that reason alone. I will need them every summer because these ants are all over the walking trails here and I am close to that. They are so small they find ways to get into the house. I am happy I was told the spray would not hurt my dog I just had to get him out of the house and yard for an hour or two. Jesse was great and I would ask him back anytime. I definitely will have them back in May. Also, I should mention that the girls that answer the phone were great and professional. That means everything to a business. read more

I have had many spiders lately. I and found out the condo association does not have the property sprayed. I called CAD pest control on Tuesday for pricing. Alayna was very helpful. I asked to set an appointment. I got a text the next morning offering an appointment the following day at 8am with Jesse. I got a text about 1/2 hour before the appointment to let me know Jesse was on his way. I got another text about 15 minutes later from Jesse. The service was quick and I was able to ask questions. I am very happy with the quickness of getting an appointment so quickly! read more

Good value, honest technician. No one tried to oversell us even tho we were complaining about flies being inside the house. I will be using them in the future. Technician was very kind- he came and sprayed before we even had moved so he was willing to use our door code and do things virtually. I highly recommend this company. When I called to ask them about wildlife or rodents, they said it's not a service they offer but gave me 2 great recommendations for wildlife control. Truly a wonderful group of people working here. read more

I've been using CAD Pest Control in Sparks, NV for many years. They've always sprayed the outside and inside of the house and made my little spiders go away. This year, 2025, I received a voicemail and text from the office. I asked them to call me because I wanted to chat about the service. After my last service, someone locally came by selling their business. I told them I already had pest control service and they just came. They pointed out that I still had cobwebs under my eaves. I was like there is no way! Sure enough, I did. When I chatted with the girl in the office (sorry didn't get her name), which was VERY nice and helpful, I was telling her about the company that came by and wanted to know if taking the cobwebs under the eaves was an extra charge and she said yes. I was like, OK, great. I want that. I also shared with her that sometimes after spraying inside, it's really hard to get the oils up off my tile. She explained what I should do when mopping to remove it. That was helpful, thank you. I let her know that I couldn't have them do service on the day they suggested, but if they were free next week, let me know. She said she would talk with her scheduling dept and get back to me. Well, she got back to me via text with "I spoke to our owner about your concerns and she feels that we can't meet your expectations and maybe another company would be right for you. We appreciate the business that you have given us over the years and wish you the best of luck in your needs." I responded with: "Really?" and then she said "I do apologize, but that is what I was advised. If you would like to talk to her, you can call our office at 775-853-1672." WOW is all I have to say!!! Was she in a mood that day and took it out on me? A long time customer? I don't know, but not someone I want to spend $190 with if that is how she feels. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

We greatly appreciate his outstanding customer service and highly recommend both Jason and CAD Pest Control! read more

The problem with CAD has been resolved. Thanks Sarah for your generosity for solving this issue.

Great company. Amber was very responsive and thorough via emails regarding any questions I had about scheduling/ routine spraying. When I called to put my card on file the woman who answered was friendly and helpful. On the day of the pest services Eddie was on time, helpful and quick! Zero bad attitudes, zero cheeky comments and zero irrelevant upselling tactics. Highly highly recommend! read more

All of the folks at CAD are awesome. You can count on them being there when they say they'll will. Scheduling is easy and efficient. If not for them I certainly would have lost a tree in my front yard. Big shout out to tech Eddie who is super nice and knows his stuff. Highly recommend! read more

I wanted to update my review because I think it was written before I started having a problem with RATS in my backyard, ugh! They were mostly using a shed for their home but apparently also lived under my deck and inside the hot tub (luckily did not chew through any wires!). I really didn't want to deal with this problem - cleaning up all the poop in my shed was bad enough - and luckily CAD has been on the job. I am incredibly grateful for this service and updating my review because today, Jason went incredibly above and beyond and bagged a disgusting stinky dead rat that died out in the open instead of inside the burrow, which the rest of the rats have been considerate enough to do. IT WAS GROSS AND HORRIBLE. Removing rat carcasses it not part of the service officially, I don't think - but thank cheebus Jason was there when I discovered the rat and offered, despite the terrible nature of this task. Smelled so bad y'all. No words. I would like to give 10 stars. zomg. On a Monday morning even! read more

If you have the opportunity to choose a technician to service your property, you should definitely request Eddie. I would highly recommend this company. From the first time calling and speaking with Amber I think was her name. Extremely polite explained everthing all charges. They came out the same week and treated my homes exterior and crawl space. I was concerned about my children and pets coming in contact with it and was reassured that Muppets would have to eat 1/2there weight in dead pest to affect them. There tech Christan came to service my home and even he called before coming over to verify I was home. Once he arrived he was very polite after i explained what was going on he gave me his recommendations and his estimate was on track with whwht Amber said as well. There truck are clean and we'll kept it seemed and there even local so that's the best. I can't recommend this company enough thanks guys you rock!!! read more

Twice a year I have the exterior of our home sprayed for spiders and ants. I was unable to set up an appointment with my current pest control company so I went to the pages of Yelp for help. Called up CAD Pest Control and spoke to a very nice lady who set me up with an appointment a few weeks out. I really loved that she was able to give me an estimate 70$ cheaper than my past pest control company. Edward the exterminator called me on the phone when he was 5 minutes out as I had requested. Edward arrived and sprayed the living hell out of those six and eight legged freaks free loading on our residence. I appreciate Edwards attention to detail on the service notes and having a certified license to kill. I'll be giving CAD a call back for great savings and pest control service. read more

CAD Pest Control was amazing to work with, from the initial phone conversation from the technician who arrived for the service! As a new first-time homeowner, I've never had to deal with this type of service before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but a bunch of boxelder beetles in my yard prompted me to call. The woman I spoke with for a consultation was SO friendly and patiently answered all of my questions from safety to timing to guarantees and pricing. As it was I guess their busy season I had to wait a bit for an appointment, but no problem. On the day of my service, the technician was on time, also very friendly and explained the whole process. It took way less time than I expected too. What I really appreciated was that there seemed to be good communication between the whole staff -- the technician knew why I called and what I was quoted -- no re-explaining things. Most importantly though, the service WORKED! Definitely noticed the change immediately, and was happy to book a follow up appointment in 6 months. Definitely recommend calling CAD! read more

Our first time using CAD Pest Control couldn't have gone better. An intelligent, prepared technician showed up on schedule, reviewed the overall situation and listened as we identified areas that we believed deserved particular attention. Since it had been a dozen years since previously inspected and treated, we had booked our service to include our home's crawl space. While we hadn't been aware of an particular issue "down there," it seemed worthwhile to pay the reasonable extra fee to ensure that area would also be protected. We've now seen NO BUGS anywhere! Thanks, CAD. Lisa & Kenneth K. read more

This is the second time I've worked with Cad Pest Control Services and they have done a great job both times. I get black widows in my backyard around this time every year and both times Jason, one of their techs, came out and sprayed around the yard. He took care around the vegetable garden and sprayed in the crawl space and wood piles. Within a day, the spiders were gone and they don't return until the next year. For the cost, this is the best service in town and I set up a recurring service with them for a discount the following year. Can't recommend Cad enough! read more

We have been using CAD pest control for the past 25 years. They haven't failed us yet. They're amazing they come over they're very professional at their job that they do and we've never even had to call them back. It's only when we find little eight legged critters or something that we have to call them and usually that's only around once a year but they're always amazing and always a joy to see. read more

CAD Pest Control has its act together, and my wife and I also would highly recommend them. We had a noisy, chiseling rat under our Sparks house that was driving us crazy at night. I spread rat poison in the crawl space to no avail. I phoned CAD and received first-rate service from the start. My first contact was with a friendly woman who was upfront about the range of charges we faced and the availability of an expert to deal with our problem. Three days later, a polite male employee showed up and spread rat poison in areas under the house I had not considered. For the first time in weeks, we heard no noise that night _ and have heard none since then. We were charged a reasonable $140, which was at the low end of the rates cited by the woman. read more

Great phone customer service and service experience. At first I was starting to doubt the reviews on how great they were because I requested information directly through their website (contact us) and some how my email didn't get through, maybe they should check that because if it happened to my email, imagine how many others may had been discouraged which had them lose their business... any ways, Some one eventually r ached out because I posted a review, and once I was able to get in touch with that person, everyone was great, from the person emailing me, answering the phone to the guy that came to spray inside and outside our home. read more

CAD Pest Control - My third time messaging from their website (contact us tab) - Pest Control Near Me - Reno, Nevada

Had Chris out again because we noticed some vole and mole activity in our yard. Chris walked the yard with us and gave us great tips and told us what areas were of concern and which ones weren't. We decided against the mole treatment because they aren't bothering us and it turns out the vole trails are probably old. While he was out, Chris identified some ant activity and recommended we do treatment before our Spring bug spray. I really appreciate his honesty about what problems we need to address and which ones aren't a big deal. Again, so glad we've chosen CAD for our bug and pest services. read more

We have been using CAD for years. Now they not only raised their pricing but add extra services without telling you there will be an additional charge. Be careful of this company, as for yearly pest control there are several other honest companies in the Reno/Carson area that are reliable and don't try to nickel and dime their long time clientele. read more

CAD Pest Control rocks! There's no other way to put it. I've been dealing with my parents' house, my Dad passed, and my Mom moved out, and we ended up with a massive rodent problem. CAD is responsive and got the situation under control within about 2 days - other companies were quoting timelines a week or two out. Since then they have been on time and efficient for maintaining the equipment. This company offers a very cost effective way to deal with these issues. The other thing that was great is they were able to work with me since no one was at the house. We sold the house and that's the only reason we don't still use CAD's services. I especially want to shout out to Amber who has been one of the most professional people I have worked with in dealing with vendors for maintaining and selling the house. I highly recommend CAD if you're dealing with pest control problems. Thank you! read more
