This place is awesome. Very nice selection. I got my ray ban from here and came back for my wife as well. I had tinting issue with my pair and they are gracious enough to replace lenses with the right color. My wife needed a different size and they ordered a couple of pairs especially for her trying. I had such a great experience at C.Sharp this morning that I can't help but leave a review on Yelp (my first review!). I called ahead to make an appointment about two weeks ago, but I forgot to mention I was making appointment for two persons. When they called a day before the appointment date to confirm the appointment, I brought up that fact. I was ready to reschedule my appointment so that I will only have to make one trip down (and it was my fault for the boohoo!), but Dr Banh picked up the call and very kindly suggested that I come in earlier so that the both of us could have our appointments together. He did not have to do this, but he opened half an hour earlier than usual in order to accommodate us. He was so friendly and helpful. He also explained each stage of the appointment very patiently. The entire experience was very comfortable. They have a good selection of glasses and sunglasses as well. Guess I have found my go-to for my glasses and contact lens! We came here because of good reviews on Yelp. Dr Banh did well vision exam for my whole family (me, wife, daughter). Dr. Banh took his time to explain to me how things work and what to expect from exam specs. He had a lot of tricks for kids, my daughter liked it very much! What I really like is that Dr Banh is very honest, he does not do moves for money. He recommended that the glasses my wife is wearing is still very good and no need to change for a new pair. He suggested lens but never pushy, he told us to take time and book a next appointment if my wife goes for it. The staffs were also very nice. We were absolutely satisfied. read more

Sharp for the outstanding effort they put in to help me get replacement temples for my Marchon glasses, which I like very much, even though I bought them several years ago and now live over a thousand miles away. They helped looking up my ancient client record and contacted the mfg regarding my now retired model and were able to order and then ship the temples to me. They went above an beyond. If you want a cool optometrist with super friendly staff then go here. Dr. Banh is awesome and very knowledgable. Same goes with his assistant Rachel who helped me pick my glasses. The entire process was very smooth and they also took care of insurance details. One thing I liked about Dr. Banh is he explains what's wrong with your eye using eye model and gives you some technical knowledge. You will end up learning few things after your eye exam which is so cool. The most important thing with these guys is they are not at all pushy and also their collection isn't overpriced. High Five to Raquel in Dr. Banh's office. I had my glasses on top of my head in my car to read something in my glove compartment, and I forgot they were there as I got out of my car and went into the store I was at. I realized I didn't have them when I went into the store and panicked a bit because they weren't on top of my head anymore. I did my shopping as quickly as I could, hoping my glasses were maybe on the seat of my car. As I walked up to my car there were my glasses on the ground and someone had obviously stepped on them - probably me! One of the arms and both of the nose pad prongs were messed up, but I was thrilled that there were no scratches on the lenses. I rushed over to Dr. Banh's office, and Raquel met me at the front desk, and I told her my sad story. She took my glasses, straightened them up, put new nose pads on them and cleaned the lenses, and now they are good as new. She was very reassuring, a good listener, and obviously a great optician, friendly and helpful. I left with a much lighter heart than I went in with! Thank you Raquel! read more

He is very informative, patient, has a good sense of humor, and makes the visit enjoyable. He actually found that my alternate pair of glasses had the wrong prescription, and helped to give me options to get that fixed.
