I have been having ant issues (tiny black one's) for weeks now. I could not kill any more and they got into my stuff in the pantry twice plus the dogs food. I am hoping the spray will do the job, but they will follow up in 2 weeks if they are not gone. This is one of the few companies (maybe the only one) that will work on a verbal contract. They get my business for that reason alone. I will need them every summer because these ants are all over the walking trails here and I am close to that. They are so small they find ways to get into the house. I am happy I was told the spray would not hurt my dog I just had to get him out of the house and yard for an hour or two. Jesse was great and I would ask him back anytime. I definitely will have them back in May. Also, I should mention that the girls that answer the phone were great and professional. Now that Lee-has retired and the family has taken over the business. The service is OK, I really like Manny and he moved on so I'm back to another tech, who spends more time in his truck than getting the service I deserve, but if your unsatisfied you can have a call back so yesterday that's exactly what I did! My house was covered in box elders. I know the season is starting early, but I've never seen it this bad especially after I removed my problem tree. When the new tech showed up for the re-spray, Zach was super nice and great personality and he asked what issues I was having and I said, please provide a deep spray to my house so that's what he did! I asked the other tech for that same service since it was the beginning of the season, but that certainly didn't occur. While Zach was here, he knocked down two wasp nests getting ready to hatch. Thank you Zach!! Now that's what should have happened during the first visit. Immediately, I sent a text to the owner and told them how satisfied I was with my service. That is a big chunk for only spraying through the summer (I believe it was four times). I just got another company that works out to less than half that price. They did a great job too. I am giving this review based on prices quoted not work done. I gave them 3 stars just for answering the phone and explaining things to me. I must say that the person who talked to me was not professional. Sounded like they had better things to do that acquire a new customer. I had to even ask if she was an answering service. The person who answers the phone or answers the door is the gateway to your business. You will get a customer or the customer will move on.

Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since.
