Bebe here a couple times and am always pleased with the quality of food and cost. Service is always fast and done with a smile. Great clean atmosphere and hipster style with plants and artwork for fun environment.

Cute spot! I love that this place has taken over the road on the side and made it into a cozy outdoor patio. We came for a late brunch, and got a matcha latte (delicious, lightly sweet and creamy) along with a sandwich, wrap, and kids breakfast. The food was very delicious, the potato wrap was heavy on potatoes especially when paired with breakfast potatoes, but that's my fault for ordering potatoes on the side! The when in Rome sandwich was really good, the sweet peppers added a lot of flavor. The kids breakfast was a pretty good deal, 9$ for a full plate of breakfast foods. All the servers were super nice and helpful. Happy hour every day after 5pm, which includes 20% off everything except pastries. Definitely a good spot to spend a leisurely weekend brunch or happy hour!

I don't know how many reviews I've done of café Astoria, but I swear it never disappoints. I love her much other coffee and all their pastries. I need to try their smoothie bowls! The service is always amazing. They're so helpful and kind. It's the cutest little spot in Saint Paul.

Ok, I need to RAVE about a new menu item called Cheesy Garlic King Croissant. This thing was so delicious, I had to bid farewell to my diet. I know I come here way too often, but it's been my fav coffee shop for the last 7 years. The restaurant is so beautiful and full of natural light, that it keeps calling me back. Their lattes are as delicious and as beautiful as ever. But seriously, try the new croissant. Service was excellent! I love how I can just keep ordering from my table's QR code.

My family and I have enjoyed this cafe for a few years now. Every time we go we get one of their specialty lattes and they are always delicious! Service is always fast and friendly. They have seating but it is a smaller space inside so it can feel a little cramped. Overall the cafe and seating areas are clean and well kept. If you want a fun and tasty latte this place is worth trying!

Leah's place (iced) tasted more like a pistachio drink with a hint of matcha and lavender. It was sweet and milky. I like that's it wasn't too heavy for a morning drink. Finding parking and a table might be difficult, especially if you have a bigger group but not impossible. When you find a table, I love that they have the QR code on the table for you to order - I just wish that they had pictures. I use to go so often when I lived closer - It feels like every visit, the place evolves (space and menu) So happy to see them thriving!

Friendly service. Good vibes. I love the manilla mango bowl. Its so filling and delicious! I've tried many of the coffees, matchas here but they aren't that great. There are many pretty, special drinks like the rainbow latte, or smores latte, so its a great place to stop when you want something instagramable and special. Otherwise the parking isn't easy, street parking only, and its hard to plug your laptop into an outlet if you're lucky enough to find one. But I come here often for that mango smoothie bowl. The granola in it is perfect.

What a beautiful little cafe that sure packs a punch! We had drive by numerous times and decided to check it out. Food was amazing!! I had the French toast with Nutella on it with a side of sausage, so delicious and filling My wife had the regular breakfast and it was delicious, loved the potatoes!! Everything is well done here and it feels very cozy, super jealous of people within walking distance. Parking - everything is on street so you may have to walk but it's worth it.

My first visit to Cafe Astoria was so good that I went back later the same day for brunch! I had stopped for a coffee on a Saturday morning and was able to walk min and place an order right away. There was plenty of seating and the cafe is beautifully decorated. I ordered an iced creme brûlée latte and a strawberry cream cheese danish. I would get both of these again but would consider getting the coffee hot to have the brûlée sugar on top. When I went back for brunch that afternoon I ordered the bacon mushroom toast, with chili oil and manchego cheese. I highly recommend everything that I tried! I can not wait to go back to try more on the menu!

We went to Cafe Astoria at 11 on a Sunday, so it was packed! But tables are first-come-first-serve, so we got lucky and found a spot quickly. Instead of servers, you order your food using a QR code app. The decor and architecture are charming and cozy! It was quite noisy but not impossible to hold a conversation. The food is reasonably priced. All of our dishes were good but they didn't "wow" us. I got the Frenchie croissant sandwich, which was a little heavy on the egg but too light on the mushroom/cheese/onions. We also got a pull-apart pastry, which similarly was decent but nothing particularly special. Their coffee drinks are fun and creative! We were worried they might be "style over substance," but my date, who is a coffee-loving former barista, gave it her stamp of approval. Cafe Astoria is a great place to take friends and family for a fun and cute brunch, but perhaps not for the foodies.

We love this place! The drinks are made well and the food is great. We never have to wait long for service and the vibe of the place is top-notch.

Friendly/efficient service, DELICIOUS food/beverages, and ample outdoor seating -- what more could you ask for from a neighborhood cafe?! Stopped in to do some wedding planning with my fiancé on a Friday morning. We ordered at the counter but later realized it's possible to order right from your table! Drinks came in less than 5 minutes and hot food in less than 10. The strawberry matcha was deliciously fresh, cold, and creamy, and the café even has soy milk. Nutella panna soisse was flaky, crunchy, and pillowy soft all at once. My fiance and I commented while at Cafe Astoria that we could easily return a number of times and order something different each visit. Cheddar garlic croissant is next on my list!

I love how creative the menu is, although parking can be difficult once you're inside everything is seamless. From ordering at the front to your order being brought out to you and just being able to leave when you're done and not worry about anything. Definitely one of the best coffee shops around.

This is a small coffee shop almost to the downtown area. There is neighborhood parking all around(free) just make sure you are reading the signs correctly. The service... i asked for my coffee iced and to have oat milk. Neither of those requests were fulfilled. Now, I do like hot coffee, so I didn't complain and I will say the coffee was delicious. The temp was perfect for drinking right away. I am lactose intolerant, so I didn't realize I didn't get my oat milk until after I left if you catch my drift haha. The person taking my order seemed frazzled and wasn't very friendly. I had also ordered another baked goods but I guess she didn't hear because upon checking my receipt, it wasn't listed. It wasn't overly busy, but may be she was new? Not sure, but it did leave a bit of a bad taste for this place. The scone was very tasty and I would recommend getting it warmed up. I would give this place a try again, but it's not a place I plan to visit again soon.

Their monster cookies are incredible. They also have Big "Mini" Donuts, which are downright sinful in the amount of pleasure they create in one's mouth. Apart from their great service, I was absolutely delighted by the fact that they have both recycling and compost receptacles available to customers.
