The breakfast burrito was delicious and the Coffee Flight was such a fun touch. I loved being able to sample four different drinks. The barista was incredibly friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. The space itself really stood out too. There is plenty of window seating, great artwork, and good music that creates a relaxed and inviting vibe making it easy to stay awhile. Stopped in for a couple coffees after walking the Stone Arch Bridge with family. 2 16oz. Chais came to almost $20 and they had to remake as they made them cold instead of hot. The other part of my party also had an extended wait, but their drinks were accurate. The staff was friendly and we loved the artwork as well as the vibe of the place. They remade the drinks as soon as they realized, but honestly the accuracy issue and the fact that I can pay $12 for the same order at most other coffee shops means I probably won't go out of my way to come here. You can tell there was intention put into creating an environment where friends could come together and chat, one could tackle a project or anything in between since there's amble seating for various size parties. I stopped by CREAM for breakfast after I saw pictures of their coffee flight online and knew I had to have it. This seasonal flight comes with four of their signature coffee drinks. It's super cute (someone asked to take a picture) and each of them was delicious in their own way. If I lived here, I would definitely come back to try each month's new flight. I also got the breakfast burrito, which was good and came with a generous portion of potatoes. The café is pretty casual, with counter service and a condiment/silverware station. Staff did check in on me, which was appreciated. It's a relatively small restaurant so I can see that seating may get taken on busy days. Love supporting local BIPOC businesses! Good coffee drink options and friendly staff! I really enjoyed this cafe! The drink menu and syrup options are very good - more options compared to other coffee shops I've seen. There are coffee and tea options here. They also have coffee flights that changes (I think monthly) and about $20 for 5 samples. The breakfast and lunch menu are more limited but classic. I enjoy my caramel creamppuchino which is a blended iced coffee drink- creamy and sweet but not overpowering on the sweetness. I also tried the salted maple latte and it was yummy but a little too sweet for me. Fair amount of seating inside. There is a shared metered parking lot with other businesses nearby. read more

I really loved the breakfast burrito. It was a hefty size with great flavors & I could taste the beef. I thought the waffles were good. The chai cinnamon roll was dry, maybe overcooked, maybe old. We had the monthly coffee flight, except 2 drinks didn't appear to have coffee... I wasn't expecting that. I liked 3 of the 4 but would probably only order it again if it was all coffee that month. It was between breakfast & lunch when we sat down with a terrible cup of hotel coffee to begin our search for sustenance. Upon realizing that the cups we were holding were undrinkable, a coffee flight imagine popped up in the search. When the universe speaks, we have to listen. I appreciated the "how to order it" tip on the board, for dietary accommodations, tho I don't need it. We started with a $5 Chai Cinnamon Roll (flavor rotates) &, while we enjoyed the flavor, we found it to be dry & crumbly inside - this was a miss for us, to the point that I would order other flavors. Next up was $8 waffles. Crispy outside & tender inside, as expected from the description, topped with warm syrup, fresh blueberries & strawberries. YUM Last was the showstopper $12 Breakfast Burrito with lightly salted crispy potato wedges. I'd return for this if for no other reason. It was delish! Service wasn't fast but it was accurate. This cafe is walking distance to the river in the Mill District! It has a variety of options of cafe drinks and food. I got the croissant sandwich and one of the seasonal drinks, a blueberry pancake chai. Both were very good. I got the Cinnamon Roll Late and just loved it. I've driven by this place a hundred times and not noticed it. It's there! It's on the street level of an apartment building and there is a parking lot between them and Second Street. Parking isn't free, but the rates are the same as the street parking in the area. Look for the orange awnings; there are two entrances. They do coffee flights! They change it monthly! I met a friend here. I had the Cali croissant with potatoes and coffee sampler. The croissant and drinks were tasty, but the potatoes tasted a bit rubbery, lukewarm and no flavor. My friend had the waffles and she said they were good as well. I'm not sure if they were a bit understaffed or not, but my coffee sampler took 20 minutes. Also there was no clean silverware available and the water carafe was also empty. Many of the tables were also dirty. I visited CREAM Cafe on a busy Sunday morning with friends. The theme of the whole place was very cute and fun! Staff was friendly. All of the seating in the actual Cafe was taken, but there was additional in the unfinished restaurant. It took roughly 15 minutes for us to get our drinks, so give them some grace as they're still learning the ropes, and this isn't a place to stop yet if you're in a rush. I wanted to try their signature winter flight, but it was unavailable. I settled for the cookies and cream mocha, which was very sweet and very delicious. No one in my party ordered food, but the breakfast sandwiches looked really good and were constantly coming out of the kitchen, so I think that they were a hit! One note on parking... I don't believe any free spots exist unfortunately. Overall, I would probably give this place another month or so to settle in before you visit, but afterwards it'll be worth it, especially for unique and sweet coffee beverages. read more

Updating from my last review. Came with friends this time around and we sat in the cafe to catch up. I definitely enjoy the experience of sitting down and enjoying the drinks and food in comparison to a grab & go (my opinion in general). The flight of drinks, delicious, my favorite is still the lavender matcha, but a friend loved the cookies & cream! The burrito is still excellent, although it was in a green spinach wrap last time, and the croissant sandwiches are so yummy! The waffle sticks were mid, but a customer might've not picked it up for a while and the staff offered it to us because nobody was claiming it, which we said YES as I always appreciate Food. The place is very small, not a lot of seating. The staff is really friendly. So that's a bonus, but I was not impressed by the peach matcha. It was just a plain matcha. I didn't taste any peach and it didn't have anything added. I also ordered a waffle on a stick, and it was just belgian waffles. Those waffles you get at the grocery store that are already pre packaged, and you throw in the microwave for a quick breakfast.
