Best MacDonald's we've been to in years. Stopped on our way home from the beach. Got two cheeseburgers, two milkshakes. The cheeseburgers were fresh and warm. Looked just like the picture! Reasonable sized fast-food restaurant for a McDonald's. Heavily staffed and well organized. For the drive-thru complainers, walk into the restaurant and get your foods lol. Definitely the best curbside pickup service my family has experienced at a McDonald's, usually we have to wait a good 10-15 minutes for our food to come out but food came out instantly when we pulled up to curbside. What was funny was, the employee walked up with our food and said "sorry for the wait" and we were like "huh?". He was very respectful and kind and even offered us sauces in case we needed any and even made sure everything was ok with our food. Was very impressed!! read more

They have recently renovated this location and have all the new amenities. You can order from the kiosks and pick up your food when you see your name on the screen. Theres a now serving and ready to pickup section of the monitor near the front so you'll know. They had balloons and a lot more staff on hand than other Mcds Ive been too. We were in and out within 20 minutes here. The staff was friendly and food was decent. I wish I tried some of their new desserts though but it was early when we stopped in. Only complaint is that you have to ask for condiments. They don't have a section where you serve yourself. read more

No salt in the bag then we asked for a lot of ketchup there was not even one packet then they gave us no napkins so I recommend not going there go to the Burger King across the street they have a lot better service read more

They can't handle having 2 drive through lanes. Just should of kept it one lane. I don't think half they people that work there deserve their pay. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through line while over 5 cars in the other line kept getting their service. Had to say hello??? About 5x until someone finally answered and then they asked me to repeat my very small order of one breakfast sandwich. So I left. Thank goodness for burger King accross the way, less than 5 minutes I have my sandwich. This is one of the best McDonalds locations I've been to in recent years. Maybe I'm used to less friendly service where I live on the West Coast, but either way this McDonalds goes above what I'd expect from a fast food chain. We ordered some cookies, tea, and two mcmuffins and the guy behind the register was very friendly and talkative. We then were asked how our day was by another employee and had our food brought to our table with a smile. We then were told to have a great day when we left and another employee pointed us towards the bridge. If I lived in this area, I would come back here again. Submitted a mobile order 4/1 pretty simple, not even huge. But not only was I made to pull forward and 5 other drivers who ordered after I did were able to leave before me, but after I got back to my hotel room and looked in the bag that I was missing part of my order. Lost money. read more

Mobile ordering and pick up work well...have been fast. Kiosks work fine typically. Some employees are friendly and helpful, some say as much as they need to get by, and several times in drive thru I hv been handed my food without speaking or eye contact. Usually a good enough place to go, but check your to go order before you pull away. read more

(08/08/2013) OK stop if you need to. Filet O' Fish was piping hot and crispy, sufficient amount of tartar sauce; bun seemed fresher than some (no metallic taste). Service was spotty, waited a long time for someone to take our order and they bemoaned the lack of good management to us customers (something about management hanging out in the back room). read more

I take my nephew here for his McNuggets and Sprite and Extra Fries. It's never right. Just too many kids and no authority. the Manager is greasy and constantly touches his hair without going to wash his hands. The owners should send in a secret shopper for the week. read more

I should have stopped at the Chick-fil-a in Annapolis! We pulled up and placed our order. We get to the window to pay for it then go to receive our items. We were missing one out of three happy meals. We caught that at the window. We didn't get any BBQ sauce for our 20 piece nuggets. It's nothing worst than not getting BBQ for your nuggets. Chick-fil-a always gives you sauce for your nuggets. read more

I'm not a fan. They have the standard McD's fare, but it not served well. I went through the drive through and there were so many problems. They gave us no straws. How are you supposed to drink a milk shake without a straw? They also left out napkins and ketchup. The fries were under-salted, which made the missing ketchup even more obvious. Finally, my chicken nuggets were stale. Skip this place and try the Burger King next door. read more

It's ok! Lacks consistency on food quality(ie cold-sloppy-less then full portions) and in customer Svs. You never know what to expect. While inside the 20+ employees were confused on life in general and just scrambling around (there was no one inside and no line outside). I just wanted a refund!! We live in the neighborhood and visit when it's cold outside and the kids need a place to play. Our experience was greatly enhanced tonight when Maura saw that one of my boys received a pink toy in his happy meal. Without me even asking she came over to the table and offered to exchange it for one that my son wanted. Thank you so much Maura, for helping avert a toddler melt-down! This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. Not once in 2+ years since I've moved around here have they gotten my order correct. My last order just really irked me. Evidently they either can't count to 2 or don't understand the concept of a DOUBLE cheeseburger. I received 2 doubles each with one patty. I'm done having to go back every time to get my order right. This McDonalds is filthy. Despite the fact that there appeared to be two people walking around whose duty it was to deliver food and clean up, they seem very hesitant to actually wipe a table. I asked one of them to wipe our table as there wasn't a single clean table in the pace and she pulled a rag from her apron and made a light attempt at wiping. I could still see the food and glass rings on the table after she finished. The child's play area rooked as though it hadn't been professionally cleaned EVER. The bathrooms were disgusting. Horrible!! Hamburgers always look like they were ran over before they hand them to you. If you have to eat there get a meal that comes in a box, like big mac or filet-o-fish. It's late and we wanted something quick to eat. So against my better judgment, we ended up at mcdonalds in denton. There's 2 cars in the 1st lane but only 1 in the 2nd lane so naturally I pull into the 2nd lane. The guy in front of me orders and pulls up. I pull up to order when it's my turn and wait...and wait...and wait...and wait some more. At least 3 other cars go through in the 1st lane before I decide to park and go inside. I ask for the manager, explain the situation and finally order. The manager goes to give us our food and says, sorry we ran out of apple pies. What the what??? Seriously, like you didn't know this and now I have ordered and paid for said apple pie to find out there are no apple pies, all after the cluster I just experienced in the drive thru??? Needless to say, when it is late and we are looking for something quick to eat again, we will NOT be choosing mcdonalds in denton!!! read more

What can you really expect from fast food. My advice, check your order while you are still at the window or at the counter...cause chances are, it's wrong!! All McDonalds food tastes the same in my opinion, so no complaints there. Just a pain when you have to go back so many times because your order is wrong. Oh, and dont try calling to complain cause no one answers. read more
