Don't waste your time stopping here. We stopped at 4:30 pm on 10/4/25 to get ice cream on our long drive home to Annapolis from OBX. My wife had never tasted Baskin-Robbins ice cream and I had fond memories of it from childhood (other locations) so recommended we stop. Inside the place was mostly empty with two workers - one handling only the drive-thru. We let a group order ahead of us and we ordered two ice creams on the inside kiosk and sat down to wait. Later, a couple with a child came in and ordered at the kiosk. Their ice cream arrived first so my wife asked the employee if she was going to get our order. She said yes but there are only two people working so we continued to patiently wait. In another few minutes a large family with kids arrive and the same worker starts taking their order. We walked up to the counter and ask if she was going to get our order as we had been waiting for over 1/2 hour at that point. She repeated that they were busy with only two workers and she would get to us and we needed to be patient. She then proceeded to take the new arrivals' order. At that point we felt totally disrespected and disregarded so we asked for and received a cash refund and left. About 40 minutes of our life we will never get back and my wife has no interest in Baskin-Robbins now. I would rate a 0 if that was possible. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This used to be my favorite Dunkin, I don't know if they've changed management or hired new people BUT over the last few weeks it's gone down hill now. Placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. Pull up to pickup window and is told I have to go back around to order kiosk to say I'm picking up this order at window I was just at. Stopped at this dunkin donuts to grab some coffee and went to the window to order but i was greeted badly by a short dark skinned guy with a mustache and told me that I couldn't order from the window and had to go all the way back in a rude manner. no one was behind me and I asked him why we couldn't order from the window. I was told that it was their policy to order at the microphone. I asked for a manager but unfortunately he or she wasn't there. I have ordered multiple times at the window and had no problem but the guy in this donkin donuts clearly doesn't take his customer service seriously. I suggest to not go to this place. Dunkin is my favorite coffee place but the rude employee today made my morning horrible. This young blonde lady had slammed the money into my hand and slammed the door after giving the coffee to me but I've got more then just coffee. Fast drive thru! Friendly staff each time I've gone, and they always get my order right. It's a breeze to come to this Dunkin'.

Placed an order for pickup on the app. Charge to my credit card posted. Manager named Rena said she didn't have my order so I have to place it again. I showed her the charge posted to my credit card. She said "nothing I can do". I tried to place the order again and it failed. Had to re-order at the counter, pay again and wait. Now I have 2 charges on my card for the same order. Rena was not just unhelpful but rude. "It's not my app, it's the company's", "there's nothing I can do about it, you'll have to contact your credit card company." When attempting to wash my hands in the restroom the cover fell off the soap dispenser and no soap came out. I brought that to Rena's attention and she said "it's not broken, you just pressed too hard" - not true. I asked her to ensure it gets fixed. She again insisted it's not broken. I have reviewed several DD, so I will not specifically comment on the food, which was fine. Coffee was good and the kids liked the ice cream. Here is what bothered me about this location....they had three people working the counter and I swear that I could not understand a single one of them. Their accents were so harsh that it was tough to complete the order. If it was a simple poor communication, that is one thing, but I had to have them repeat their question numerous times and it got a little frustrating. To make matters worse, my wife was ordering something over at the Baskin Robbins side and it confused them even worse. I dont particularly like stopping at this Dunks and I rather hit the one in Cambridge. It is only another 25 minutes down the road on Rt 50, and I have never had a problem there. read more

Let me first give you some insight on how my week has been going. Monday. Woke up with a raging throat ache. Tuesday. Symptoms did nothing but increase. Wednesday. Cannot breathe through my nose at this point, things are not looking well. Thursday. I had been feeling slightly better, but in no means healthy. I had been planning to acquire my normal order of a medium caramel iced coffee with cream and a strawberry frosted donut after school, the only thing getting me through my day. This is what brings us to the incident for which this yelp review is regarding. I pull up to the drive through lane only to hear "we will be right with you." This caught me by surprise, as the Ocean Gateway Dunkin Donuts is known for its timeliness. I waited a drawn-out 2 minutes and 37 seconds (I just so happened to be glancing at the clock). They finally requested my order, which I readily exclaimed. This was then followed by the employee saying, "ok, pull forward," which clearly had an underlying tone of attitude. I did as I was directed, pulled forward, and was handed a bag along with a straw. After another 18 seconds of waiting, I received my coffee along with yet another straw. Being the eco-conscious teen I pride myself to be, I quickly reminded the employee that she had already provided me with a plastic turtle killer (aka straw). As I attempted to return one of the straws, she refused to let it regain entrance through the window. Not only does this make me feel like I had somehow found a way to contaminate a wrapped straw, this also further contributes to the 4,600 sea turtle deaths per year. After she denied my attempt at helping the turtle community, I knew I had to get out of there swiftly. After pulling out of the establishment, I remembered the one thing that could brighten my afternoon... my strawberry frosted donut. However, I opened the bag and assumed my eyes were deceiving me. Upon further examination I realized that I was in fact given a GLAZED donut. I specifically recall ordering a strawberry frosted donut, and I'm 100% positive the term "glazed" would have never found its way out of my mouth. My family has a long and arduous history with glazed products, but this is not the time nor the place to be opening up about it. It's Dunkin' Donuts! Ordered tuna on a croissant with cheese. It was a bad idea to add cheese. The sandwich was way too salty and the croissants from DDs are not great. The tuna salad in the sandwich was way too wet for the sandwich. $3.79 for a salty sandwich. Oh well, at least the bathroom was clean and the staff were friendly and quick. read more

Stopped in at this location on my way to Ocean City this morning. My cousin found a hair in his donut to start this review off. The iced coffee was overloaded with sugar; with every sip, copious amounts of sugar were consumed. My hashbrowns were charred as well. The workers were not friendly and service was slow. Every time I stop at this Dunkin I remind myself why I don't go here! The customer service is horrible and they don't know how to mix or make drinks. Ordered an iced coffee with fudge brownie flavoring, girl hands it to me. I kindly asked her to mix it for me because he flavoring was all sitting on the side! She said "what" very rudely I repeated myself and she rolled her eyes. Really this is your job, you chose it I didn't choose for you. I didn't ask you to remake it just stir it! Get it back and sugar is caked on the bottom, ordered with cream no sugar! This is why I go to Kent Island Dunkin every time! They are kind, polite, everyone loves their job or atleast makes it seem that way and puts on a fake smile! NEVER again will I go to Easton!
