    EXTREMELY DISSAPPONTED in how this dealership has treated me. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PREGNANT WOMEN AND PUT ME AT RISK OF DEATH BY SELLING AN UNSAFE VEHICLE!! I financed a vehicle on the first of this month (07/01) and three (3) WEEKS later, it has problems; the A/C went out, the breaks are bad and worst of all the speedomeeter gauge stopped on me MULTIPLE TIMES while driving!! My life is at risk as I am driving! I have tried to talk to the service people but they seem overwhelmed and backed up with so many service requests. Service wants me to drop off the vehicle for weeks to months to complete the service however, I am not able to do that as they do not provide a courtesy vehicle. I have tried to discuss changing out the vehicle with service and the dealership. One says they need to get the OK from the other and neither have helped me. I went in to the dealer directly and they sent me to talk to the bank directly as they would be the ones to make that decision. When I spoke to the bank, they told me that there is nothing they can do because the vehicle is financed so that is all they do. Now, I am left with a non-functioning car that I cannot drive and have a car note coming up. I cannot pay for a car that I am driving!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK!! AVOID going through this issue and DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE/S HERE!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU A BROKEN CAR AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE AT RISK!!

    they are running my credit and I' not even getting a car through them. I own 2 trucks I'm at work all day. so how am I applying for a car.

I was its ok they can change it after I sign all the papers an move it around. I figured it was still true since I was already in a Buick with them and they did it when I swap jobs a couple years prior. now here I am 6 month in to a ford 2008 exp for 18k after a 18k car was just paid off... so I got no break or deal. the truck was not clean or had any work done like an oil change. the engine has a rattle which we know what that means it had 87k miles it has 92 now. however with that being said. i was told no issues to change playdates right.. WRONG!!!!! NOT ONLY WILL THEY NOT CHANGE IT THEY TALK CRAP TO ME ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE A DOUBLE PAYMENT TO KEEP AHEAD. THEY THREATEN TO COME PICK UP MY TRUCK EVEN THO MY BALANCE IS ZERO...... THE GIRLS ARE THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH... THEN I GET CHARGED A LATE FEE EVERYTIME. NOT TO MENTION YOU HAVE TO PAY TO MAKE A PAYMENT.. AN YOU CANT FREE PAY BY WAY OF BRINGIN IN YOUR PAYMENTS ANYMORE SINCE CAMELBACK CARLOT STOPPED DOING BUISNESS WITH THEM AN THEY HAD TO MOVE TO BELL MITSU. THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOU NOR ARE THEY CARS UP TO PAR. THE BUICK THEY SOLD ME WAS DAMAGED THE WHOLE FRAME WAS BENT TO WHEN I WENT TO GO CHANGE A DAM HEADLIGHT THE PLACE DEEMED IT TOTALLED OVER A BENT FRAME FROM PREVIOUS OWNERS... NOT ONLY DID THEY PUT A TRACKING DEVICE ON MY TRUCK WITH OUT ASKING THEY PLACED IT UNDER THE STERRLING WHEEL SO EVERYTIME I GET IN I HIT MY KNEE.. SMH . UPDATED--- Posted: 10/25/2022 12:00:00 AM about Camelback Finance, Inc. well I filed a complaint with the BBB. 2 DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL FROM A SUPERVISER WHO I WAS TOLD DONT EXIST. her name is Anna head of finance. she was appalled by my writing my experience with the company on the BBB web site. after she criticized me for writing negative remarks which we both understand are not false and true experience. she also pulled the phone conversations with me an the rude reps and felt it was ok for them to hang up on me over 3 times when i asked for a supervisor. she then felt it was ok for the repo guy to threaten me and go back an forth with me on my text message which I posted. she then proceeded to tell me they will make it right if i pull my review back an say i changed my mind. i REFUSED TO PULL BACK MY COMPLAINT. she then refused to help me an is putting my truck for repo. when she told me on a recorded line that she can help me and she would take my payment an move my payday to the off week. since i changed jobs right right i got the truck I was always behind a payment due to my paydays changing to bi weekly. I sent in proof of job change then for a whole year refused to help me. this is my 2nd car with them. she then said after fighting with me belittling me scolding me as if i was 3 said she would fix it if I took back my complaint she don't want future consumers to see this is how they do business. so she then said she wont help an they will come take the truck. they sent a repo guy to my job who then picked a fight with the human recourses and one of the field supervisors for my company when asked to leave private property after yelling an fighting with the Human recourse lady. so they see a bad review , they call threaten the customers to remove it or they wont help. I'm not the only one they have done this with. so with all my evidence I will file a complaint with the attorney generals office. I will also keep the vehicle and let the courts handle this mean time. Jeff, Autumn, Anna, Patti are their worst employees. Comments they are now re running my credit to get me hits on my credit. they are fraudulent in this for they have cactus jacks name but their address on the inquiry. Experian is goin to ***** it an investigate since I was no where near the carlot to purchase a new vehicle. since I have 2 trucks an never ever been to cactus jacks I know it is **** doing this since they used to be tied to cactus jacks. adding this to complaint to the ** office. as well as yelp, ****** and all social media platforms where on 2 of my pages i have exceeded the amount allowed for friends that 5k followers on each account. my tik tok has 48k views so far. They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

Picked it up, took it to a gas station and it did the same thing. I moved it around a little and tried again and gas would flow but there's obviously an issue that they don't care to fix. Go anywhere else but here to buy a car. Also, why so many workers standing around in the lobby but I have to wait hours every time I have to come down there even when I have an appointment after checking in. Ridiculous.
