The cheese sauce on the nachos was also quite bland and didn't add much depth to the dish. The mac and cheese was another disappointment, with very little seasoning or cheese flavor. It had more of a stovetop-style texture and taste, whereas a richer, baked version perhaps with Gouda or a blend of flavorful cheeses, would have complemented the barbecue much better. Overall, while the excellent customer service and authentic smokehouse ambiance made for a pleasant visit, the food quality and flavor fell short of expectations. I hope the kitchen revisits some of these menu items because the restaurant has a strong foundation and plenty of potential.

Today's visit was another hit with great service and its pet friendly which is a plus. Nicole provided amazing service and made us feel welcome from the moment we entered. This is a hidden gem in Easton! My daughters love this place in addition to our entire family. Both inside and outside are nice with local touches of Eastern Shore maps and history.
