So we came here for lunch & I ordered 2 number 1's with CHEESE. One w/o pickles and one w/o onions. Only one of the sandwiches had cheese on it. The other one did not when I questioned it. The lady at the counter said that I was only charged for one and I said well I ordered two! Then she told me if I wanted the other one to have cheese on it. It would be an additional $.80. WHAT!! Service was fine, but 26 bucks for a couple of burgers and cold fries seems way over priced for late night travel food. Seems like a common theme based on the other reviews. Ordered one #4(large) with an add on of one large fry. He tells me it's $23 and change. I tell him that the total is impossible. He gets mad and I ask someone to help him. No one does. Finally pay for the order. No extra fry. I tell them I want an extra fry. Employee then tells me that's why it was $24. I flatly tell him he needs math lessons. Not much to say about the food. However the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.

Horrible service 20+ minutes for breakfast and then not even the correct order. Four Cars in the drive threw left after ordering and went around us. No one said hi or offered any apology or compensation. We only waited because they took our money first. read more

By far one of the worst "fast" food restaurants on the east coast as far as service. The food is up to par but you have to keep your order small and simple in the drive through or its guaranteed to be wrong. They are always understaffed, which appears to be the root cause of the problems there. Sometimes having only 1 employee in the store doing all the work (cook, drive-thru, counter etc). You can pretty much count on a wait of 5-10 minutes per car in the drive-thru inside or out. I'm not sure how this burger stays in business, maybe the owner of this franchise wants it to take a loss for taxes but its been this way for at least the past 6 years. The shake machine, specifically the chocolate dispenser, is always broken, and no matter how few people are there, the service is always slow. Burger King is Burger King some are better than others, I visit this location once a week and play a wonderful game you should try it. Every time I come I order a "Large" combo meal with Onion Rings instead of fries...to date they have gotten my complex order correct NONE times. read more

Wow! I am writing this review in the parking lot, while waiting for someone to bring the rest of my fries out for my order. When we got up to the speaker to order- we started to order and Deanna yelled "speak up!" So we did, she interrupted again and said "you need to speak up I can't hear you!!" She said this in the worst attitude possible!!! We pulled up to the window, then while we are waiting (the drive-thru window is open) and she is on the speaker talking to the guest behind us rolling her eyes at the guest, and shaking her head. When she got done talking with the guest. She started yelling and literally screaming at the employees for running out of fries. All while the window is wide open and we were sitting there. Then she rudely asked us to pull into a parking space and someone would bring our food out. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said that was her, then quickly "apologized" and said she can't hear very well through the speaker. But never apologized for the rudeness and unprofessionalism! We will not be returning and I pity the workers that have to work under her tonight. We told "Shy" (who very very nicely apologized for our wait- and walked our fries out) he needed to go work across the street at McDonalds and he laughed. I could not believe the experience we had. Truly, something needs to be done to her attitude. That is NOT what a manager acts like, and she does NOT deserve that position.
