Decent spot, nothing out of this world, can be a bit overly greasy at times. No complaints with the food/service other than the grease part.

1/5 -- One of the Worst Dining Experiences We've Had on the Eastern Shore…read more Our family of six came here expecting a good meal after seeing a glowing review. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. When we arrived, only one other couple was seated, and the rest of the dining room was empty. Despite that, the service was unbelievably slow. Our waitress, Kelli, repeatedly misunderstood our order and seemed not to listen when we spoke. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our appetizer of fried pickles, which arrived tasting awful. I had to ask three times for a single slice of bland cheese pizza. During our wait, three additional tables arrived; two received their complete meals before we even received our appetizers, and another received half of its order. We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza but were given buffalo wings and a cheese pizza instead. When we questioned it, we were told they were "busy," even though the restaurant was nearly empty when we placed our order. Drink service was equally frustrating. Kelli only offered refills to half of our party. I had to request refills for two others--one Coke and one pink lemonade--but she returned with two Cokes. The fountain drinks also tasted like carbonation with almost no flavor. After approximately an hour and fifteen minutes, our food finally began arriving: * The steak-and-cheese sub tasted like Steak-umm and barely contained any meat. * The BBQ wings did not taste good. * The cheese pizza sauce lacked basic Italian seasoning--no noticeable oregano, basil, or garlic. * The garlic bread tasted like plain buttered bread with no garlic flavor. I ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo, but everyone else had already received and finished their meals while I continued waiting another 20-30 minutes. I eventually canceled my order. Another table waited about 45 minutes for the rest of its order. When the steak-and-cheese finally arrived, the meat was partially raw and the fries were missing. They gave up and checked out around the same time we did. Between the extremely slow service, repeated order mistakes, missed refills, poorly prepared food, and meals arriving at completely different times, this was an unacceptable dining experience. Based on our visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Wife and I decided to try this in the house so we would get a good representation of how good things were Fresh from the kitchen. We ordered an 8 inch steak sub and a large cheese pizza. We were especially pleased with the steak sub as there was a nice portion of steak and they gave us extra fried onions just as we requested. We also thought the sub roll was very good, more crust and less doughy inside. Overall taste was very good. I asked when we ordered the pizza if I needed to order extra cheese as we like our pizza on the cheesy side and we were told we did not have to and they were correct. Overall the pizza was pretty good with a nice compliment of cheese and a sauce that was quite tasty. My wife and I had different thoughts on the crust, she really liked it and I thought it was a little uneven and could've been on the thinner side. The restaurant itself presents very nicely and there are many tables and seating options to choose from. In my opinion, this is not the best pizza in town but it is certainly worthwhile trying and I think it's the kind of pizza that would hold up very well if you were doing takeout. Giovanni's has a very extensive menu and we will look forward to coming back and trying some of the other choices

My friend ordered the lasagna and salad, which they'd had before and enjoyed. I was torn between the shrimp scampi and the 7 Fishes, which both sounded wonderful. I ordered the shrimp scampi, which came with asparagus "tips" and "fresh" tomatoes. The server asked if I would prefer angel hair to the spaghetti it comes with. I thought angel hair was a given for scampi, but I said yes, angel hair please. When the server brought our food and put my plate down in front of me, I can only describe the feeling as disappointment. It was a pile of mush with a few shrimp on top. It was spaghetti, not angel hair, and it had been cooked to death and was water logged. Same with asparagus and tomatoes, which were also cooked to death to the point where they were unrecognizable and tasteless. There was not one asparagus tip; rather, it was tiny chopped bits of mushy stalk. I couldn't tell if the red mush was tomato or red pepper. The shrimp were seasoned well and tasted good, but they were also a bit overcooked. Everything else was tasteless. Once the server brought our food, she didn't come back until we were done. She then noticed all my spaghetti noodles and asked why I didn't say something about it not being angel hair. I was like, because you didn't come back! I ate the shrimp out of it and took the pasta home with me. I put it in a skillet on the stove top and added herbs and spices and was able to evaporate some of the water out of the noodles. What I made out of it was fantastic. I would go again if someone else wanted to go there, but I think the key is to order something that's hard to screw up, like pizza, lasagna, etc. I make better food at home.

DO NOT EAT AT EASTON PIZZARIA!!! I ordered lunch from there…read moreand my fries were cold. He tols mw that he could heat them up in the microwave. Then asked the Cashier/Manager to please make me fresh fries. He said, "Oh, you want to order more fries?". I said. "No. I want you to make me fresh fries." He said that he couldn't do that. It's not my fault that you picked up your order late. I told him that life happens and my appointment ran late. He then said, "It's not my fault. It's your fault. I can't do anything." Then I said that I wanted a refund and he said that he couldn't do it. He then proceeded to ask me if I thought that this was right because he was loosing money for this, and I said yes because I had been in customer service for years, and a manager. I also reminded him that he should have better customer service. He then proceeded to tell me that he would pay for the fries. I told him OK that's your choice. Then he told me that he could not serve me food any longer. I told him that was fine and he continued to argue with me. He finally gave up, snatched my box, and walked into the kitchen. After a few minutes, he came out aggressively and threw my box on the counter. I said thank you I said thank you and asked for another bag, and he said that I could use the one that was ripped in half. I told him that I couldn't use it because it was ripped. He told me again that he would not serve me food anymore in a very nasty way. I told him that that was fine, but I'm going to give him a very bad review. He looked at me and said,"oh you're that type?" I told him that he was very rude and his customer service was bad. He then told me to go ahead and do that. Then I told him that if I post this, then he will definitely lose money. He then walked away and ran into the kitchen and spoke something in Spanish to his coworkers. The food sucked in the first place. I've ordered from them before and things were good. But obviously, I will never go there again! By the way, dude, yo Hablo Español. So I know what he said in the kitchen. He's lucky that I remain polite, but assertive. I could have spoken to him in Spanish, but it wouldn't have been very nice. But I'm not gonna stoop to his level. So please boycott Easton pizzeria. No one should have to argue for 20 minutes with a person just to get their order right!

I recently visited the Ledo Pizza location in Easton, MD, and unfortunately, my experience was a…read moremix of really good food and extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered the 14-inch Meat Lovers pizza, and as far as the food goes, Ledo delivered. The pizza was delicious, with a great balance of meat, cheese, and sauce on that signature thin, flaky square crust. At approximately $21 after tax, it is definitely on the pricey side for a pizza, but the quality was good. The biggest issue was the service. I placed my order online and arrived approximately 30 minutes later to pick it up. My pizza was already prepared and sitting on the counter, yet I ended up waiting far longer than I should have just to have someone acknowledge me and hand me my order. The restaurant wasn't busy. There was only one small group seated and eating, one waitress, and two employees working in the open kitchen directly behind the counter. Both kitchen employees looked directly at me while I stood at the counter but never acknowledged me or asked if I had been helped. What was even more frustrating was that the waitress had just finished checking on the only seated group as I walked in. She saw me approach the counter, walked past without acknowledging me, went over near the register, pulled out her phone, and began texting. After waiting about 15 minutes without anyone offering assistance, I finally said, "Excuse me." Her response was essentially, "Oh, do you need help? I thought someone else was helping you." Given how quiet the restaurant was and the fact that no one had spoken to me, that explanation was difficult to understand. On the positive side, the restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, and there is generally plenty of parking unless the nearby escape room is particularly busy. I've been a Ledo Pizza customer since the early 1980s, going back to the original College Park location, so I'm very familiar with the brand and have been enjoying their pizza for decades. That's part of what made the customer service at this location so surprising. It came across as though the employees simply weren't concerned about whether a customer was being helped. Whether that's an employee engagement issue or simply a need for better customer-service training, there is definitely room for improvement. Would I return? Yes, because the pizza was very good. However, between the approximately $21 price tag and the disappointing service, this probably wouldn't be an everyday pizza stop for me. Great pizza, clean restaurant, but the customer service needs serious improvement.
