Service is excellent. Food is not so great. Ambiance is same fast food Chinese spot I ordered pu pu platter and it lived up to its name. Fried chicken was actually ok. Fried shrimp was mainly all breading. Shrimp toast tasted of oil and flavorless croutons. Chicken on a stick was chewy liked round bottom, thin cut steak fried on a stove top. Egg rolls greasy in the average time. Wonton's have pork and the don't mention that it's also in the rolls. Wonton's are crispy here, not soupy. Everything is fried to kill us. read more

this is our go to chinese place. food is consistant, consistantly awesome. So GOOOD, try it. try it now, now , do it , do it, you will not be disapointed read more

First time ordering, more than likely won't go back. I ordered shrimp egg foo young and the egg omelette was burnt. Overcooked.

The hot and sour soup was so flavorful, and they had wide crunchy noodles to put in. I would have loved to see tofu in it . The Hunan Beef was a little sweet but the veggie's were perfect. Same with Garlic Beef . Good food we will stop again! read more

I love what they named it Jade Garden. As soon as I walk in there is a bright smile from the cashier ! Their food is delicious. read more

The Szechuan wonton soup is killer, if you like spicy things. Lots of red pepper in the sauce, I love it.

This is a Wonderful place to get takeout. I was greeted with a smile and he was very helpful when asking questions. food was excellent! large shrimp, lots of fresh vegetables. Rice was fresh it was all so delicious. I will be coming back. I ordered the shrimp with mixed vegetables. the place was very clean too. I really enjoyed the food. And glad I chose to stop in. Reasonable prices too. read more

Recently moved to Dover so this the first attempt in our mission to find a new "favorite" Chinese takeout. Menu - menu was extensive but certain items are only available as part of a combo meal unless you make a special request. Price - average. I fed a family of 5 for around $40. Portions were large and we had leftovers for the next day. Food - mediocre. The food equivalent of the last season of Lost. You look forward to it's arrival then one hour later you are sitting on your couch confused and dazed and wondering what poor life choices causes you to end up like this. Service - outstanding, this is why I gave Jade Garden three stars even though the food was unremarkable. Their service is great! Definitely not the best Chinese takeout, but probably not the worst. read more

Pretty good food overall. Somethings are really good, some are meh. Lunch specials have always been good, and they are close stop for lunch for us. Definitely better then the other place in town! read more

Best fast food Chinese restaurant in thia area! The food was so fresh and cooked to perfection! The staff was friendly and professional! We can't wait to return and try more menu items! read more

Good food!! Enjoyed it and went back the next day. Highly recommended. Customer service was awesome!!

Best take out we have found since moving here from Brooklyn. They are willing to adapt some of the dishes to individual preferences.

I love Jade Garden. I work right down the street and I get take out on the way home a couple times a month. The menu is unremarkable, since it's the same menu you can get at every chinese restaurant anywhere. But the service and the quality of the food makes it my favorite!! We have 3 or 4 chinese places where we can get take out, but we've pretty much given up on all of them except for Jade Garden! read more

This is our go to spot. Love their dumplings, boneless spare ribs, crab rangoon, lo mein, and of course wings and fries. Never got a bad meal here. They do get busy though so call ahead on the weekend. read more

There was a cooked fly in my pork fried rice. I visited Jade Garden in the shopping center with Walmart on 6/16/2018. This is the closest Chinese restaurant to my home and I've eaten here 1-2 times a week for the last five years. I'm mortified that I may have eaten bugs in my food in the past. The male cashier didn't even offer a apology. He just said "oh my", picked it out and voided my transaction. This is totally unexceptionable! If they would stop being cheap, turn the air conditioning on and shut the back door so that the flies can't come in customers wouldn't have to worry about bugs in the food! PISSED!! read more

Jade Garden - There was a cooked fly in my pork fried rice. Male cashier never apologize, just offered to void transaction PISSED! - Chinese Near Me - Camden, Delaware

Awesome Chinese food! the best I've had since I'm in Delaware over the past 13 years. The steamed dumplings were, by far, the best I've ever had; the freshest, tastiest and the dipping sauce was a little more on the sweeter side than usual, but perfect! The sesame chicken was delicious and last week I've had shrimp lo mein that was good enough to be looking forward to go back. I can hardly wait to try the shrimp with lobster sauce - an old favorite that I've given up on in Delaware. I know I'll be picking up food quite often from Jade Garden...compliments to the chefs! read more

Perfectly good, quick food. Clean space and friendly service. We got the tofu and it was very decent.

The absolute worst Chinese food I've ever had! The people were nice and the food was done fast but I do not recommend going here. Yuck!

Though there are a few tables, this is really a take out place. If you eat in, like we did, your food will be served in take out containers with small plastic forks and tiny napkins. The fried dumplings were very greasy. The hot and sour soup unspecial and the pork fried rice pretty tasteless. The pork lo mein was decent. Overall just an average meal made worse by the setting and service. read more

Good quick Chinese food. Nothing spectacular, just good. They do have tables but very plain.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever gotten take-out from. I don't even think the chicken is real. It seemed like some kind of tofu or artificial chicken. The chop suey was nothing but cabbage and some water chestnuts. In a quart there were 3 slices of carrot. No other vegetables. I also got some sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was not real in that either. Some kind of pressed chicken loaf. The nuggets were all batter with a tiny piece of 'meat' inside. The place seems to be run by a group of kids. There was no one older than about 22 working there, even the cooks. It was my first and last time there. read more

My family and I moved to Delaware about a year ago and hoped to find a nice Chinese restaurant to be our go to spot. We settled on Jade Garden, the first two times we ordered, the food was good. The third time we ordered, the vegetables were outrageously over cooked and the shrimp were mushy like mashed potatoes, when I took the food back, they gave me a really hard time about giving me my money back. We decided that maybe they had a bad day and we should give them another shot. We ordered food again on January 13, 2018 for a small dinner party and couldn't believe how horrible it was. The fried rice wasn't even fried, it was brown rice with vegetables thrown on top and the other was just shrimp thrown on top. It was not sautéed or mixed well together, the egg rolls were soft and inside the lettuce was not even sautéed and had no taste. It was totally unreasonable and tasteless. The mixed vegetables were just ok, all and all one of the worst Chinese food meals we've ever had. We will not be giving them another opportunity unless they completely change the quality of their food and the skill in which they prepare it. Very disappointing. read more

The lady that works in there was very rude so I politely asked for a refund because she was being mean. Then she asks "why?" and I'm like because you're being rude. Then she keeps asking "why?" I'm just like please give me my refund. So, I finally tell her she has an attitude that's why I want my refund. You won't get my good hard earned money and you're not even treating me right. Anyway, now everybody and their Mama knows about how the lady treated me and I (and the people I told) will never go back there again. read more
