A cute find but the service was a disappointment. I ordered bagel, cheese and egg sandwich. My husband ordered Santa Fe. This order has meat. It was $3 more than my sandwich. We got our order and they were basically the same thing. I saw few dices of tomatoes in my sandwich and that was it. My husband realized he was missing the chorizo. So he went to let the worker know. I had already eaten most of my 1/2 sandwich when the worker came and told us to switch plates. Ahem. I didn't have chorizo in mine so switch what? I think the worker realized I had already eaten 1/2 of my sandwich so they said they would add chorizo to my husband's sandwich. Was it worth the extra $3? No. He could barely tased it. It was like smashed and smoothed. Not chunky like most of the breakfast sandwich with slices of tomatoes. Their matcha was good too. I'd ask for no foam as it was a lot of it. read more

Great bagels, a variety of flavors and other options. Loved the tuna melt, super lox bagel, crab melt and their salads. They have vegan options as well. Loved their veggie cream cheese. Busy place on a Sunday morning. The bagels were surprising very good. My husband got sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich. They forgot to put the sausage in it, but when we asked they got the sausage. He enjoyed it. I got the potato bowl, an interesting breakfast bowl with potatoes, nicely caramelized onions, bell peppers and bacon. Topped with fried egg. It was seasoned very well so I enjoyed it. It really does not get any better then this bagery place. The bagels are soft and chewy perfection. I have so enjoyed my morning bagel sandwich and chocolate milk. The chocolate milk is from a local creamery. So freaking good. The best chocolate milk I have ever had, which is saying a lot since I love chocolate milk. Reminds me of a cool kind of California vibe. Nice artwork on the walls. Plenty of places to sit. Friendly staff. People actually smiling at you when you come in. So happy I found this place. We stopped in today about 4:50pm. We just recently found this place and love the food and they have pretty good prices. We have been in several times in the last month. Three of us ordered grilled cheese sandwiches and soup for dine-in. Once seated we were told that they would be closing at five o'clock and said we could stay and eat there, but we were asked if we minded to-go packaging. Of course we said that was fine, and being in the service industry we understand they want to expedite the dish washing. No problem. After 5 or 10 minutes my husband went to get a refill of his drink and soda sprayed all over him. The "barista" said Oh sorry. I took the nozzles off for the night. Nothing said about his wet clothes or providing a refill that we paid for. He said I wish we would've known this before we ordered. She responded with " we are going to be locking up the doors so youre going to have to go anyway"! We just paid $45 for our meal that we couldnt finish and her response was unacceptable. We will not be back. Its unfortunate because we did like the place. Good service wotkers are hard to find. read more

Come here whenever I visit family in Easton as they love this place! Good bagels - though I wish they had egg bagels. The coffee drinks are good and very reasonably priced, staff is always friendly, and it's always very clean. You can tell they do an excellent job managing this place and as a customer it does not go unnoticed, particularly when that is increasingly the exception rather than the norm. After enjoying the food here for many years it took poor customer service to end this . I purchased half a dozen bagels every Sunday as our morning tradition. After getting home one Sunday I found only 5 bagels . I immediately called and notified the young lady that I was shorted 1 bagel . She assured me she made a note of it and next time I came in they would make it right . The following Sunday I was treated very poorly , I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was not available . The young lady looked at me and said she would not give me the bagel I was owed because she had no knowledge of the issue and she wasn't there when this "supposedly" happened . After spending thousands of dollars over the years it was very embarrassing to be called a liar in front of several customers. Poor customer service starts with training the staff , I also requested the manager or owner to call me , I did not receive a call I will never eat at this restaurant again read more

Took us a while to find this place after moving to Easton. We like Rise up but the seating there leaves a little to be desired. Here there's decent seating and better food options- even for lunch. This last visit was four of us and it was quiet enough for us to have a conversation without raising our voices. Service is also another bright spot both times I've gone there's someone taking your order and someone listening in to anticipate which bagel you might select so they get a head start on toasting it! I also like they offered there are options for milk type in your coffee as opposed to the national coffee chains that seemingly could careless if you discover something new. Bottom line is we will be back and are happy to recommend it! read more

Ordered the Santa Fe bagel and it doesn't have anything on this half of the bagel. Not one piece of chorizo at all. There's very little everything bagel seasoning on the bagel itself. Only my second time trying this place and I want to like it, but this was disappointing. This sandwich was in no way worth the money. Bagels are good and a really cute bagel shop. Very nice. But when you get an egg on ur bagel they must use a round small pan the size of a bagel,,, they heat it to about 2000 degrees and the result is brown burnt eggs. Everytime. Even on the redo. Bigger frying pan less heat= soft delicious yellow eggs. The bagels are good, and that's usually what I order here. Today I was in the mood for something else so I ordered the home fries bowl with bacon, egg, and cheese. These were the most disappointing home fries I have ever had. There was no seasoning whatsoever, and they clearly had not even salted the water the potatoes were cooked in. It's very hard to correct that after the fact. After I emptied 3 paper packets of salt into the potatoes I gave up and tossed them in the trash. I will never order them again. read more

Not from this area but my wife and I were passing through. A friend familiar with this area recommended Bāgery so we tried it. It was fantastic! Best brunch we had in a while! My wife had sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and she said it was incredible, I had the crab dip on a bagel and it was one of the greatest things I've ever tasted! Everything here looks top notch and the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. My only complaint is they don't have a location where I live, because I'd come back all the time if I could. Gosh I wanted to love this place. We have missed Joes Bagels so were excited to see a new bagel shop open in its place. The facelift to the interior is nice. That is about the only thing that was good. We have a very basic order: bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. I expect to receive a sliced bagel, warm from the toaster with a nice spread of cream cheese, cut in half for easier eating and wrapped in parchment paper prior to being put in the bag. Pretty much the standard at any bagel shop. Instead, we received a warm whole sliced bagel tossed in a bag, not wrapped, with a plastic wrapped plastic knife and a small tub of cream cheese. So now I have to sit in my car before leaving, spread my own cream cheese and then try to cut it in half with a crappy knife. With no paper to rest it on, just a paper bag and seeds flying all over my car. And at $3.75, I definitely overpaid for the privilege of preparing my own food. Better off just grabbing a grocery store bagel. Then, when it was finally ready to eat, the bagel wasn't good. It was pretty tasteless and too dense. If it weren't for the everything seasoning would have been pretty bad. Why is it so hard to bake a good bagel??? I understand people have different expectations for a bagel, but if they don't change their preparation procedures I don't see them making it. read more

I work at a hospital and wanted to make my kids morning perfect while ordering them salmon bagels for breakfast ( while at the hospital at 7am to be delivered with Doordash) I was okay with paying $40.00 for two bagels but what was bad was the fact that the salmon lax were old and green on the edges. Was looking for a place to grab coffee and breakfast while driving through Easton. I happened upon Bagery. What a pleasant surprise. I had the Super Salmon bagel. Very good. Bagel crispy and chewy--wonderful. Staff friendly. Food came out quickly and as ordered. Very clean. My companion had Florentine bagel and Chai Latte and said both were great. read more
