I have had Advanced Integrated Pest Management services at my residence for the past several years and have never been disappointed in any inspection and treatment. Every Service Technician has been professional, courteous and obviously well trained and knowledgeable. Bob was the Service Tech who came to my home this past Summer. He keenly located a couple of wasp nests during his initial inspection that I had missed (there were several) and after treatment on the house and the entire property, it was obvious that all wasp and spider infestations were gone. That was two months ago and the extermination application is still working. Not one wasp or spider in sight. Many pest specialists do not handle hornets, but Advanced IPM does and my experience working with them was excellent. Technical Bryan Barrett was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He located the hornets' nest, strategized on the plan of attack, and implemented it efficiently and effectively. Our hornets' nest is no longer a problem and I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced IPM to others. As an aside, I asked about deterring some bats that hang out in our eaves. After consulting with management, Bryan came back and recommended a natural and non-lethal DIY technique (peppermint or spearmint extract). Called to ask questions about starting new service: Pro's- *Somebody answered the phone instead of directly to voice message. *Friendly person on the phone answered my questions. Con's- *They want ALL of your information BEFORE they can give you a quote. *More expensive than other companies. *Will not go into crawl space. *Will not treat attic space unless guy inspects it and determines it "needs" treatment. *etc, etc, etc..... We live close to Minden and we've used AIP Management for over 2 years now. Our neighbors recommended AIP Mgt and their Technician Paul. Paul comes to spray for bugs and check for mice monthly. If we have a particular problem, we just text Paul and he takes care of the problem ASAP. Paul is always courteous, respectful and quite thorough. He uses eco-friendly treatments every time. We have pets and Paul always remembers that and gives us a heads up that he's on his way so we can let our dogs in before he arrives. Paul was also able to do a Home Inspection on short notice when the inspector that we first went with flaked on us. We have an automatic payment set up with AIP Mgt, we're very happy with their business side as well. We receive our monthly report by email from Paul and our monthly receipt emailed from the main office. We would recommend AIP Mgt to anyone who wants a good and reliable Pest Service. read more

These guys dropped the ball. Came out to give an estimate that was super high. Since I had nothing to base the price on to solve a bird problem, I told them to email me the written estimate and get me on the schedule. It has been a month and they never responded to my emails, calls or texts. I guess they knew their bid was way out of line or they just did not want the job after they saw it. Please don't waste my time to come out if you are not going to follow through. Well, looking back they did me a favor since I got a pest control guy to do it for a small fraction of the cost. I been passing the work around just how unprofessional this company is and how they have so much work they don't need more. We called and Paul came the next day. He checked out the bugs and gave us an estimate. It was raining so he couldn't spray that day. He also said he didn't spray with wind. the weather cleared and he came and sprayed our whole place including garage and outbuildings.
