My wife and I have been customers of Peak for over 5 years now. We never have to worry about unwanted bugs or critters. The service this business provides is top notch!! If ever I need an extra treatment, all I do is call the office and they usually send someone out the next day. Everyone is always so friendly and easy to talk with. read more

A great Big Thank you to Cody, Josh and new trainee, Anthony for my fantastic weed control & pest control services. I have now been a customer for eight months and I know that I am so happy I chose Peak as my weed and Pest Control company. I also would like to compliment the people in the office which is America, Micalah and Gabe. It takes a village to do a really great job and I feel this company is an all-around great company. It is obvious to me that the employees love their job and that the owners love their employees. I believe that the value I get from my service, is worth the money. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you again to all the many people that have serviced my house and I will see Josh next month. Thank you again to Cody and Anthony today for great service. Professional and understanding quick and detailed. Said they would come back to do the inside of property bc we weren't ready for them.

We needed help with an ant situation and Peak was able to come out the next day. I highly recommend them. Heather was thorough and their pricing is reasonabl. We will continue to use Peak Pest Control for all our needs in the future. read more

I've had two of your guys come to my home when I have "No Soliciting" signs out. When they are reminded of that, they start throwing a literal verbal fit and talk trash to homeowners... very unprofessional, but I heard from your guy that you "did a great job for my neighbor" across the street. Was comical to say the least. read more

I would not use them again, they charge you every month and only show up every other month , my main reason for canceling them , is they did not follow my instructions , from day one I told them the areas where I feed the wild birds was off limits , after the birds we have been feeding for 20 years disappeared abruptly I looked back through my camera footages and they did indeed spray those ar read more

Ally serviced our property this morning. She met me with a smile and a genuine interest in our concerns. I took her on a walk through the yard to show her our problem areas. I then watched from inside as she thoroughly and carefully serviced the yard and bait traps. I was very impressed by the time she took to complete the job. Ally is an outstanding technician. Can't cancel services without talking on the phone, but they don't answer the phones. I've even texted with the owner (Aspen) who says he can't help and that I have to call - gave feedback that no one answers the phones and that was met with no response. They have now charged me for 4 months of service in the last 3 days, and are not answering the phones... They haven't provided services in 11 months and I've moved but they will charge me the day after Christmas - absolute fraud. read more

Devan with peak pest control did an excellent job in managing our pest problem. On time service appointments, professional service, and followed through to ensure our problem was resolved. Of the three pest services I've had in the Reno area, Peak has been the most consistent, affordable, and effective service we've found. read more

I have tried to cancel my service for months! I've now sold the house and I have once again requested to cancel services. I have gotten the run around! Now, all of a sudden, I have a contract??! I never had a contract. I have to provide documentation as to my new address showing I moved out of their service area and then I can cancel services. I have requested a copy of this "so called" contract. I have yet to receive but they continue to bill me monthly, no problems. Go figure. read more

I have been with Peak for 3 months now and I highly recommend them. Each time I've contacted them to do in between services they have contacted me within a day. Service is fast, the technician is knowledgeable with a high level of expertise. He also knows we have pets and takes necessary precautions to insure they are safe while he treats for bugs. Highly recommend! read more

It was written by Peak...on their website! One time treatment guaranteed for 30 days. I called to set it up and they said they don't do one time treatments?? I pointed out it is posted on their website. If they won't honor what they write on their website, why would I have them service my home? Read the reviews! Many people have been roped into service contracts they cannot cancel. What a scam. I will also be reporting to the BBB and FTC. I downloaded the text on the website just in case they decide to remove it to CYA. I would advise to stay away from PEAK Pest Control. read more

I feel like a sucker for falling for Peak's sales tactic. Sweetest little thing came to my door and convinced me that this company does a far more thorough job than the company I was already using. I was ready to switch companies because of an incident with the other company that had me very angry. I paid a LOT of money to have an exclusion done on my house (sorry if that's not phrased properly) and the tech who did the work made a mess of it. Cans of spray foam to block holes in the siding and then he tried to block a hole in the kitchen under the sink. We finally just recently got rid of the mess on the tile he left. Giant globs of unsightly foam in the bathroom as well. Back to Peak. I liked what I heard, she told me a couple of my neighbors signed up too. And it was cheaper than the my current company. So I said fine. Fast forward to the day the tech showed up to do the work. Guess who?! Codie from the first company who did all the shit work in my house. He tried to say "Oh yeah, that was so and so." but when I checked the online reports, there was his picture.. there was his signature. LIAR! I let him to do the work and I did see that he was working the perimeter of the yard which I liked. He said he had just finished up with one neighbor as was headed to the next one. LIAR. I checked with her and she did NOT in fact, sign up with Peak. A couple days later we were out back weed whacking and noticed two of the vents on the side of the house were pulled away at the corner. Now if Codie had seen this, and knowing how I felt about rodents, and how much I had already paid to have the exclusion done, he should have reported that to us. But I believe he did it. In order to create a problem that didn't exist. We screwed the vents back in. I called the company to complain and have my contract cancelled. That was June 13th. She said "Oh that does sound frustrating. I understand. Let me take your info and the boss will call you back." (Insert sound of crickets) I tried calling again today after noticing that the final quarterly payment had been made and no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don't know how they are still in business. They're only getting one star because you can't leave 0. UPDATE 7/30/2025 4:34pm.... I received a call from the company and they have cancelled my account. read more

I don't know why some people wrote negative reports about Peak Pest Control, maybe they're not getting enough fiber and are backed up or something. Anyway, I have used them for a couple of years, and the few times I needed them to come out, they have always done so within 24 hrs. Every, and I mean every person I have come into contact with has been extremely friendly and upbeat. I just had a service call for some local mice trying to move into my garage. Devon came out, inspected the whole perimeter for possible entry points, and not only blocked the few he found, made recommendations on a few others, like replacing the threshold on our garage overhead door. He even set a trap and said he would regularly be back to check on it and empty it if necessary. I didn't need to do anything. So to those others, go eat a bran muffin or something. This company is the best in my book. read more

Devon was here today for our quarterly maintenance. He was extremely courteous and polite in explaining what he was going to do. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me understand why he doing it. Salesman, Carson, was polite and professional in his sales approach. The technician, Codie, was friendly, informative, and professional when he was here for our first application. It appears that the service I was sold is what I'm receiving. I'm assuming the effectiveness of the treatment will be good. I have been doing a monthly self application for some time. That has been marginally successful. So, I hope the additional cost will be worth it. I'm sure their products are more effective than what I purchase at the box stores. read more

I have been using Peak Pest Control for almost a year. They are prompt, profession, and do an excellent job. I have never had someone come whom I didn't like. I'm reviewing this as someone who worked for this company in the summer of 2024. As a college student, I wanted to make money over the summer. I found peak pest control through my university career fair, my first mistake. I worked for only two and a half weeks because I couldn't bear the feeling of disturbing people's peace by soliciting a product I didn't believe in. Apparently neither did my then coworkers because a majority of them also quit around the same time. My experience at peak pest control was full of nepotism, manipulating homeowners for a sale by being pushy, and ten hours of grueling work every day with no gas or even lunch reimbursement. I NEVER received any pay or form of commission for the sales I got for Peak Pest Control because apparently If an employee quits before the end of the sales season they wouldn't be compensated. This was supposedly in a license agreement I don't remember even signing. I basically PAID Peak Pest Control to work for them for no pay. It was a horrible experience. There are better places to work over the summer that will secure you an actual income. If you hate upsetting strangers, this is not the job for you. I'm not upset anymore, I'm more disappointed than anything because I was assured a better experience. Treat your employees better. read more

We've been using Peak for about a year now. They are very knowledgeable about the pest we have in our area. I've noticed a lot of new bugs and an ant problem. Just the outside of the house. I called and Aaron was out here the following day to discuss treatment, then sprayed the outside kitchen area. He informed us on what we could use to treat our garden naturally. Great customer service and I highly recommend them! read more

Some salesman clown just came by. Told my my neighbor was using them and would give me a deal. I guess he did not expect that we would text our neighbor to verify. Of course they are not using them. Hey, their product may work great, but sell your services based on that, not lying about neighbors using them. Ethics and morals go a long way. The funny thing is, if he had just sold his product I was ready to buy. But not with the lies . read more

The sales person talked us into a "special deal". We bought in and signed up for a year at $59 per month. They came once and said they'd be back the next week and never came. We had lots of critters after the first spray, so we called for service. The time frame they gave us had passed.... So, I called. They said we were next..... and then I called AGAIN because no one came. They finally came Late, but they showed up only to tell us that it will cost extra??!!!! WTF We have 10 more months of $59 per month and lots of critters. I do not recommend this company. They are from Reno..... read more

Peak Pest Control Reno - Pest Control Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

*I would give them 0 stars, but can't. Someone went door to door selling this pest control contract. My dad misunderstood what he was signing, and they told him they would leave a copy of the contract and what they were offering. They didn't leave the contract or their pamphlet. The girl that came, was only there for about 10 mins and there are bugs still there and ants still EVERYWHERE. The bugs are coming in, and people aren't returning my mom's call. They understand they aren't able to get out of the contract, which is understandable but not right, because my dad singed and didn't even have his glasses on, they didn't tell him it was a year contract, he thought it was for 3 months, who needs bug killing in Reno in the winter? And when they do come, they don't even do their job right. Don't deal with these people. read more

Update to the scam of PEAK pest control. I have enjoyed no services but supposedly have had their trained and qualified employees come by to do nothing or not show up. Just received my bill with no notification of pending appointment. Didn't even know they were supposedly doing a service call. It would be helpful to know that I should be careful letting my dog out or the fact that it rained most of the day, so I'm sure the service was up to this company's highest standards. Cannot wait for this service to be completed so I no longer have to deal with this problem. I do enjoy that this company also cannot find a wasp nest that I had to spray and take care of because they are far too inept to do their job. Also they refused to come back out after letting them know and was told I will be charged extra. To anyone looking for a pest control service this company is not it. read more

I cannot recommend this pest control service; I seriously believe they are "scammers". Because of their poor service ( tech walked away from my home that was showing an infestation of Gnats and they did not respond to my request for advice on how to deal with the infestation) I sent them a notification that I was cancelling their service. This was NOT the first notice of dissatisfaction with their service. Their response was to tell me I would have to pay a $200 "cancellation fee" to which I responded that If they did, I would file a complaint with the Nevada Department of Consumer Affairs; the State Contractors Board and the Better Business Bureau. NO ONE is required to pay for substandard service and NO BUSINESS has a right to try to bully a customer. So much to say about this "so called company". It started with owner coming out and doing door to door sales. The owner told me that I could cancel at any time no questions asked, that was a lie. He told me that the chemicals he uses are pet friendly, that was a lie. This business owner has ZERO Integrity. He is a business owner who does not keep his word. Run far from this company.
