This place was really exceptional. We had carry-out kale and quinoa salad and a potato salad and both were perfect. Also enjoyed their iced team and took home two of their sourdoughs (one gluten-free, the other traditional). Gluten free family member said it was the best GF bread she's ever had. And the traditional sourdough was really anything but - it had dill and pickles in it and was absolutely a dream to eat. Really appreciated that all their to-go containers were high-quality compostable (have never encountered such high-quality compostable containers) . Can't wait to come back. read more

It's fall and I'm falling for Sprout!!! Eating clean and healthy....count me in!!! It's a little pricey, but you pay for peace of mind - you know exactly what ingredients are in your food. Worth every penny, in my humble opinion. A vegans happy space I tried all the lemonades and I found I enjoyed the uptown lemonade the best. The calories are listed, as are the ingredients. Appreciate that! Small, quaint little place - but big on health and clean, fresh ingredients...oh how I wish there was a Sprout Farmers Market but I am usually happy when I leave here. Hands down my go to for daily nourish ! The açaí .Bowl is pure açaí, has no added sugar pls ty of omegas . Simply best for these hot summer days. Loved this little spot! Everything is made fresh and can be heated up as needed or taken to go to eat at home. Great selection of items with super clean and whole ingredients. Enjoyed a cheesesteak breakfast bowl and pb&j açaí bowl. Flavors were spot on and portions were great for sharing. Loveddddd the peanut butter they used in their açaí! Would absolutely go back if in the area to try more and pick up fresh bread! The owner could tell we were new and was very helpful and gave us some samples of their items. So nice. Amazing selection of fantastically prepared foods, and the presentation is also amazing very high-quality, healthy alternative and I can't say enough about this place. Kale and quinoa, salad was fresh, crisp, and very tasty. The red beet hummus was really really good. Perfect consistency. Also had a really nice latte while I was there, nicely crafted. A great hidden gem in Easton! Stopped by here during lunch to grab a to-go lunch. I got a box meal that was turkey sloppy joes - soooo good. Fresh and delicious food. We bought a variety of things for our vegan daughter and it was all delicious.

Ever since I discovered this spot I've made sure to stop by on every trip to the eastern shore. I dig that they create food made with simple ingredients, local and organic when possible. Staff has always greeted me cheerfully and ready to help. Savory: I love the selection and quality of their meals - most have a healthy portion of vegetables and some form of protein, along with some vegetarian-friendly (and vegan too I believe) options. My go-to each time is the thai peanut chicken, where the marinade on the meat is magic and the peanut vinaigrette is worth every drop on crisp, colorful vegetables. I just tried the bahn mi wrap this weekend and it was fabulous!! The wrap is a healthy portion size for the price, with filling all the way to the end (instead of a bunch of extra dough). It is so flavorful that you don't even have to use the sauce for it to be tasty. Side of sweet pickles was also yummy - I wish there was a little more of it. Bread - the Greek sourdough is amazing sliced, toasted and buttered! I have also found the Challah tastier than from grocery stores, even Whole Foods. Sweet: I enjoy regularly picking up the strawberry "brownies." They are pretty rich and dense but have a zippy natural strawberry flavor that's not overpowering. I have also enjoyed their babka, banana-walnut and coconut-rum muffin tops. The gluten free low-sugar brownies were decent given the challenge, more like a soft dense moist cake and not very sweet (so no loads of sugar substitutes). Drink: Vietnamese coffee!! I rarely put sweetener in my coffee but I'll make an exception for this. The honey gives it a more complex flavor. Sometimes it is strong/sweet enough that I pour it over a ton of ice and wait for some to melt (though I'd prefer it a little less sweet). read more

I've been eating Sprout offerings since they started in 2016, and I keep going back. Their spreads, breads, soups, cookies, full meals - all of it is delicious and top notch. Local, organic, they know their farmers. Plus - they're great neighbors, community members, volunteers and supporters in our communities. The chocolate babka is the closest thing to perfect, according to my 90 year old parents. This place checks all the boxes for the kind of business I want to support in my community. We absolutely loved the treats and sides we bought at this hidden get in Easton! They make delicious and super healthy hummus, peanut butter, coffee, lemon and strawberry bars, cookies, and breads - among other things! We stumbled upon their shop in St. Michaels which also has an excellent selection of healthy foods and a full coffee bar. read more

Very yummy and healthy food. I appreciated that each premade meal included calorie information. I had a chicken dish with Jasmine rice, grilled pineapple, and cabbage slaw; it was an entire dinner for only 415 calories! The only downside was price. The mixture of apricot,mint walnut and bulgur wheat is great as summer side dish. I also specially like Eat sprout is serious about sourcing there ingredients from local organic farms.
