We stopped here on the way to Ocean City to get a bite to eat. We ordered our food via the app and enoyed our food outside. The food was what to expect of chick fil a. Good quality; however, the service on my second order was less than quality. After our main order I placed another pick up order for my free reward brownie and I went inside to wait at pick up (next to register counter). Two young ladies behind the counter were chatting around the lemonade dispenser while helping themselves to a cup of lemonade. I waited a couple minutes at pick up and then approached the counter. I was greeted by one of the young ladies named Amanda. I explained to her that I placed the order on the app and requested pick up and was waiting for my brownie. She said sarcastically you don't pick up here. I told her I know that (already offended because I know she saw me originally waiting at pick up). She rolled her eyes at me and approached another young lady bagging orders whispered something to her that I couldn't make out and then approached me with my brownie. I have eaten at chik fil a restaurants everywhere and this was by far the worst service I ever received. Do better. The attitude was not needed. We had an unexpected situation when our car broke down in the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A. It was stressful and inconvenient, but the staff went above and beyond to help us. Tyler, one of the employees, and Trevor, the manager, both came outside in the rain and tried to help us get the car started. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out to us was that after the store closed, both Trevor and another manager, Abby, stayed an hour and a half past closing to make sure we were okay and that our car was safe until the tow truck arrived. They didn't have to do that, but they did -- just to make sure no one messed with our car and that we felt taken care of. We're very grateful for how understanding and supportive the team was during a really stressful situation. Thank you again to Tyler, Trevor, and Abby. We won't forget how you treated us. read more

This Chick Fil A is ran like a McDonalds.... Several times here with issues not resolved and no apology, refund, nothing....I will NOT spend another dollar here. The food is not acceptable. The lemonade (and they are known for good lemonade) is horrible and it's too expensive to be that bad. Last straw was I ordered a salad (not the first this happened at this location) and I was told they didn't have anyone that knew how to make a pre-made salad. There are 30 people working here and I am unable to order a menu item? Just like McDonalds and the ice cream machine! Take it off the menu if you can not offer salads! All I am going to say that trying to get breakfast when they open at 6AM is like pulling hair. It is ridiculously slow, takes forever and no one is there. Literally maybe two cars in line or three at the most, on a busy morning at that time. Started when I pulled up and clearly interrupted the two young kids who were having a personal conversation instead of helping their customers. The kid literally said "what do you want"... excuse me?? How about you say it a little more politely. Tell him I have a mobile order he said "okay your good"... okay I pull to the window. The girl asks my name THREE times. Three. Then hands me the wrong order for the wrong name. She asks my name again and said I don't have exam order for you. Well the kid just checked my online order in so I don't know how that is possible. The manager came over. HES A REAL ASSHOLE AND TO KNOW HES A MANAGER AND ACTED THE WAY HE DID I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CHICK FIL A! He literally laughed at me like this is far from funny. Young man named John is the hardest worker I've ever seen! Service was good and food came fast.

At the end of the day, Chick-fil-A is a fast food chain so you can't expect too much, right? Wrong. Chick-fil-A has branded itself differently to the point where you can expect great tasting food with fast, pleasant, and accurate service. I've had that experience at many other CFA locations. However, this location is horrific. I'll start by saying that I'm currently 36weeks pregnant as I type this review out. For any other moms out there, you know food aversions and cravings are real. Unfortunately for me, I have not been able to stomach chicken my entire pregnancy. And I'm hoping that changes because I MISS CFA nuggets. That said, you might be wondering why I'm at CFA then... and the answer is that I have been craving their market salad and fries. In fact, you'll see my salad and fries in the picture below. And although I hate this location, I come here often because it's close to my doctors office and I'm always starving after my appointments. So here's my list of issues: 1. We're still living in Covid times. They have a BS sign at the checkout window saying they care about safety and that's why all employees are masked and gloved and have temperature checks, etc. ...I have been at the drive-thru several times, at the height of delta and omicron, and they are never gloved or masked. Politics aside, I'm pregnant and deemed high risk so I wish I could feel a bit more comfortable, but just stay inside, right? Moving on.. 2. Knowing I can't stomach chicken, I am diligent about making sure my market salad comes WITHOUT chicken. Twice now, they've given me a salad with chicken on it. 3. The last visit, they got my salad right, but FORGOT MY SALAD when giving us our drive-thru order. We had to go inside to get it. CFA is a place where you can feel confident to drive off without checking your order because they've branded their customer experience that way. That is NOT the case of this location. 4. If you look at the picture I've provided, you'll see a half filled LARGE fry. If I order a large fry, I'm expecting the fries to fill the entire container. So why is it only half full? Because they throw your chick-fil-a sauce in the top, on top of your fries. Not only does it irritate me that I'm not getting my moneys worth, but they're also putting germy sauce packets on top of the fries. If sanitation isn't a concern, why is there a scooper for the fries? Might as well just let the employees use their hands. 5. Lastly, the staff has always been "fine." But no one goes out of their way to be extra pleasant here. In fact, our first mobile order at this location earned us a "reprimanding" from the 18 year old at the checkout window for not telling them we were here at the speaker ahead of time. Every other location typically has a little QR code sign yo scan and keep it moving. So, apologies for the misunderstanding. Am I being harsh here? Sure, maybe. Depends on your perspective. Chick-fil-A is a fast food joint so I shouldn't be THAT upset, right? But I am because every other CFA location seems to have their crap together. Just wish this one could as well. read more

This chicken fillet is very poorly ran, numerous times that I have had issues and have called in and spoken with a manager and then the owner nothing has ever been done besides a performative I'm sorry about that no offer to refund me no offer to give me a coupon or free voucher for my time wasted or the errors that were provided in the service for me. Cashier Lexi was great! Other than that Terrible service! Order was all wrong!! Went inside and still have to wait 18 minutes for 2 SALADS AND A SANDWICH!!! Bad to worse another horrific experience. Orders grilled chicken. Got fried chicken strips ordered plain sandwich. I guess that was ok. And I paid for fries. Didn't order fries and asked for 1 siracha. They gave me like 3. Wonder if everyone asks for 1 they give 2 or 3 over the course of a year wonder what that costs??? Not very good at all. $24 for a lunch that was not even close to acceptable. Spicy chicken sandwiches were small, lukewarm and not crispy. The waffle fries were not hot. The milkshake was good, but everything else was poor and not a good value. We won't be back. read more

This used to be our best found Chic Fil-A, However, quality has gone down and obviously do not give you best meal for price. Third occasion that I get shorted on # of nuggets. I order 6 get 5, tonight 12 and received 11. Ask for no ice in soda, filled with ice. Reason we ask for no ice, couple times felt ice was tainted & tastes funny. I was a big fan prior to the remodel but since then the food is heat lamp old and the process is confusing for everyone. I've been back 3 times and had bad experience with all. Been visiting Chick-fil-A, in many different states, for many years and have always been pleased with their service and food. Quite a good variety of items to choose from. Have they ever gotten my order wrong? Yes. No big deal, it happens. The staff here is very pleasant and efficient. I notice there are quite a few negative reviews on Yelp for this restaurant, take that with a grain of salt. Worst ChickFilA I have ever been to!! I went through drive thru the girl taking my order wasn't paying any attention to me when I was telling her my order... had to repeat three times. Get told to go to the girl to pay. I asked that girl to read my order back to make sure it was right. I don't get it. Food is okay. Service is okay. But this place is always stupid busy and it's not that amazing. The people need to start respecting the rules of the road and stop running the drive thru into the street making it impossible for one to come here and eat in the restaurant. And they could definitely clean the restaurant a little more- not sure what is up with the shoving the trash down in the can- if it's full take it out? The more I eat of Chick Fil A, the less I'm enthused about their sandwiches. As a whole, the chain's quality has gone down. That said, the Easton location is always packed to capacity with a line at the drive-through. The staff does their best to keep up, but the demand is overwhelming. Getting a plain sandwich does sometimes take a bit longer as they have to make it as a special order. Also off-putting to me is the "closed on Sunday" policy of the corporation. I'd have to agree with other reviewers that the service at this location is very slow whether they're busy or not. Been to chick fil a locations all over the country and this is the slowest even though their volume is not as large as most others. I order simple things. The regular sandwich or strips meal. It can take 5 to 10 minutes from the time of order even on light business times. You stand there and see how their process could be streamlined. Overall the size of the chicken fillets or strips has decreased while prices increased 25%. It was 'my pleasure' to leave this review. Lackluster service. Ordered two drinks as well as a gallon of sweet tea, and some food. We paid and were waiting around in front of the register waiting for our cups, which were forgotten to be given to us. Also, we had to go sit down and go back up later to remind them that we were still waiting for the sweet tea. Don't enter their drive in if you see a few cars and you are in any kind of hurry. And by any kind I mean up to 30 minutes. There is only one single lane. No way to go around and no way to abort and you are stuck until all of the cars ahead of you have gotten their order and paid and pulled away. This morning I sat for almost 30 minutes and didn't even get the food because I used up all my time waiting in a line. This is a bad design and on top of it the person who I spoke to at the ordering window had zero empathy and offered no kind of help in any way when I asked her how long it would take for me to get my sandwich and get out of there. I normally love Chick-fil-A but lately this location has been missing the mark. First, I asked the person taking my order what was in one of their salads since I have a specific diet. Well he didn't know specifically, he guessed and omitted corn was in the salad. Found out when I got up to the normal order board. i have been to very many chick fil a restaurants in my life. This one is *superior* i went at 3pm on a thursday and the food was fresh and moist and the cookie was tremendous. It was warm and gooey. Very clean location and nice people. Arrived at 230pm and ordered two meals. Both meals contain waffle fries that were over 75% not whole. Looked like the last ones before making a new batch. Very disappointed!, most were broken in small pieces and very dry no taste. Sandwich bread was also very dry and cracked. When biting into sandwich, it feel apart. Second visit and disappointed yet again. Free breakfast is only what they are featuring for the day. Yesterday I was in getting an ice tea and asked about the breakfast, the server asked the manager on duty and he said it was your choice. We went this morning to be told no it is their choice with the female manager coming over and rudely saying it is up to them that is what the OWNER instructed them to do.
