I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. The chair was new since the remote didn't seem so peeled up and it worked! I appreciated the check in and clear instruction. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations. I've run the gamut when it comes to stylists - been to them all. With Kenzie, my hair has honestly NEVER looked better. I leave the salon thinking, "Holy crap, how did she do this!?" She works so diligently and creates all sorts of amazing highlights/shades/undertones. Her cuts and styles are also impeccable. The weirdest part is when you search for nail salons CoZy almost never comes up and that's a shame. I made appointments online for a friend and I and requested to sit next to each other, I was so happy when they let us (normally salons are so busy and even when you ask in advance they don't put you next to one another). We arrived to find a shared parking lot with plenty of spots. Inside the vibe gives clean, sterile and relaxing. This salon is NOTHING like the others, it's so peaceful and everyone is so nice. I went with a gel manicure and spent $40 base price. They do prefer cash and charge a fee for credit card, $2 for Amex which beats the charge to take out cash. I cannot wait to return and I'm so excited to have found a salon that I can continue going back to! If you're on the fence, don't be! CoZy deserves the 5 star rating!

The ladies were nice, but this is the worst quality salon work I've ever had and it makes me upset how much money I wasted and that this was the manicure and pedicure I had for my anniversary celebration. I went for gel manicure and gel pedicure on Friday, November 19. My gel manicure is already toast just a week later. Three of my nails are severely chipped and since they didn't do a good job removing my cuticles, the start of the grow out looks awful. Super disappointing. They also do dry cuticle removal, which was the first time I've had that done and I wouldn't do that again. I'm sure they'll say it's better for your cuticles, but it doesn't do the job. Also, the colors I picked out for the manicure both had something wrong with them. The glitter she couldn't get to come out and the burgundy gel color I picked wasn't curing and was wiping off after the top coat and cure. The color I ended up with isn't what I was looking for. But it was too late at that point. As far as the pedicure, there was a small amount of gel polish that needed to be removed. I was fine with paying for the removal. Instead of properly removing all of it, she cut my toe nail down so short to get the remaining gel off that it hurt immediately. Luckily it didn't bleed, but it was so raw that the hot towel at the end of the pedicure was painful and it hurt to wear shoes or socks for the next few days. I have an appointment at my previously nail salon that I have decided I will just have to make worth the half hour drive after moving away. And, unfortunately, this appointment is way sooner than necessary after getting a gel manicure anywhere. I reached out to the salon via Instagram message and the email they provide for contacting on November 20. I didn't get a reply to either message. Update: It is Dec. 21 and I still have not received a reply from this salon. Safe to say I will not go back for a redeeming effort.

Tommy has remolded the shop with brand new chairs, decor, fixtures, and equipment. "Whatever is old looking must be new," was his renovation motive. It truly looks wonderful and is hands down the cleanest nail salon I've ever stepped foot in. I was in desperate need of a gel manicure and pedicure. Starting with the pedicure, I got the basic pedicure with callous removal for an extra $5. The pedicure was good with lots of soaking and massaging, not so much nail filing and trimming BUT my toenails and much too short for that anyways. When I get a pedicure I go in to relax and this was definitely a well relaxed experience. My nail technician was Tina, I highly recommend her for a pedicure. The gel manicure by Nikki was also fabulous. She trimmed, shaped, buffed, and exfoliated my nails and hands. The color I choose was vibrant and fun (peach paradise I think it was called). Nikki did one coat of base, three coats of gel polish, and two coats of top coat for strengthening the nail. She knew her stuff! We chatted the entire time and she was the friendliest technician I've ever had! Nikki constantly reminded me that the customer comes first so whatever I wanted she would do for me, and take her time doing it. No rushing! They also do a paraffin wax treatment at the end with a 5 minute hand massage for no extra cost. For those still reading, they offer a punch card system to reward you $10 off your next visit for every 10 manicures you get. Plus for their new soft opening, every service until mid July 2018 is 20% off. The prices are fair for the service you receive- $28 basic pedicure, $27 for gel manicure, $5 for callus on pedicure, etc. Overall my experience at Elite Nails was AWESOME. Although I now live in California and am just visiting home for a few weeks, I will most definitely come back whenever I am back in the 952. Wish they would have told me it doesn't 'work' look good on toenails and I could have tried their nail art or just kept my $10 So it was $55 pedicure + $15 for upgrade + $10 for cats eye nail + 10% tip = about $90 for something I am pretty indifferent about kind of bummed me out a little. The thing that I kind of sit on the fence about is there was an older dog that seemed to have free roam of the place. I'm a dog person - so okay and I get it - BUT what about people with allergies? Then she will start with shampooing and more massaging. My treatment was for 1 hour. Afterwards you come to the front where the technician will comb and dry your hair.
