I got takeout out my friend picked it up..got the French dipper was so excited opened my sandwich and there was hardly any meat at all.. really disappointed...

Store hours

Placed a mobile order for light dinner. Arrived after 15 minutes. Was unaware that each restaurant has its own driveway and parking lots, so had to turn around from the Chipotle. The order was ready on the Rapid Pickup shelves. The Caesar Salad in Value Duets was usual as expected. The Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup in Value Duets had many ingredients. The Strawberry Lemon Mint charged the evening.

Long wait and curly hairs in my food. Disgusting. This is the second time I've received inedible food from this location.

Everyone has an opinion based on their experience right... Please only read this if you are interested in mine. There is plenty of parking, and plenty of outdoor seating. The exterior and interior of the restaurant is neat manicured and well-maintained. The restroom, needs to be expanded. At this location, one urinal and one toilet is simply not enough in a men's room. Although the area was clean, it was just too cramped. The sink and urinal are far too close together. As I was waiting at the counter to pick up my food, apparently a staff member was on break. He was very rude, loud and just disrespectful to his fellow staff members who was apparently supposed to be making his food. I get that you want things made a certain way, but you and elbow-to-elbow with a customer and representing the brand...have some tact, or make it yourself. His language wasn't vulgar. But it was VERY condescending and unprofessional. The leadership at this location could stand to use a class in hospitality. I was given something extra on my tray that I did not order (yogurt). When I handed it to the manager, he looked at me with a very smug and confused look, even though I explained why I was giving him the item. He took it, it was not open, looked at me again and launched it into the trash. Just rude. But now I understand the behavior of the other "gentleman". The young lady who took my order was patient and very professional. She made suggestions and explained how the "Pick 2" option was best for what I wanted (a little of this and a little of that). When I left, I had a question about desserts and, again, she was very knowledgeable and willing to share her opinion. Had I initially encountered the 2 men I mentioned on my first visit or even at the start of my second visit, I would have simply left. I only returned a second time because of the great experience I had. Needless to say, there will NOT be a third visit. I visited this location twice (July 24 & 25). This review covers both visits July 24 = 5 stars July 25 = NO stars (they owe stars)

Tuna sandwich

I got the tuna sandwich through the drive through and got ripped off. I was wondering why I barely tasted any tuna.... The sandwich had about two tablespoons of tuna on it. Didn't think I had to check my order at panera before pulling off. Totally not worth the $6. Panera I expected better.

I go to Panera frequently in different locations because I like the menu variety, good clean food that comes out quick. So I know what to expect when I go to Panera. This one is what I expected except for the flies in the food preparation area. So there is a one star deduction for what I would normally rate a Panera.

This has to have been the best salad I've had in ages. I could go on and on with praise for this place: -It's adorable. Seriously. So cute. -The staff is friendly. -You get to build your own salad. Picky people rejoice! -All the salad ingredients were fresh, nothing wilted. -Your salad comes with a delicious slide of bread on the side. -The butter you get with the bread is the real deal. I'm a lover of good butter and this was nice butter. -The dressing...I'm going to have dreams about that soy ginger vinaigrette. They put a bit too much on for my taste, but it was sooooo good I didn't mind. I would like to buy a bottle of that, please. My only regret is that I didn't try one of those cookies giving me eyes from the display case. But alas, I had come specifically because I was feeling like I needed some veggies and a double chocolate cookie is definitively NOT veggies. Darn.

In addition, the pieces of pear were so large they took over the whole salad instead of being an add on. Bread was good. Overall not worth the $25 I just spent on lunch.

Very nice place! The staff was very accommodating. We were close to closing and felt welcomed like…read morewe were the first people there. We were provided bread to start. It wasn't warm, but it was soft. It was served with an olive oil. Our table ordered the steak, four cheese ravioli, Caesar salad and pasta with butter for the kids. Everything was extremely well! We liked the pasta with butter the best and that was for the kids! Lol. The wine is charged by the ounce. It's almost like a tasting of wines where you can pour it yourself. It was great to allow a chance to try a variety of wines. We stopped in our way to the beach and would like to make it a staple! The steak is not served every night. It is a Thursday-Sunday serving, so it's best to check the special mains as it's not a staple item on the menu.

We came here after a recommendation for elevated dining that was also welcoming to kids. We had called ahead and requested a booth, which was confirmed, but unfortunately that wasn't accommodated when we arrived. Our server was very nice, though she seemed a bit distracted while taking our order. Our sommelier gave great recommendations, but after the first pour, quite some time passed and we eventually poured the wine ourselves. The atmosphere is lovely--clean, comfortable, and upscale while still casual enough for families. For the food, I enjoyed the Caesar salad with anchovies. The lobster risotto was a miss for us--the risotto wasn't cooked quite right and the lobster was slightly overcooked. The scallops, however, were delicious! They also made buttered pasta for the kids, which they loved. The sommelier at the end really helped turn things around. The dessert wine we wanted wasn't available, so he graciously offered us complimentary wines instead--a very thoughtful touch. Overall, a nice restaurant with a lot of potential. I just wish the food had been a little more consistent and the service more attentive.
