I got takeout out my friend picked it up..got the French dipper was so excited opened my sandwich and there was hardly any meat at all.. really disappointed...

Store hours
Adam L.

Placed a mobile order for light dinner. Arrived after 15 minutes. Was unaware that each restaurant has its own driveway and parking lots, so had to turn around from the Chipotle. The order was ready on the Rapid Pickup shelves. The Caesar Salad in Value Duets was usual as expected. The Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup in Value Duets had many ingredients. The Strawberry Lemon Mint charged the evening.

Long wait and curly hairs in my food. Disgusting. This is the second time I've received inedible food from this location.

Everyone has an opinion based on their experience right... Please only read this if you are interested in mine. There is plenty of parking, and plenty of outdoor seating. The exterior and interior of the restaurant is neat manicured and well-maintained. The restroom, needs to be expanded. At this location, one urinal and one toilet is simply not enough in a men's room. Although the area was clean, it was just too cramped. The sink and urinal are far too close together. As I was waiting at the counter to pick up my food, apparently a staff member was on break. He was very rude, loud and just disrespectful to his fellow staff members who was apparently supposed to be making his food. I get that you want things made a certain way, but you and elbow-to-elbow with a customer and representing the brand...have some tact, or make it yourself. His language wasn't vulgar. But it was VERY condescending and unprofessional. The leadership at this location could stand to use a class in hospitality. I was given something extra on my tray that I did not order (yogurt). When I handed it to the manager, he looked at me with a very smug and confused look, even though I explained why I was giving him the item. He took it, it was not open, looked at me again and launched it into the trash. Just rude. But now I understand the behavior of the other "gentleman". The young lady who took my order was patient and very professional. She made suggestions and explained how the "Pick 2" option was best for what I wanted (a little of this and a little of that). When I left, I had a question about desserts and, again, she was very knowledgeable and willing to share her opinion. Had I initially encountered the 2 men I mentioned on my first visit or even at the start of my second visit, I would have simply left. I only returned a second time because of the great experience I had. Needless to say, there will NOT be a third visit. I visited this location twice (July 24 & 25). This review covers both visits July 24 = 5 stars July 25 = NO stars (they owe stars)

Tuna sandwich

I got the tuna sandwich through the drive through and got ripped off. I was wondering why I barely tasted any tuna.... The sandwich had about two tablespoons of tuna on it. Didn't think I had to check my order at panera before pulling off. Totally not worth the $6. Panera I expected better.

I go to Panera frequently in different locations because I like the menu variety, good clean food that comes out quick. So I know what to expect when I go to Panera. This one is what I expected except for the flies in the food preparation area. So there is a one star deduction for what I would normally rate a Panera.

Food was great and drive thru service was excellent. My mom and I ordered bowls of soup and a loaf of sour dough bread.

It wasn't warm, but it was soft. It was served with an olive oil. Our table ordered the steak, four cheese ravioli, Caesar salad and pasta with butter for the kids. Everything was extremely well! We liked the pasta with butter the best and that was for the kids! Lol. The wine is charged by the ounce. It's almost like a tasting of wines where you can pour it yourself. It was great to allow a chance to try a variety of wines. We stopped in our way to the beach and would like to make it a staple! The steak is not served every night. It is a Thursday-Sunday serving, so it's best to check the special mains as it's not a staple item on the menu.

Interesting concept, but the execution is not quite there. The ambience is very nice, the service…read moreis good, but the food and wine were unfortunately nothing to write home about. The cafeteria style wine dispensers could have benefitted from somalier staff to explain what the various labels were and what the wines were about, as well as to recommend pairings. I don't like to be on my phone at a restaurant researching wines, trying to decide which values to explore when I'm unfamiliar with all of them. I think my server was too young to know that much about wines beyond the crib notes. I had the tonno crudo which was a lovely dish, but the olive oil had a bitter metallic taste to it, and since raw tuna and the olive oil were the only two flavors of the dish, the olive oil spoiled the flavor a little bit. I highly recommend McElvoy's superb buttery oil from CA. When you have very few ingredients or processes, as is the case in Italian cooking, each of the ingredients has to be over the top. Perfect . I also had the Pasta Medici with lobster and spinach wrapped up shushi-style in two small sheets of house-made pasta and served upended in a small box. The lobster was good, but the creamed spinach did not taste like Florence's best, and I could taste flour and butter in the undercooked pasta. For a signature dish, I would have expected five star efforts, but on this dish only the lobster was really edible. I really want this place to be a success, and I want to have a great experience there. It feels like a good, well-intentioned crew is still getting its act together and working out the kinks. For a very high-quality food experience the servers also need to be sophisticated to help Interpret the dishes and wine for the diners. Keep trying, Wardroom! You've got a very promising vision. If you could re-introduce humans back into the mix, italian-style, you might have a winner!
