Being Vietnamese, finding Vietnamese food in the area is practically impossible and finding one with a good banh mi is even harder! Loved this place, their pork had a fantastic flavor. The sauce with the summer rolls was delicious and the beef is so tender in the banh mi. The spring rolls were okay but the rest of the grilled pork and rice was good. Wonderful food truck, I'll be stopping there everytime I can when I'm out there. Don't trust the ones who complain about their service... they just sound like some impatient Karens. read more

Craving Pho and my husband and I decided to stop here since it was close to the house and had good reviews. We both ordered pho, I got rare steak and he got filet mignon. We both ordered appetizers as well, shrimp spring rolls and those were yum! I also ordered a Thai iced tea. I will say I think the tea was steeped a little too long because it was VERY strong and left an aftertaste I didn't care for. I ordered the medium pho and they mixed up the sizes in the back so I got a large bowl for the price of a medium so I wasn't too mad about that. The rare steak was already cooked when they brought out the pho but that could just be because the broth was pretty hot but I do prefer my steak to come out rare and I see it cook in the broth, just a personal preference. The atmosphere is loud, they have about 6 tvs going at the same time so if there are a lot of people inside it can get pretty loud to hear the person across the table from you. After a day at Rehoboth Beach, we stopped at Pho Saigon on the way home for dinner. It is located just outside the gate of Dover AFB. It's a small family run restaurant. Both the owner and his wife were working there at the time. For a pho restaurant, the menu is very extensive. I ordered the large pho with choice of 3 different meats. The pho was very good with generous amount of noodles and meat. It is also somewhat pricey $18 for a regular and $20 for large bowl. Those paying with cash will receive a 5% discount. read more

The egg noodles with wontons in chicken broth is incredible. The vegetable included is gai lan Chinese broccoli. Also bean sprouts on the side. The wontons have pork and shrimp. I have also tried the beef pho but this chicken soup with wonton is really special. It also comes with pork meat additional if you wish .Expect to pay a little more than you would at an average Chinese restaurant but the food quality is miles ahead. The interior was clean and had nice decor. We both had pho, since that's what we were craving at the time. I had the steak and meatball pho and she had the chicken. Food came out fairly fast. Lots of bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño, Thai basil, and Asian cilantro were brought out before the pho arrived, as well as having soy sauce, fish sauce, hoisin, and sriracha on the table. The medium size was huge! I would say the broth was missing something, maybe not enough star anise, or something leaving it slightly bland. Overall it was a good experience . My grilled pork banh mi was soft, somewhat crisp on the outside, and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back for another. :~) The short rib in the broken rice dish was flavorful and not dry. It was very enjoyable! I would say the pho here is okay/decent (I've just had better in Virginia), but you should definitely give this place a try if you don't feel like driving out of Dover. The food is meh that I would not go here. Two spring rolls that are ok, pho was definitely lacking flavor and spices. The coffee iced and thi tea was great. The egg noodles for seafood came out under cooked two pieces of shrimp in the whole bowl. My meatball pho had meat balls cut into thirds so a total of three meat balls. The chicken wings were edible. The best part was the service very polite, smoked, and attentive. They let us know when food was on the way and time left for it to be at the table. Start to finish the meal was 45 minutes for two people. The condiments that were Jared chop sticks and ladles were in the table already. The table items could use a good cleaning. Stopped by for lunch, and all in all it is a solid Vietnamese spot! I got the Bun Bo Hue (American Style), and we got the Chao Tum (grilled shrimp on sugarcane) as an appetizer. I also got the mango shake. Everything was delicious - the broth was nice and spicy, and the chao tum is really good. The food also came out quick, which was nice. Generally we really enjoyed our meal, and will definitely stop by again if we get a chance. read more

Meh. This place is okay. Their broth is very good, but it's not really traditional. They cook their flank steak well done before adding to the broth and it's pretty gross. We tried to order raw steak, but they gave us a big bag of stringy, gristly, overdone steak that was just...unpalatable. No one wants to be choking on strings of gristle from overcooked meat. Best Pho we have had. The broth was absolutely the best ever. Did not skimp on the ingredients like other places. Plenty of tendon,tripe and brisket. We both ordered medium bowls and that was plenty. Finally another new Pho restaurant in town! Took my family to eat dinner there and I was impressed overall. Let's begin with the atmosphere. The place is nice, bright and pretty open/spacious. We were welcomed with friendly greeting, a smile and sat immediately. The ladies are very friendly and attentive. The only negative I may say - and it's just our family preference -- they kept blasting super loud music on top off the loud conversations which made it hard to even hear each other on our table. We placed our order and the food came out pretty quickly. We had the grilled Korean ribs, pho bowl and spring roll -- all tasted delicious and was a decent portion.
