I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. The chair was new since the remote didn't seem so peeled up and it worked! I appreciated the check in and clear instruction. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations. I've run the gamut when it comes to stylists - been to them all. With Kenzie, my hair has honestly NEVER looked better. I leave the salon thinking, "Holy crap, how did she do this!?" She works so diligently and creates all sorts of amazing highlights/shades/undertones. Her cuts and styles are also impeccable. She fixed it enough that it wasn't a major issue, but it didn't leave me feeling very confident. She also spent time writing things down and handling cash during my appointment, and the total unexpectedly changed from $53 to $55 at the end without any explanation. I had enough money with me but I thought that was a little weird. The staff was friendly, and I liked the atmosphere, but the attention to detail just wasn't there. I was visiting my boyfriend's family in Chaska, and this salon was right down the street, so I decided to get a Gel-X set. I showed them the photo I wanted, and the girl doing my nails was the owner's daughter. She told me the starting price would be $55--keep that in mind. Right from the beginning, she had a really difficult time removing my old nails. She took the foil off, filed multiple times, and even kept grazing my fingers with the drill. Then she started applying the new nails, but the placement was wrong on several of them. She had to remove and redo around four different nails by filing and drilling them off again. The whole time, her mom was talking to her in another language, so I have no idea what was being said, but it was obvious she was struggling. At this point, it had already been an hour and a half, and we hadn't even started painting or shaping the nails yet. I considered asking them to stop, but honestly, removing everything would've taken another 45 minutes, and my fingers were already so sore that I just wanted it to be over. Once she finally started painting, my fingers were incredibly tender. The polish is basically see-through, so you can see my natural nails underneath. The French tips are uneven on both sides, and several of the nails are slightly crooked. By the time she finally finished, I had been sitting in the salon for almost four hours. I was already upset, but I still paid because I'm terrible at standing up for myself. Then, to make it even worse, the owner suddenly changed the price from the original $55 to $60. When I questioned it, she just laughed it off and said she had "already taken $5 off for new clients." That made no sense because I was originally quoted $55 to begin with. It felt dismissive, especially after everything that had happened. I left with sore fingers, poorly done nails, and after spending four hours there, I was beyond frustrated. I would not recommend this salon. Based on my experience, they clearly weren't prepared to do the service, and I didn't feel like they cared about how uncomfortable or disappointed I was.

Staff if about what you'd expect - liked the mural wall art. They had on a typical Friday afternoon show. I didn't use the bathroom. Can't speak to cleanliness of the place based on that. I paid extra for cat's eye nail polish - and it really just looks like glitter polish, but $10 more expensive. Wish they would have told me it doesn't 'work' look good on toenails and I could have tried their nail art or just kept my $10 So it was $55 pedicure + $15 for upgrade + $10 for cats eye nail + 10% tip = about $90 for something I am pretty indifferent about kind of bummed me out a little. The thing that I kind of sit on the fence about is there was an older dog that seemed to have free roam of the place. I'm a dog person - so okay and I get it - BUT what about people with allergies? I'm so tempted to cut them off but I leave for vacation. my appt was at 4, she had another appt @4:30, and we didn't finish til about 5 so her 4:30 appt was waiting on her and felt like she was trying to get me done and over with so she can go to her next client.. honestly wanted to add some cute nail art or design..clearly by the vibe they wouldn't have time for me. She then Drilled my skin it started bleeding right away. My fingers are currently stinging.. and I have TWO CUTS on my pinky and ring finger.. she then gave me an attitude when I told her she forgot to put clear coat on two of my nails.. overall the whole experience was terrible I walked out so eff'N annoyed. This salon is a nail salon in the front half, and hair spa in the back half. They have 4 beds. The technician will start with a scalp and shoulders massage. Then she will start with shampooing and more massaging. My treatment was for 1 hour. Afterwards you come to the front where the technician will comb and dry your hair.
