Love supporting local BIPOC businesses! Good coffee drink options and friendly staff! I really enjoyed this cafe! The drink menu and syrup options are very good - more options compared to other coffee shops I've seen. There are coffee and tea options here. They also have coffee flights that changes (I think monthly) and about $20 for 5 samples. The breakfast and lunch menu are more limited but classic. I enjoy my caramel creamppuchino which is a blended iced coffee drink- creamy and sweet but not overpowering on the sweetness. I also tried the salted maple latte and it was yummy but a little too sweet for me. Fair amount of seating inside. There is a shared metered parking lot with other businesses nearby.

I stopped by CREAM for breakfast after I saw pictures of their coffee flight online and knew I had to have it. This seasonal flight comes with four of their signature coffee drinks. It's super cute (someone asked to take a picture) and each of them was delicious in their own way. If I lived here, I would definitely come back to try each month's new flight. I also got the breakfast burrito, which was good and came with a generous portion of potatoes. The café is pretty casual, with counter service and a condiment/silverware station. Staff did check in on me, which was appreciated. It's a relatively small restaurant so I can see that seating may get taken on busy days. It looks like they also share the space with an evening concept. By the way, CREAM stands for "coffee rules everything around me ."

I really loved the breakfast burrito. It was a hefty size with great flavors & I could taste the beef. I thought the waffles were good. The chai cinnamon roll was dry, maybe overcooked, maybe old. We had the monthly coffee flight, except 2 drinks didn't appear to have coffee... I wasn't expecting that. I liked 3 of the 4 but would probably only order it again if it was all coffee that month. (It changes each month) Service was pretty fast considering everything that had to be done, making all those drinks for the flight. I would go back if in the area.

It was between breakfast & lunch when we sat down with a terrible cup of hotel coffee to begin our search for sustenance. Upon realizing that the cups we were holding were undrinkable, a coffee flight imagine popped up in the search. When the universe speaks, we have to listen. Off we marched (about 15min) The flight flavors change monthly, very clever, creative &, IMO, that makes it worth the steep $18 for a no booze involved flight. Now, I will say when someone says coffee flight, I do expect coffee drinks & this month (July) included a Pina Colada Matcha (neither of us cared much for it - but knew so going in... not a fan of coconu) & Butterfly Pea Lemonade (which was tasty & refreshing) - in addition to Cherry White Chocolate Mocha (which we surprisingly both liked) & our favorite of the day, Rosemary Cold Brew. I feel like they should call it a specialty drink flight vs coffee flight, due to the variations. I appreciated the "how to order it" tip on the board, for dietary accommodations, tho I don't need it. We started with a $5 Chai Cinnamon Roll (flavor rotates) &, while we enjoyed the flavor, we found it to be dry & crumbly inside - this was a miss for us, to the point that I would order other flavors. Next up was $8 waffles. Crispy outside & tender inside, as expected from the description, topped with warm syrup, fresh blueberries & strawberries. YUM Last was the showstopper $12 Breakfast Burrito with lightly salted crispy potato wedges. I'd return for this if for no other reason. It was delish! Service wasn't fast but it was accurate. Order, pay & pick up at the counter, order will likely come up in stages, which I prefer. When done, you clear your table.

Very cute cafe! I came in for a cold brew and a little pastry, and it looks like there are a lot of other tempting breakfast & lunch offerings. My cold brew was AWESOME! I got the Cinnamon Roll Late and just loved it. I've driven by this place a hundred times and not noticed it. It's there! It's on the street level of an apartment building and there is a parking lot between them and Second Street. Parking isn't free, but the rates are the same as the street parking in the area. Look for the orange awnings; there are two entrances. They do coffee flights! They change it monthly! Someone let me take a picture of theirs and I am definitely going to return with a friend to get one of these. Look at the picture! This is a clean cafe with nice seating and friendly employees. My cold brew thing was so tasty you guys.

The service was great, everyone was polite and friendly. The drinks were even better, they were so well made and beautifully decorated, but not being able to sit down really affected me enjoying my first experience at this cafe. I'm glad that they are booked and busy, however, more seating is definitely needed. I tried November's coffee flight and I might just get a full size drink to go next time.

The best thing on their menu is their coffee flights -- make sure to stop by to taste their themed flight of the month!! On Tuesdays, they're 50% off so it's a great deal! I definitely recommend stopping by during a non busy week day instead, their flights take a lot of work to make so it might be too busy on a weekend to buy one. The drinks on their regular menu are just as fun and innovative if that's more your thing as well. They have parking right in front of the cafe but sometimes is full so you might need to find street parking. The staff there are very nice and overall a cute space! It's on the smaller side so head over early to secure a seat.

Cute little cafe in Minneapolis you'd miss unless you stumbled upon it virtually! I found C.R.E.A.M. when I was looking for Valentine's Day coffee flights and I'm so glad we went. The cafe is cute and small. It would be perfect if you're looking for somewhere to work or grab a quick breakfast/lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast sandwich and don't even need to mention the coffee flights because the photos speak for themselves. We brought a film camera and had a great time listening to music (whoever was on playlist duty deserves a raise) and testing out coffee flavors. I can see myself coming back to check out the flights as they change throughout the year. The service was standard. Nothing stood out positively or negatively but we got our food and drinks quickly so I can't complain. Also, parking was a breeze which is always a concern in the cities. Definitely worth a stop!

C.R.E.A.M. is the place to be! We frequented this place several times, once on Juneteenth and the place stays busy yet has great seating and food options, personable staff and great décor. Food 5/5 My daughter enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and we ordered a Fresh Prince Themed flight which was awesome. Service 5/5 Service is always A1 and personable. Ambiance / Location 5/5 Conveniently located in the Mill City district area right off Washington and public transportation. Its situated next to owners other restaurant- Klassics Kitchen who also has great food and ambiance! Overall 5/5 The who's who of the city come here for great coffee, light meals, and for meetups! I've seen several founders, entrepreneurs, and pillars of the community frequent C.R.E.A.M. Everything about the place pays homage to the culture, its a trip down memory lane! When your done, head to Klassics for lunch or dinner! Get their Cajun Wings, they don't disappoint.

Ok..... YUM! Need I say more?? The flight was a tish spendy ($19), so could be cheaper, but it was very tasty. Who doesn't love a good sugary coffee drink? Good ambiance, lots of natural lighting and a perfect amount of seating. Service was fast for a coffee shop! Plenty of parking around the area (even forgot to pay, & didn't get a ticket so that's a win). I will say, I walked into the wrong building but eventually found it because of the nice lady from the (apartment?) complex I walked into guided me on my way to the coffee shop!

I'm always on the hunt for festive coffee flights! My friend & I quickly found a liking to CREAM for their uniqueness of flavors. The sweet potato chai is probably my fav. It's a bit spendy. But getting a flight 1x a month isn't too bad especially for the unique flavors you get to experience. The staff are usually nice, friendly & welcoming. I will say they could do a bit of a better job with cleanliness of the dining room area (tables are often messy) and the buss stations/trash could be kept up w/ a bit more.

Your enjoyment might really depend on what your group is like. You can buy wine and beer to drink while you take the class, and those were reasonably priced I thought! $9 for a glass of wine and I think $8 for beer. The class was chaotic since we were making three courses and things needed to be done at different times, but the chaos felt like how it really is in a kitchen making multi course menus, so that didn't bother me! The assistants were great and helped us stay on track and helped if we were struggling with anything.
