My sister, my brother, and I walked in and it wasn't packed and there was no wait. We got sat at a booth. A waitress named Paige comes up to us and we asked for waters and beef queso because we weren't getting like meals, we were just going for that. Then, the chips and beef queso comes out and the waitress, Paige, just kind of put it down and walked away. She did not ask if we needed anything else which was weird because usually they ask if you need anything else. About 5 minutes later, Paige comes back and slammed the 3 waters on the end of the table which meant we had to pass them out. Again, didn't say a word. Weird. Then, she comes back about 20 minutes later, and we asked if we could order a molten lava cake and a skillet cookie. She said "ok" and then walked away. A different waitress brings out the skillet cookie and molten lava cake. We are eating the desserts and our waitress, Paige, kept walking by and just giving us dirty looks. Also, this whole visit, anytime we would order anything, she would give us dirty looks. But, no words and we had like 3 big dishes on our small table and we were clearly done with the chips and beef queso and she did not clear it for us. So, we finished that and saw our uncle so we talked to him and then left. We have been to Chili's so many times and it is always great but this visit would not wanna make a first timer come back. We ate at this location for a "work reunion". This location has a great restaurant manager! The service here is pretty good and the food is decent. I got a salad and it was very good. I've been here a few times (about 10 years ago) and the food is fairly consistent. The staff is very friendly and they put in a good effort to serve their customers. Afternoon out with the husband. It's national Margarita day so we wanted to visit Chili's. Thought it would be a nice treat. I ordered a mango margarita, received a regular one. Not bad though, it was frozen just how I like it. Wish I got what I ordered, but it was good none the less. We got the trio app, always delish. I also ordered the potato soup and a quesadilla salad. The soup had great flavor, but the chunks of potato was crunchy. Needed a tad more cooking. The salad was bland. The dressing was hidden at the bottom along with the corn and black beans. The chicken tasted like bagged precooked chicken that you would find in the cooler section of your grocery store. Not dry, but not full of flavor. There wasn't anything to it that stood out. I wanted something to kick, bite or spice this salad up. Disappointing. The service was good. She was nice and checked in at the right times, but didn't really go out of her way to ask more about empty drinks or how the food was. Overall it was an ok visit. My husband and I took a chance at our local Chilis tonight and it was terrible ! Poor greeting from the hostess, lazy and slow service from our server whom acted like she was doing us a favor by waitng on us . She approached with her hands on her hips and asked " if we knew what we wanted " it went down hill from there . We had to leave our table 2 times to ask for refills of our beverages. The server then came to let us know that our order was waiting for hot fries 45 min later. Still no food 15 minutes later I spoke with the manager who quickly arrived with our cold food. All the while our server hung out at the wait station . The manager brought us hot fries about 5 minutes later and comped us 50% off our meal . The server then came to check on us and proceeded to argue with us that the food wasn't cold . Anyway, we will never return. Terrible service and no hospitality whatsoever. read more

Ate there today around 16:30. The music was loud and causing me to want to leave. I put on my noise cancelling headphones(suffering from a TBI) and just chilled with the wife. We love this Chili's location! We were there yesterday as part of a party of 10 and had excellent service and delicious food! We called ahead to let them know we would be arriving around 5:30, we know they don't do reservations but they had our table ready and set up for us when we arrived. Our server was at our table quickly and was friendly and attentive. We had chips and salsa as an app which was free through the rewards program. Our table enjoyed burgers, margherita pizza, chicken nachos, triple dipper appetizer, onion pettles, and kids meals. Everything came out promptly as ordered and hot. Tonight my girlfriend and I decided to place an order for pick up. Upon arriving home we found out meal way below satisfactory. The whole thing was just one massive clomp of disgusting rubbery cheese and fries with some bacon sprinkled on it. I ordered the southern smoke house burger (medium rare) and fries with a side caesar salad. The burger was bland. Absolutely no taste. The cheese was rubber, the bacon was tough, and the burger patty was dry and tough. For a medium rare burger I had imagined it to be juicy and tender. The salad lettuce was warm, almost like it had been sitting out under a heat lamp, and the croutons were stale. I am not sure if the quality of food is just different for pick up, but I know for a fact I will never order pick up there again. read more

We ordered a Long Island, tasted like a glass of straight sour mix, took over 10 minutes to get a new drink brought out after we didn't get the waters we asked for ( also went to the bartender bc the server never showed back up and she wouldn't help, said i still had to wait for the server to get a new drink). Food came out before the drink, still didn't get waters. We ate, server never came back. Waited over 20 minutes with empty dishes stacked in front of us and no check. Now what really ticked us off was the manager, who knew we were already unhappy with the drinks....he walked by us i don't know how many times and never checked in, never asked how things were, didn't apologize for the drinks or the service or nothing. Check finally comes and they didn't do the kids eat free deal which was literally on the window next to us. The bus girl sat down with my husband after seeing the kids and i left, she told him there were FOUR managers working. FOUR. The food is shit, the service was shit, and the managers are shit. At this location last night with my two hungry daughters simply trying to get a quick meal. The restaurant was not full nor was there a line for tables. Several employees walking around without much to do, apparently. We were seated in the very first table near the host stand. We were served drinks and ordered our food before 6:53PM. At 7:44PM we still had no food served, even though the order was in the system. Every time we tried to address it with an employee or the manager on duty they scurried to the kitchen instead of dealing directly with an unhappy customer or asking how the situation could be made right. Twitter, Facebook, and emails were to no avail. We were long-time customers, but strongly recommend against this restaurant until they address customer service issues from top to bottom. I have never been treated so poorly by the staff of a restaurant as I have been at this Chili's. I have been going to lunch here for quite some time and previously had nothing but great experiences...until one day the service was horrible. I went to the bar, usually faster service, and it took someone 15 minutes just to get me a drink. I had at least 2 waitresses walk by wait on other patrons and just ignore me. I finally got my order in, it took them another 20 minutes to get it out to me, and then I had to shovel it down because my hour lunch break was quickly coming to an end. I really believe that if there's an issue you should address it so I spoke to the manager and he comped me my meal and made me promise to return. And so I did...that was my mistake. This waitress has been a total jerk every time since that I've come in and today she stood right in front of my table as I went to sit down and yells, "Someone from the dining room needs to take this one!" I was floored! The hostess came by my table with a menu and a look of shock on her face. I asked to speak to the manager and I told him what happened. He said he'd address it and all he did was tell her not to do that, right in plain sight and within ear shot. The unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service that this staff has shown me is mind boggling. I'm a military vet and an upstanding patron. This treatment was ridiculous and uncalled for.
