I don't like this place at all. I went in to get alignment and inspection of the car. My car felt like it had an even worse alignment after they were done. keep in mind I was also watching them do the whole thing. They barely did anything. I also had to ask to get paperwork of the alignment getting done. I have never heard of a shop not giving paperwork after work was done. On top of all this, they didn't even do the inspection, i asked them about it and they did not seem like they wanted to do it and were like what do you want inspected? I paid for an inspection and alignment and they didn't even do the inspection until i asked. I asked them to check the motor mounts atleast and that's all they did. Don't recommend. read more

They are over priced. I've been using them for a bunch of things before but all they care about is how to make more money out of you. Right after I got alignment he volunteered to change the air filter and wanted charge me $25 to change air filter. I also used to get oil changes from them and they used to charge me $25 for oil change and now he wanted to charge me the same amount for a 1 minute job. After I confronted him he told me not come back, which I surely won't! read more

WARNING WARNING WARNING - BAD SERVICE! My wife brought her car for an alignment and health check. They told us what they needed to fixed and yet could not fix any of it. What pissed me of is they talked to my wife like she didn't know how to speak english and yet they didn't speak well themselves. These guys are backyard mechanics that are not able to analyze a car and tell you what is exactly faulty. Instead they troubleshoot on the fly and charge you as they try to figure it out. If you do go there, make sure you get an itemized estimate on what needs to be repaired. Do NOT agree verbally and get price gouged like what we encountered. After racking up $400 dollars we just gave up and took our car back worse off than when we brought it in. I will be reporting C&M to the Better Business Bureau! read more

B is AMAZING; so friendly, and unbelievably helpful throughout the process of getting my car fixed. I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon after calling that morning about a fluid leak. By Sunday evening B had diagnosed the problem, ordered the part I needed, and called with a price estimate for the job. He worked with me on a time I could come in to pick up that was convenient for me, and even went the extra mile, taking my car to a self cleaning establishment to vacuum the extra fluid from my original issue, out of my carpets. He explained in simple terms what was wrong, and what he was doing in order to render the issue. I am so thankful for him and would recommend this business to anyone in need of a repair. They are very thorough and honest. Cesar, Brian and B are super friendly and are diligent with keeping you apprised of all that is going on with your car. Besides car maintenance and repair, they also provide extra services (window tinting, hydraulics, emissions testing etc). Don't understand what's going on with your car? DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FROM THIS BUSINESS. I made an appointment, came to their shop, nobody in the office to help me. After waiting 10 mins, I went out and found someone named Cesar. He was extremely rude. First he said he didn't see my appointment on their calendar, I told him I had called and made an appointment last week. Then he said they were down one person so they didn't have enough people to work on my car. Then he had the nerve to tell me I came late for the appointment. I told him I came on time and had to wait 10 mins in their office. He then agreed to work on my car, but said he only had time to do part of the deal (alignment), not the rest (tire rotation, car inspection). At that point I had had enough and left. Not the worst, in the whole scheme of life, considering we just survived a pandemic and all, but definitely would NOT recommend. Chose this place, because there was a Groupon, for a $60 oil change and car check. Made an appointment, and showed up that day, said they couldn't get my car in, because of too many walk ins?!? Why make an appointment then? Especially because I live in Renton, and it was two hours round trip, and I couldn't wait, because I had to work. Made another appointment last week, was early for my appointment, and emphasized that I needed to be in and out, because I had to be at work. She assured me it would be done. Caesar(the owner?) then came to get my keys, and I then emphasized to him, that I was on a timeline, said I would leave for 45 mins and would be back, he said no problem, it will be done in 30 mins. Returned an hour later, and my car wasn't even started. Very disappointed, and said I couldn't stay, I had to get to work. They insisted still on doing my car, they did some half ass job, that took 15 mins, and my check engine light has been on ever since Also, when I was there, a few people called about their Groupon, and they were told not to buy it, because they make no money on it, but to just come in, and they would price match it. So, does that mean, if you do buy they Groupon, you get treated like they don't want to do the work? Very disappointing. read more

I so wanted to like this auto shop, but was pretty disappointed. They overbook appointments and get ''slammed'' (the receptionist's excuse), so it takes forever to get your car back. The receptionist Bryan is nice when you drop off your car, but he is very rude and unprofessional when he think you are not listening or don't speak Spanish, mocking and making fun of customers, cussing and swearing. I wouldn't recommend this auto shop for even the management is very unprofessional, argumentative, and dishonest about any and all the work that they claim to allegedly do to your car. I visited this shop to get an alignment done. Brian (manager ) told me upfront that I may not need an alignment due to the fact that bmws wheels are positioned in a way which causes the tires to wear faster on the inner part of the tire compared to the rear. He told me that they would go ahead and look at my car anyway just to be sure. He also stated that they would take a look at my fluids and top off any that needed to be. I thought this was great because not all places would do that and I explained how my car tended to burn a little oil so it might need it. He then asked me if I had any other concerns, in which I expressed there was a rattling noise coming from the exhaust when you started it up . He stated he would take a look at that as well and the work would take about an hour to complete. Unfortunately, this is where any sort of compliment ends. After they got my car in the air, approximately 10 minutes later they told me everything was done. I then asked if any adjustment had been done at all? He informed me no nothing had needed to be done. He informed me that there was some different adjustments that could be made but those required a different component to be adjusted and that wasn't included in my Groupon. He stated if I paid for a different service, I could have them adjusted and this would help the issue but not completely resolve it. As I drove off and got on the freeway my low level oil light indicator came on in which I called the shop back immediately and asked him if he topped of my oil? He stated the mechanic checked but it didn't need to be done . I stated to him that weird because by Check oil light just came on. He reiterated, that his mechanic checked but it didn't need any oil . At this point I just left it alone because there was no point arguing with him about it because I certainly wasn't going to turn around and drive back for him to top it off. I also asked about the rattling noise and if he was able to determined where it was coming from? He told me he forgot to mention it when I initially took my car but he couldn't determine where the sound was coming from. This made absolutely no sense to me because if he indeed looked at it then most mechanics would have mentioned this after the service not to mention it was strange that he couldn't figure it out. To me this seemed like another lie he told me because they forgot to do what they claimed they would. When I got home I emailed Groupon requesting a refund or credit to my account for the service I paid for and that wasnt completed. They instructed me to reach out to the merchant and have them send proof that the service wasn't completed because the Groupon had shown redeemed on their end. So at that point I called Brian and informed him of my issue with Groupon and what I needed from him to help resolve it. He immediately became very defensive and started to argue with me claiming that he did indeed make minor adjustments to the rear wheels which I replied to him that is not what you told me initially on the day of service. Then he changed his story again and stated the adjustments were made to the front of the car. I said first of all , the front tires were perfectly fine and if they weren't I would've noticed uneven wear after putting 20k+ miles on them . Not only that but I never initially voiced any concerns about the front so why would you "claim " to arbitrarily take it upon yourself to adjust them ? This makes no sense at all. Not only that but my car was up in the air all of roughly 10 minutes when you originally told me the entire service would take and hour. There's no way you could've supposedly adjusted the rear , no wait adjusted the front which wasn't stated as a concern , checked all of my fluids and checked the noise coming from my exhaust in 10 minutes! Then he continued to argue with me about how I didn't get an oil change so there was no responsibility on his part to top off my oil . I explained that wasn't the point . The point was that he was the one who stated that they would do it and then he didn't ! I would've never initially had that expectation if it weren't from him planting that in my head . Therefore, it should've been something he followed through with, period ! I told him by the mere fact that he lied about checking my oil causes me doesn't give me any incentive to believe that he didn't In fact do the alignment that he claimed to my car. In addition, there were several inconsistencies in his stories and it would've been impossible for him do to and complete all the work he claimed to in short duration of time my vehicle was in his shop. read more

Had a flat tire today (on a Sunday). Les Schwab was closed so found this place and chose it based on the positive reviews. Called them and they answered and welcomed me to bring my car in right then. I did so -- the place was small and a little hard to find. But the service repairman (who went by "B") was welcoming, honest and gave me helpful advice. He could have tried to make a sale of a new tire or service the old tire, but that would not have been best for me as the customer (he admitted). Instead, he gave me several options, including the best option of taking my car to the dealership since it may be covered by my warranty. Really appreciated the honesty, and will return here after my warranty period is over based on the great service and genuine concern shown by B. Thank you, C&M/B! Came in for my 98 Malibu for my brake pads after being estimated $500+ at the Goodyear. They allowed me to bring in my own brake pads & were very up front about costs over the phone. I walked in & was greeted like a person rather than a customer & felt like I trusted the people working on my car. I was then notified that my rotors had to be replaced (which obviously costed more) but they did their best to make sure it was as affordable as possible by lowering labor costs. I was charged around $320 for the job & it only took about 2 hours. I am happy to say I will be coming back as well as recommending C&M to my friends! read more

The only thing that could have been improved was the waiting time: I was told it would take 1 hr to have the work done and I ended up waiting a little over 2 hours. Came in with an overheating car after a 200 mile day trip, I was not able to get a definitive cause after 4.5 hours in waiting. The operator promised to but never called about the diagnosis. When I walked in, I got pushed for a $60 + tax oil change instead and was charged $25 for 1 gallon of coolant. They told me it is most likely due to a faulty thermostat but won't able to guarantee the repair unless I agree to change the water pump as well. Decided to take the car elsewhere. read more
