Rude employees! I am here to have my vehicle I just bought three days ago serviced due to transmission problems ALREADY. I wait in line at the cashier window because nobody is at the service window. A man appears at the service window, so I immediately walk up to him. He is keying in something on the computer and looking at paperwork simultaneously, without even glancing up at me to acknowledge a customer is there. He continues to do this for a good 5 minutes. I'm politley waiting for him to acknowledge me and he never does. So, I get back into the line for the cashier window. When it is my turn, I address the woman, mentioning I'm here for service of my vehicle and the man at the window can't seem to acknowledge me. She states, "He doesn't work for services and the man who does will be back in a few minutes." So, I respond with, "Ok. For customer service purposes, he should acknowledge a customer standing in front of him, saying he cannot help me, but someone will be here soon." She tells me he isn't services so he can't help me. I reiterate my point towards customer service and she repeats her response, in a rude tone, with no concern for my feedback. read more

Nothing less than a 5-star review for Cactus Jack's on Camelback. I went in on a Monday afternoon, picked out the car I wanted and left with a list of what was needed. I came back Tuesday morning and wrapped it up in an hour. I brought everything that was requested of me. Many thanks to Izzy and Paul for their outstanding help, both very up front about the deal. Purchased a vehicle from here a few months ago. Within 60 days we already had issues with the vehicle. We had 90 day warranty and apparently the part we needed wasn't covered on it and had to pay 300$ total in parts alone. Automatic payments never come out automatic and they call you RUDE as hell requesting for payment. Not once have I talked to a representative with good customer services skills. They set up payments to come out on payday between 12-3 am and if your paycheck doesn't hit at that time they charge you 10$ to call in and make your payment. I've even suggested to set it up the next day to avoid the fee and they can't work with that. They said I should be checking my account to make sure it's paid by the end of the day. I had the best experience as I walked into the sales room and purchased my vehicle. The sales attendant was very polite and humerus and I was in and out in no time at all. You know when they say if it sounds to good to be true then it most likely is. Well that's definitely the case. I have never dealt with a company who has represented itself with the lack of integrity as Cactus Jacks. Do your homework, don't believe what they tell you, ask for proof and everything in writing prior to leaving the sales floor. The reason I choose Cactus Jacks was because they said it would benefit my credit score. That has yet to happen 2 years later. I'm a very polite individual and yet every time you interact with the service department or the finance department they are exceptionally rude and very nasty. Let me start out with this place doesn't even deserve to have one star but I had to give it something.My mom got her car in June of last year. She was so excited for this vehicle until about 3 days off the lot later. The check engine light came on along with about 4 other things that had been wrong with it only 3 days off the lot. She did have a warranty at this time but of course, like everything else in this horrible company, there are hidden rules and regulations to what they decide they want to fix and of course it never fully got fixed in the first place. That is what started the hell of this car for her. Ever since then it has just slowly fallen apart. Now they have to go and rebuild the whole engine and she is out more than the car is worth and she is still paying for the car. Cactus Jacks really needs to pay attention to what they sell on their lot. I will NEVER be getting a car here and my mom won't either from this horrible company ever again. You didn't loose just one customer you lost two. If you ever decide to go here, make sure everything is to your standards, have a mechanic take a look at it and be prepared to put more into the car than what it is worth!!! read more

Well i saved up the money down and was looking for one truck only a dodge ram hemi. Only thing i wanted. After looking at all thier locations i go to the glendale location find a truck they just got in. I said heck lets try it. So during the process. Truck had a horrible whine i already knew what it was as im a professional mechanic. Im not dumb. So anyways i look at the tires. Belts are showing. I ask hey can you put new tires on it since im paying $19.000 for a $7000 truck in two years payoff. Nope sorry the guy responds with theres plenty of meat at 2,32nds. I probably asked the guy for better tires 20 times. Nope sorry cant help you there. So i had the truck for a week. Failed emissions. Bad. Check engine light on. Cant drive it cause the tires are bald. It defeats the purpose of buying a car at all if you cant safely drive it. So later on i call and tell them i replaced all idler pulleys and a few other things totalling $200 without labor involved. I say hey i need tires bad i cant use it. Belts are showing. And alternator and ujoint are bad on truck. So he said. (Guy on phone) bring it in and ill put on high quality used tires. Ok cheap ass.. guess im forced to do so. I had my buddy pick up my truck cause i was working. He brings it to me. They replaced alternator. Ujoint is fine they say. And they put on two more bald tires. Out of the 4 the truck needs. I've still got the truck but wont be taking it there for anything else or allowing anyone to go buy a car from them. I know lots of people as i work on lots of cars and im good at at. So your loss cactus jacks. Please avoid this place. My truck obviously didnt go through a inspection at all. My truck in the rain was scary as hell. With the tires on thier now. The company is out to make money and only money. Not to be a good company. If they would have just put 4 new tires on i wouldnt be here complaining about it. Treat your hard working customers better. And actually put new parts on the vehicle you cheap asses. read more

This is the worst dealership ever! I got a different story from every guy I talked to! They offered me $2000.00 off over the phone at first. When I wanted to come look at the car I looked it up on carfax and it had 33 "issues". When I called the dealership the second guy told me he would email me a copy of the carfax, but hours later he hadn't. I called back to ask if I could get a copy and the third, most offensive ass*!$" in the world told me the car wasn't discounted, he wouldn't give me any money off and I had to come down to get a carfax because they have to pay for them! When I told him (very politely) that they needed to communicate and train their team because I got three different answers he yelled at me and told me "not to be so rude and insult his company. they had been in business for over 30 years and he hung up on me! Hell no! I will make it my mission to leave honest reviews about this company wherever I can. Stay away!! They are idiots! read more

do not recommend this place at all scammers and they sell you junk cars for not even the 1/3 of their value. i am almost done paying off my car. when i first bought the car it had all this problems with it. i was 7months pregnant and the car stopped on me in the middle of the street, and only had the car for like 2 days i called them immediately and they said bring it in. i did and they fixed it. i then took the bus in the hot sun to pick my car up. i pick it up and it drives off ok. later that night im on my way to the hospital yet again it stops on me. i was beyond upset. i called my mom and she took it in was electrical they had to fix again yet again i told them if i can get another they stated no. i had so many problems i just paid a mechanic out of pocket i had to fix the wiring to the starter and the starter also had to be replaced later the rack and pion almost $2500 into a car only that worth in value. they sell you cars that are salvaged ask for the carfax!!!! have horrible customer service, also if you are late on one payment make sure you pay it or they will repo your car no working with you on payment arrangements! they have horrible customer service representatives in the financial department. i was thinking traded in my car but i will never in my life go to that dealer ship nor highly not recommended it. they are lying, scamming, rude, unprofessional people!!!! they will scam you for your hard earned money and your left wth a piece of junk on your driveway after u end up paying 3-4 times the value of the car!!! i hope these company realizes we customers have families looking for a dependable car, but they do not care about the customers just making money $$$$ i would not even give them any stars at all. do not purchase a car from them!!!! read more
